some of my friends take it without vitamin C na separate. Kasi snowcaps has like 100mg na. Pero you can maximize it kasi if you take more vitamin C like double nung gluta amount.

sis, my ex-bf is an MD/Surgeon sa LA, and he said pills are really ineffective kasi it gets destroyed lang daw as in no absorbtion whatsoever. Theoretically daw hindi talaga naaabsorb yung mga orals and probably placebo effect lang. Pero I defied yung sinabi niya kasi madami din naman nahiyang sa oral eh. It's just ayaw niya talaga maniwala (well, American kasi siya and mataas ang regard niya sa studies dun - oh well, di kami naghiwalay dahil sa gluta discussion ah XD). My sister who drinks vitamin C for like a decade now, hindi naman siya pumuti. Less haggard siya and parang bright lang ang aura niya. Pero never umangat ang shade niya. Gluta pa rin siguro yung may capability to inhibit tyrosinase. On studies kasi, vitamin C is the easiest way to get injected satin na will help keep the gluta in its reduced absorbable form.

I'm taking Met for 5 days now so far okay naman sya. Namamahalan lang ako since nasanay ako sa snow caps na once a day lang about 50 pesos per day.. And met costs 90 per day namaN. Almost double.

Mga sises na nagte-take ng snowcaps for the longest time, okay pa rin ba? May nababasa kasi akong after 3 months nawala na yung glow. True ba yun? Hay nalulungkot ako sa Relumins parang wala lang though di ko pa nauubos yung isang bottle. Kahit glow wala unlike sa ph338 and tathion307 na na-take ko before. Parang di ko kayang panindigan yung 3 months sa Relumins huhuhu.

Naguguluhan pa rn ako if Met and Snowcaps combo or ta307-snowcaps combo.
Kung meron lang akong IVT, nag-IV gluta na ako.

So frustrated hay...

^ I was on snowcaps from January to April. Same pa rin everyday. Now kasi Ishi Premoum na lang ako since I am on IVG na.

I didn't see anything special with Met. Snowcaps, ishi prem keri na eh. Parang di worth it magventure sa met. Snowcaps pa lang quota na sa glow eh. Pero mas maglow IVG.

Ang sabi naman ng derma ko, pareho lang naman daw ang effect ng oral and IV. Yun nga lang makikita mo agad ang effect ng IV but mabilis daw mareach yung peak ng pagkaputi mo, mas mabilis din mawala ang effect. While sa oral, mas matagal ang effect, mas matagal din mawala.

^ those dermas na nagsasabi niyan, they have oral glutathione to sell kasi. kaya they market that. yung mga derma from the best hospitals dito sa pinas, they say na it just get destroyed sa first pass sa gut. Isang component na lang nung tripeptide yung nakakasurvive na ififilter pa ni liver before it reaches our system. Sa US nga hindi ginagamit masyado yung oral glutathione and most doctors there, IVG ang nirerefer - well for its real purpose and not for whitening.

hindi din mabilis mawala yung effect ni IVG as long as you do maintenance like everything else and proper care. kahit sa oral naman you do maintenance eh, di ba?

^ah talaga sis. Matanong ko nga yung derma ko pagmagkaroon ako ng time. Nakakatamad kasi pumuntang Manhattan lalo mainit na dito. Ayoko nagpapainit kapag gumagamit ako ng gluta lol!

Sayang din kasi pagpapadala ko ng Royale from Philippines kung wala rin naman pala effect.

^ pero not to undermine yung oral ha, it's just mas malaking percentage yung naabsorb thru IVG than oral as claimed by scientific studies. But then, meron tayong mga "anecdotal evidences" na nagsasabi na nakakaputi pa rin ang oral glutathione hence we still opt to try.

You can still try oral sis. madami rin nagsabi na effective daw to as based on experiences. it's just in theory and scientific tests hindi gaano.

Anyone here using Gluta Nano Plus 900k? I've started using it yesterday. I also noticed that I have a brown discharge, is it a side effect?

How about thiocell? oral cavity ang absorption nito so hindi na sya dadaan sa usual process ng other oral gluta. does that mean ito ang effective?

mga sis san may stock ng ishi premium na 600-800 lang price range? Lagi oos eh or if may masuggest kayo same price range na effective din pamalit muna

Sayang ishi advance at premium ko di ko na gamit parang sumasakit talaga tagiliran ko and no effect sa akin, siguro it's all in the mind din dahil ang mura niya compare sa iba, but i think it's authentic naman, bought it from avery.

Nahiyang talaga ko sa luxxe white, hiyangan lang din talaga, dun lang kasi ko nakareceived ng comments ng "koreana", "ang puti puti mo naman maam" sa mga sales lady,  "gusto ko maging ganyan kaputi" etc sa 4 months ko pagtake, nakakakilig lang hehe. Take it with 500mg sodium ascorbate 2x a day. Can't wait to give birth para makapag oral ulit.

Second best for me is nuwhite followed by snowcaps, yung snocaps di ko siya natake ng matagal, kasi nawala yung glow ko sa luxxe kaya bigla ko hininto pero try ko ulit planning to take it longer para makita effect talaga and since readily available siya sa mga drugstores.

does anyone tried to take gluta plus zinc picolinate combination. I have read kasi na zinc picolinate clears up acne, may whitening effect din at glowing effect... just a preventive measure lang when taking gluta for the first [textspeak!] kasi diba may purging period pag di hiyang
