^ i dont know din sis e. Kasi may mga nababasa ako dito na dahil sa ph nadedelay sila. But I think almost a month of being delay is iba na talaga. Busy schedule lang talaga kaya wala pa ako time pumunta ng OB.

@ sis mina, nabasa ko rin yang sa NAC before. Yung iba nga nac lang talaga ginagamit to whiten their skin. Ganon ba talaga kasama amoy? Takpan mo na lang ilong mo sis. Lol! Ma-try nga yang NAC next time.
 
Si Lovi sis, I don't know if it's just me pero parang namimili pa ng lighting yung puti niya. There was one pic of her and Rhian na mas maputi siya pero kasi iba yung pagkatisay ni Rhian kaya parang di nag stand out kulay niya. And sometimes parang more pa sa foundation ang face? Lol May mga pics siyang parang ang puti, meron ding parang morena pa rin. Fernando Poe is mestizo, mother niya yata is American? Or kapag lahing Spanish/Chinese lang yung mabilis pumuti?
 
May mga tao ding hirap magpaputi eh. I remember sa isang talkshow before binanggit ni Rochelle Pangilinan na nagtry siya magpaputi. Not sure sa mga na-try niyang measures though. Kaso yung nga parang wala daw effect so tinigil na niya.
 
Ako naman, yung trunk area ko lang yata nakalimot magtan. Haha. The tan line goes away easily, pero yung extremities ko pag nasunog medyi matagal bumalik color. Compensation na rin yung bumabalik sila kahit paano. Lol
 
^Sis kcac, wala kong ma-share regarding sa period kasi usually one month lang ako nagtake ng oral gluta. Now ko pa lang masusubukan magtuloy tuloy. Pero yes may mga nababasa ko dito na nadedelay ang period while on gluta. A friend naman naging regular daw when she started taking it. Better consult na lang talaga with your OB para mas ma-explain. And tama si sis mina, it could have been caused by other factors.

Long term use ng NAC not good sa health.search nyo mga sis.before i used to take nac pero sa nabasa ko stopped it

^ I think meron certain toxicity level yung NAC, afaik. May nabasa ako months ago na parang NAC can even act as a pro-oxidant. I may be wrong ah, pero just be cautious on taking NAC lang and be mindful of any side effects.

agree na namili yung skin ni lovi.have a feeling too na nahihirapan siya sa skin whitening also because natural niya yan talaga.

yep true may possible dangers sa long term use of NAC..kaya sabi nila daw dont take for more than 6 months..kaya di ko rin maintain.
pero it is still the fastest way to boost gluta orally kaya lang may danger daw.

I saw lovi poe sa mega sa Nisce and she's makinis, blemish free without make up and poreless and smooth but not really maputi. Which I think mas okay na rin. Minsan ako, I go for the pakinis/poreless skin kesa uber puti hence ang investment ko now is more on laser. haha! Ewan ko, mas bet ko yung artista kutis na skin without the snow white color though nagIVG pa rin ako. haha!

^sis mona, si lovi nagrevlite sa face. For sure naman alaga sa kung [textspeak!]-anong treatments mga artista, kahit di sila super puti ang kinis nila.
 
Ako din naman, not aiming talaga for paper white skin. Goal ko pa rin is magpantay skin color ko. Just happens na maputi talaga chest area ko. Magpantay lang talaga buong body ko dito, okay na ko.

May mga nababasa ko sa IVG thread na di rin naman talaga pumuti after ilang boxes. And I've seen some colleagues na ganon din. So how many months kaya bago ko pumuti sa oral gluta? Lol 
 
Bibili sana ko ng met kahapon, kaso nga nabasa ko na naman sa isang article na poorly absorbed talaga ang oral gluta. Hence, might stay with gluta blend type of oral gluta na lang. Somehow, parang nakasanayan ko na magtake. Parang di ko pa feel ihinto. Pero curious ako sa landelution-benefique combo. Ganda ng skin nung nakita ko japanichi.

^sis nakita mo si japanichi (yung seller ba yan)? parang nabasa ko before na nagte-take siya ng fracora palcenta & meiji premium. wala kasi akong masyadong nakikitang reviews sa landelution

^nope sis, may nagfeedback lang. Parang nabasa ko sa comments na yung seller ng japanich is not into whitening. Gusto niya lang talaga yung placenta. Btw, what are you taking now sis?

^ in theory naman talaga sis, oral gluta is poorly absorbed kasi nga malalaki yung GSH molecules and hard to be absorbed by the digestive track. kaya daw best administration pa rin is through IV. pero kung pumuti ka naman sa oral, eh di good! you defied studies. haha! Pero case to case basis. Kaya nga never naging officially approved si gluta for skin whitening kasi nga hindi lahat pumuputi.

actually, my derma in BGC does not want me to do revlite. since meron ako paisa isang pimples na lumalabas. she wants me to get rid of that muna. then saka kami maglaser once controlled na.

