Hello mga sis! I have been gluta free for how many days na. Di ko nasustain kasi ang dami ko expenses lately. Wanted also to try kung may difference ba. Nandun lang yung parang nawala ang pagkablooming. Pero sa totoo lang I am not sure if it is psychological on my part. Haha. I'll probably try again kapag medyo maluwag na. Sunod-sunod pa kasi gastos ko sa ngayon.

Mga sis, is it ok to take ph338 before meal, then after meal na ang vit c? May nabasa kasi ako na mas effective ang vit c pag after meal siya inumin. Ok lang din ba yun if di ko sila pagsabayin?

Hala ako din sis give up na ko sa Ishi premium. 6 caps nalang natitira and im planning to switch to snow caps. 4 mos na ko natetake wala mang glow ako nakikita. Effective ba talaga sis yung snow caps?

hindi ko pa nauubos 800k and 900k combo tapon ko na! Hindi ko mapin point alin sa mga thai prods na ginamit ko pero hindi ako hiyang sa thai products. mega breakouts ako. Buti mabilis magheal ako pimples ko. Feel ko nasira ang fez ko.

Ask ko lang mga sis yung mga may idea about glutathione. Wala kasi akong alam sa ganyan. Hehe. First time kong mag try.

Ask ko lang kung dapat ba yung ingredients ng glutathione e dapat pure or yung may halo ang maganda? For example nakalagay sa bottle Glutathione 250mg Reduced Form. Tapos isa lang yung ingredients L-Glutathione.

Yung isa naman same brand sila. Glutathione 500mg Reduced Form. Ang ingredients nya tatlo, L-Glutathione, Milk Thistle at Alpha Lipoic Acid.

Ang gulo din kasi may nabasa ako sabi dapat daw yung pure. Yung iba naman dapat daw may kasama para mas effective.

Sissies sino dito ang nagtatake ng Alpha Lipoic Acid tablets alone? As in separate sya sa gluta caps. Yung iba kasi diba walang AL na kasama? Lagi ko kasi sya nababasa na gluta booster to. Want to buy sa avery store.

not to make everything worse for oral gluta, but if you researched on it, there's also a lot of studies claiming oral gluta is useless LOL

After 2-3 years ngayon na lang ulit ako napatambay dito, so balik registration coz i already forgot my password haha. Anyway, I've tried KB, PH338 and MET before.

Based on my experience: MET - I took for 3 months, okay naman yung effect saka, 2 weeks pa lang napansin na ni bf na parang blooming daw ako, pero di naman nya alam na nagtatake ako ng gluta, para no biased comments, sabi nya basta may kakaiba daw sa kutis ko parang fine, na hindi nya maexplain! haha kaso I stopped kasi ang gastos. haha

Then I tried KB: may glowing effect din kaso I really don't like the smell, saka may slight headache ako after ilang days ng pag inom, sayang readily available pa naman sana sya sa drug stores and much cheaper kesa MET.

Then nagtry ako ng PH338 for almost a year din based on good reviews kasi dati. Maganda nga effect nya, may pinkish glow, parang healthy, mura din sya compared sa ibang brands, no breakouts din at para lang syang candy. Ang cons naman sa kanya online pa mabibili eh ang hassle pag nauubusan ng stock.

Sa ngayon I tried IVG for 1 month then I'll switch back to oral gluta maybe after some months, MET na lang siguro ulit kasi tagal na ko hindi nag take ng gluta way back 2012 or 2013 pa ata at wala na ko kilala na online seller ng ph338 sayang! haha happy whitening everyone!

sabagay sis you are right. try ko nalang yung may halo. Medyo nasagot na din kasi ni sis memorylane yung tanong ko. Yung Alpha Lipoic Acid. Yun kasi yung halo nung gluta na gusto kong itry,

Sis px17, when did you start taking 1tab lang sa tat307? Parang same lang kasi instructions ng tat at ph na parang after ilang months you can reduce to 2 then eventually 1 na lang. Kaso for someone na di naman mabilis ang effect ng gluta (more like blooming lang) di ko alam kelan ako dapat mag 2tabs or 1. Sayang din kasi para makatipid hehe

^noong marami na nagsabi sakin na pumuti ak tsaka ako nagreduce sa 1 tab/day sis. Pero ngayon kahit na mejo nangitim ako 1 tab parin take ko. Happy naman na ko sa color ko need ko lang ng glow panlaban sa stress at puyat.

Curious lang ako mga sis, who among you prefer to drink glutathione and vitamin C all at once, and who among you like to drink them separately? I never really followed the 30 minute before or after rule, and nagkakaigi naman. I wonder if the absorption and efficacy would be remarkably better if you followed that rule.
