Yung sinasabi ko, sabi niya "daw" morena siya dati. Hindi kasi kami friends dahil ibang floor siya sa amin. May common friends lang kami and nakwento nila. Parang may pinakita yatang before picture sa kanila. Pero kasi yung iba naman umiitim lang because of some factors like yung hangin in some place nakakaitim talaga kahit di ka ma expose sa araw. So I don't know kung anong original color niya. Nung bata ako super negneg din ako, kakalaro sa labas and every summer keber talagang masunog basta gusto ko magswimming. Pero yung mga pictures ko nung baby, hindi naman talaga morena. Fair din naman kahit paano. Pero hindi maputi. Sakto lang. So I would still say I am shades lighter now compared sa original skin color ko.

Pansin ko nga sis, yung may mga Spanish/Chinese descent, iba pa rin pagkaputi noh? May mga nagfiter pala dun sa IVG thread? Lol! Yung secondary camera nga ng phones, ang exag lang makaputi. Hehe.
 
So mostly Asian countries talaga ang mga adik sa gluta noh? Ang nakakapagtaka lang sa gluta, bakit kaya kahit nag decrease melanin sa body, yung hair tsaka eyes di nagbabago? Hehe.

^yung baby pics ko din dati para akong snow white pero bandang 8yrs old pataas mga pic ko ang negneg ko na. Tapos hindi bumalik yung color. bakit kaya ganun?Pero yung mga kapatid ko kahit mangitim namumula mula lang. ako talaga pinakadark ang color saming pamilya! haha ampon ata ako.

over naman nun nagfilter pa! parang niloko ang sarili. Kaya ako hndi ako nagpipic gamit front cam pag gusto ko makita if may improvement na ko sa color e. dslr pa talaga ginagamit ko tas madalas back cam.

Bakit pa kaya magfilter noh? Para lang masabing effective? Napakamisleading naman. Haha. Di pa naman ako masyado marunong makadistinguish ng camera 360. Yung nag orange lang ang nahahalata ko. Kaya minsan sa facebook nagogoyo ako. Parang ang kinis lang, pag makita mo na in person parang di naman pala masyado. Hehe. Oo yung secondary cam super puti talaga. Ganda lang kasi pang selfie ng secondary cam.
 
Curious ako sa gluta ng belo med. May nababasa ko same lang sila ng manufacturer ng luxxe white? Meron din ang flawless pero tablet form yata. Wonder if same gluta ng flawless and belo. Need pa kasi magpaconsult if sa belo bibili.

Everyone I know who used to work in the city said they were lighter before the moved to the island to work. ugh, what is it with sea water? :/

But I think the lightest you could go sa IV gluta is your natural skin na never exposed sa light? (eh yung tummy/singit di naman exposed bakit hindi rin sobrang puti? )

hahaha i was even thinking of getting an Iphone just for the camera that makes me look whiter lol! -_- pero i said to myself, ang totoong puti, hindi namimili ng camera at lighting. ibig sabihin, hindi parin ako puti

A friend of mine saw Julia Montes and said na mas puti ako daw kesa kanya. Googling didnt make me feel better kase parang tan naman siya eh

to be back on topic, I just consumed 100 tabs na of Tathion. So far, no compliments yet aside the usual. I'm thinking of going back to the..dark chemical side -_- e.g bleaching, whitening with chemicals, derma meds na for melasma..pahid2 ng mga ano-ano while nag.oral gluta.

True sa hangin near the sea. Ewan ko kung anong meron. Tumira ako ng one month sa Batangas way back, pagbalik ko sa Manila super negra na ko. Take note, hindi man lang ako nakapagbeach nung time na yun.
 
Ganon sis? Hindi pa rin pala ganon ka effective ang IVG? Si sis idevera kasi super puti na. Ang ganda ng pagkaputi niya pag nakikita ko sa IG. And have you seen transjeff before sa IVG thread? Isa pa yun na super puti.
 
Naku sis I am tempted na mag scrub and bleach sa belo and have wet/dry dermabrasion. Kaso lang need ko pa mag ipon. Plus province na ko working now and walang malapit na belo. Ang hassle na pumunta ko twice a week just to have the scrubs done. Tempted din ako dun sa lumina package. Wala lang. Gusto ko lang maging kutis artista. Haha. Honestly, I feel na yes nakakablooming si oral gluta pero not enough to achieve yung kutis artista skin. And though soaps are effective, may certain level of puti lang talaga na kaya ma achieve. 

Hopefully, makabili ako ng met tom. Testing lang kung may blooming effect. Still contemplating if I should add collagen or vit e na lang. Ang mahal magpaganda!

kaya lang palagi na ako late sa work because of all the "let the soap/scrub stay on your skin for X minutes" .. sigh
Planning to scrub every 3 days. Sariling sikap nalang sis save money kapa, consistent pa, and once you do have the money for professional scrubbing, you wouldnt need a lot of sessions na because nagscrub ka naman.

hayy so agree ang gastos magpaganda pero ok lang, that only means konti lang maganda hindi dami ang competition hehe otherwise tumaas ang standards sa beauty tssk

I've noticed good blooming effect if I do Tathion 4x a day 2 tabs..

^Yes sis. Kailangan ko kasi ng motivation mag IVG kaya nagpaPM ako ng pics sa mga IVG users then. That was 2013 nga yata. Kaso nga wala pa rin ako courage mag IVG. Haha! Malaki din naman pinuti mo sis. Kaya nga white lady tawag ko sayo.
Di naman considered filter yung night mode, I guess? Parang front cam lang, di naman filter yun. Pero nakakaputi.