^sis mona, not sure eh kung sa oral gluta or sa soaps pa rin ako naglighten. Actually yung sa braso ko yung medyo napansin kong naglighten, which is my problem area. Ang gusto ko lang kasi is hindi ako haggard when I started taking it. Kaya parang ayaw ko bitawan. Hehe. Pero again, KB ang take ko hindi yung reduced gluta mismo.
 
Mag IVG din siguro ko in the future pero might get the lumina package na lang ng belo. Pero need pa mag ipon. Haha. So malamang eh super tagal pa non. And planning to work outside the country na rin kaya malamang pag balik ko pa matutuloy. So while waiting siguro mag oral gluta muna ako. Otherwise, might get whitening pills na lang from japanichi. Kaso ang mamahal din. Pang IVG na ang price! Or might try yung NAC then stop na lang from time to time.

sis honestly, I take up to 1000mg per day (eek) lol but not constantly, I like to surprise my body once in a while (But I'm in no means suggesting it to anybody!) Sometimes 1 tab (500 mg) or 2 or 3!

Not that I dont believe that Lovi is poreless or makinis, but I highly2x doubt Philippines' actresses would go out with absolutely zero makeup in public. If ako actress, I will never go out with a bare face ++++pressure on me by management! Baka may magpapicture sa akin LOL
Maybe may light foundation siya sis? After all, I'm sure she can afford great quality foundation to mask her slight imperfections and they look as natural as possible Just my 2 cents. Pero yeah, unless may genetics, most likely forever maintenance na yan :/

agreed sis sa Gluta minimizing the haggard effect.. no matter how many times I complain about looking haggard, people just think I'm papansin! hahaa and walang tao maniniwala na I'm stressed. well, I have one pimple now sa hairline so they know I'm stressed haha (actually on my period)

But haggard is a feeling of puyat na puyat and you look at yourself and you feel like s*** haha but everyone else still thinks you look the same (the scary part is if you've actually been looking shitty the entire time, stressed or not! )

is a mindset and an aura. I'm pretty sure if I'm kinis, poreless,kahit naka IV line ako sa gluta at 120 drops per minute forever but I'm frowning like grumpy cat no one will call me blooming hahaha

Ph338 user ako dati but I stopped in May kasi nagbeach ako. Ngayon OOS na sya kay Japanichi pero meron ako nakita kay Cheska. I ordered landelution. Just got the package earlier so wala pa ko feedback.
ph338 super love ko yung puti and blooming effect. Lakas lang makabloat. As in para akong buntis sa laki ng tyan ko pero kiber lang hehe. Wala akong vit C na tinetake with Ph338 dati. Ngayon gusto ko na uli gumanda. hehe. Sana ok etong Landelution. Naka meiji collagen din ako 1 week na. And plan ko sya sabayan ng snow caps. OT mga sis pero mas kita ko effect ng IVI collagen kesa sa Meiji. So baka back to IVI ako ( kebs pa din sa siopao effect nya) once maubos ko yung meiji.

Pero true siguro yung blooming as an aura. Di ba kasi may days na we really feel sa pretty with no apparanet reason. Basta you just feel pretty. Then people will start complimenting you na blooming ka. Siguro nagreflect talaga sa face.

sis mina, nung nakita ko siya, napadaan ako sa treatment room niya. she's having facial and wala na siya make up by then. parang ready for pricking yung skin niya so bare skin na yun and makinis talaga siya. kakainggit! if magpapakamorena na ko, gusto ko yung skin niya. poreless talaga parang baby! I wonder anong laser treatments ang ginagamit niya.

sis nurse, nakakablooming talaga ang gluta. yan lang yung parang promised effect niya. glowing skin kasi nawawala free radicals. so expected na dapat meron yan.

Just ordered Ishi prem from Lazada! This is my first time to try out oral gluta ever so naeexcite ako sa results after reading a lot of positive reviews. But okay lang bang once a day lang siya inumin with vit. C? Or kailangan talaga twice a day siya? Please advise. TIA!

Hi sis. I'm currently taking ishi prem as well. 2x a day ko siya tinetake. 1 ishi + 1000mg Vit C in morning and 1 ishi + 1000mg Vit C before bed time. Mas ok mag take ng Vit C while taking gluta para daw mas effective. Im fair white na to begin with kaya after 1 month, I'm going to take ishi prem once a day na lang pang maintenance na lang. And Lazada ka nag order ng ishi prem? Malaki mark up dun. Sa cheska, avery and yourbeautyshop, authentic and cheaper than Lazada.

@kcac  sis better pacheck ka na para mas sure. Ako naman while on gluta nagigig 32-36 days ang cycle ko. 2 months ago nagstop ako magtake and naging 29 days lang cycle. So feeling ko pag on gluta ako  nadedelay lang ng konti.
