Ako, I drink gluta 30mins before meal. Then after meal, iniinom ko na agad vit c. Dapat din ba 30mins after?

Sa medicines kasi usually meron indicated best absorbed 30mins after meal, during meal or 30mins before meal. Depende sa research. So sa gluta parang wala naman reliable research pa using yung mga before meals mga para sa tummy. Yung isotretinoin ko after dinner. Mas ok daw kasi full stomach.

Hi mga sis! Bago lang po ako dito. Personally nainom rin po ako ng luxxe white. But hanggang 2 bottles lang ako because i couldnt afford monthly around 2k gagastusin ko. Student lang po kasi ako and so limited ang allowance. Pero pumuti rin po talaga ako sa luxxe white kahit papano po. Kitang kita sa mukha ko na nawala yung pimples ko, na nagglow ako kahit hindi ko na ginagamit yung moisturizer na nakakapagpaglow ng mukha, tapos napansin ko ring medyo naglight yung fairness nung skin ko nung 2nd bottle na. At masasabi ko pong totoo yung sinasabi nilang within two weeks may makikita kabg effect na bec i saw them myself Sayang nga lang po na tinigil ko eh pero imma be super broke na kasi pag tinuloy ko pa 😭

Maputi pa din, but not quite as radiant and glowing. Also, you still have to keep avoiding the sun like the plague. Based on experience ito ha.

I took snow caps for 10days along with landelution. Parang di pa rin ako pumuti. Obvious pa din ang tan lines ko. What I do 2 tabs of Landelution, 1 cap of snow caps , 1 tab of rhea vit c. 2x a day ganyan. Was also taking meiji collagen powder. I dunnow kung alin sa mga yan ang nagbigay sakin ng pimples and white heads sa u zone. Pero keribels, tuloy ko pa Landelution, and buy ulit ako ng snow caps, wala pa naman one month yung routine ko. I'll see in 2 mos kung same pa din effect nya.

Sis, that time frame is too short to observe anything dramatic if you are trying to get rid of a tan, or tan lines. Stay on the regimen and wait for another two months.

^Right sis kaya I'll give it time pa. I'm looking for the glow and blooming effect that ph338 has given me. Sa Landelution parang wala ako mapansin. Considering im taking vit c and collagen too. Wala rin akong makitang reviews for Landelution, pero i checked same ang content nila ng ph338. 😊

Hi mga sis! I have 2 bottles of Ishigaki and 30 pcs trial pack of PH338 which I bought from cheska's store. Prior to that I already started drinking oral gluta months ago. Nagstart ako sa KB gluta then nagtry ako ng Gluta nano 900k (2 bottles) and Gluta nano 800k. Meron pa natira pero mas excited ako gamitin yung mas kilala na. Ubusin ko nalang un nano gluta after a month siguro. Sana maging effective yung gagawin ko na Ishigaki + PH338.

I bought Dr.James sa Lazada, and kakastart ko lang. I'm quite curious with this one kasi 1000mg siya. I'll be drinking this one on my non-iv days. Will definitely buy some vit c too. I dont know what else to take pero i'm trying my best na maghinay hinay on taking supplements. Hoping maging hiyang ako at this one. Will give a review on this soon!

 mag one yr na siguro ako di nag ooral gluta..   1.met okay siya nakakaliit ng pores.. di ako. mukang haggard kaso pricey pero tumagal naman ako dito!! 2. relumins ok din siya pero no whitenng effect ako nakita after 2 months. 3. snowcaps di ko nakita na nag glow ako. btw. mukang promising yung nuwhite any reviews?

Im taking tathione 1 tab lang haha saka 1 tab collagen.. Takot lang akong tumaba. Yun kasi yung binigay ng derma tapos sinearch ko na nakakataba siya.

Ang cousin ko bumili ng snow caps online, so far ok naman siya, napapansin na namin ang glowing effect pero no whitening pa! 1 week of use niya pa lang hinihintay ko pa ang result kasi mukhang bibili din ako hehe

take 2 caps snow caps per day,mas maganda result.before, 1 cap snow caps 2 caps ishi premium me.parang wala lang.nung 2 caps snow caps at 1 cap ishi premium,my glow at lumiit pores ko.mas kuminis din me. But, i need to try luxxe white. My friend gave me super big discount just to try.maybe 2 caps luxxe white and 1 cap snow caps.