Parang may Chinese blood nga siya. Pero yung before pics niya, laki talaga pinuti niya.
 
Yes sis, nagsariling sikap ako ngayon. And I try to do it more religiously now. Habol ko dun sa belo yung bleaching solution.

Btw, anyone na nakapansin na kapag nakamiss kayo ng dose ng oral gluta eh parang mas effective siya? Parang dun lumalabas ang effect? Or feeling ko lang siguro.

^ hmm so until now sis, you havent tried IVG? What about it scares you sis? katuwa naman..I remember freaking out my first time, was on the verge of fainting o.o sa sobrang takot LOL baka mamamatay na ako sa Steven Johnson's Syndrome or thyroid issues or heart problem (IV yun after all, and technically it does go to your brain and heart)

I've had so many issues with gluta that I wasnt afraid to talk about any weird symptoms just to check if others are experiencing it too.

regarding your question sis, parang true nga. Not sure if "just now" lang na notice na I missed or it's been like that and I just didnt see it.

What are you taking pala now sis?

Nope sis not a single shot. Haha. Maraming factors eh. Dati I would even search dun sa website ng drug company ng IVGs just to search kung legit talaga yung gamot. I guess I am just being cautious. Nakapag email pa nga yata ko sa Roche Italy or I forgot kung sa Germed (I forgot na saang company). Then wala kong nareceive na reply. And there were issues pa na galing China or fake or not approved ng BFAD yung iba. Sure may mga sis tayo na nagtestify and gamit naman siya ng ibang clinics dito, pero siguro I wasn't ready to take risks. Well you may add din na takot akong mag self inject and I was thinking yung gastos kung every other day ang shot tapos double dose. Lol Few months ago, pwede na sana ko maki sesh sa colleagues ko. Wouldn't have to self inject and of course free pa rin, cause may mga nagstart na maggluta. I was waiting for something siguro like yung glow or blooming effect kaso wala ko nakita sa kanila. These are actual na nakakasama ko hah. Pero waley talaga so I got discouraged.

On topic: I am using KB now sis. Sabi nga nila it's not considered gluta daw. Pero kasi it's just the same with ishi. Nakabreakdown na yung tri-peptide. I had to research kasi about yung sa hindi na absorb ang oral gluta kasi nga it gets destroyed daw sa stomach. KB has a good explanation regarding that and it was explained why yung gluta blend is better than reduced gluta. But then again, bakit yung iba naman naging effective sa kanila yung pure gluta or even reduced ones. So I think it boils down pa rin sa hiyangan.

Pagkaubos ko ng 1st box ko ng snowcaps nagkapimple ako sa cheek (i dont even know kung pimple ba to or what kasi flat lang sya and red at never pa ako nagka pimple sa pisngi huhu). Di ko alam id it's because of the snowcaps or because nagdagdag ako ng one drop sa kiehls MRC ko for the past 3 nights!

May naka experience na ba sa inyo mga sis ng ganito na matagal na nagssnow caps tapos saka lang nagkapimple?

Pero if you think about it, marami naman ganyan ngayon. Like yung ishi, detox white ba yun, then yung oxiglow, beauoxiwhite. Hindi sila mga reduced gluta. Pero I guess hiyangan naman talaga. A friend of mine swears by met. Pumuti naman siya kaya lang hindi super pantay yung pagkaputi niya.

I'm still on KB, still thinking if I should experiment with other brands.

^yes sis, uneven pa rin. Like yung legs niya, hindi kasing puti ng face and arms niya. Pero siguro kasi that time naka 2 bottles palang yata siya. Kaso she stopped kaya di ko rin alam kapag tuloy-tuloy ang gamit. Also, di ko alam if biased ba kapag alam mong nagtake ng gluta. Pero ganda ng pagkaputi ng arms niya, pino yung skin.
 
Sis mina, I had to stalk yung FB nung sinasabi ko sayo. Since we're not friends talaga, limited lang ako pictures na nakikita ko. Walang throwback pics and 2012 lang pinaka old pics na nakikita ko. Maputi na siya since that year, so I don't know kelan ba siya nagstart pumuti. Pero eto, there was one pic na kasama niya lola niya and "ama" tawag niya. Di ba sa mga Chinese yung term na yun for lola? So maybe that would explain kung bakit ang puti niya rin. Regarding the morena claim, baka naman umitim lang siya nung time na yun? Mga Chinese kasi kahit yung hindi maputi is not as dark as mga morenang pinay.

sis I've read po na the best way to increase gluta levels is to take NAC. And I'm going to be honest rin, nakakaputla siya..in fairness. Forgot the brand I took though. I know I bought from Healthy Options, house brand.. And I know I tried rin sa GNC..nakasale kase. Not gonna lie, if you would do research on the best way (noninvasive) to increase gluta levels sa body..NAC is the answer. But holy shxt the smell. Cannot myself anymore hahaha. sobrang diligent naman ako magtake ng pills pero it just puts me off in so many ways! LOL
Oo baka may chinese blood? Because iba talaga pumuputi yung mga may ibang lahi basta naka.gluta. (Maybe that would explain why Lovi Poe took yearssss )
I would assume it also has something to do with your environment..technically speaking, you cant really make your body stop producing melanin (sad)
 oh well it is what it is.. I keep praying sana my body will forget how to tan kase nasanay na sa puti
