Can anyone share a sample program flow/ template/ schedule? This is something we'll have to start thinking about in a few months, wala parin akong ginagawa for this. But basically we do not plan to make it a grand program, i dont like kasi weddings na parang concert yung pinuntahan ko andaming performances, ang tagal, tired na ang guests. Does anyone have a sample 2-hour program?

Hi sis, here's a sample quick program flow for your reference:
1.  Introduction/Parents/Sponsors/Entou
2.  Couple Grand Entrance
3.  First Dance
4.  Fireworks to welcome the couple (can also be done on the finale instead)
5.  Cake Cutting/Toast
6.  Prayer then Dinner/Pictorial  (Growing up/Prenup AVP before dinner ends)
7.  Father-Daughter Dance
8.  Well Wishers (limit it to 2 persons i.e. groom's mom and bride's dad para di nakaka-bore)
9.  Couple Game (optional.. only if you want your couple guests to have participation)
10. Bouquet & Garter Game
11. Onsite Photo and SDE
12. Couple's Final Message and Host's Closing Remark
13.  After Party (drink till you drop)

Here is what we did with ours:

- bingo games after ceremony/cocktail hour
- introduction of host
- introduction of our parents/flower girls/best men
- couple entrance
- welcome remarks by groom's parents
- blessing of food
- dinner (meantime, nagtablehop kami, band is playing their 1st set, we cut the cake / wine sa side lang di na inannounce)
- short speech by bride's mom to formally welcome groom into family
- short speech by bride's best friend
- toast by the best men
- SDE
- couple thank you speech
- closing remarks by host
- band 2nd set/ rockeoke

Madami kaming hindi na ginawa like couple dance ganyan. Yung cake cutting and wine ayoko nga sana gawin. Nagcompromise na lang kami ng coordinator ko na hindi na lang sya part talaga ng program kaya habang dinner sa side na lang namin ginawa.

Kasi may naatendan ako wedding more than 10minutes eh. Parang nakakainip yung growing up nila. Parehong masinop si parents kaya marami silang pictures nung kabataan, hahaha.

aside sa AvP, may pre nup pic slide show pa kami. Tapos on site din. Tapos sde. Grabe puro videos?
Naisip ko tuloy sa cocktails iplay ng paulit ulit yung prenup. Pwede naman diba? 

Then habang nagdidinner eh yung Growing Up photos. Then one or two sets ng kanta from singers then On site naman? What do you think sissies? last na si SDE  Bago ang Thank you speech ng couple.

Ay sis hindi sa side ang toast. Yung cake cutting and wine lang. The toast led by the best man was done after dinner when everybody's settled down.

We didnt have the growing up videos/etc. Basically because i dont have my old fotos anymore and we're not exactly keen on showing our old pictures. Ah the prenup was shown before the SDE pala. In total it was i think less than 10mins. Parang 3mins lang prenup + 5mins SDE.

Naku ang cool kasi ng Growing Up yung payatot days, old pix ng couple years ago then up to the latest. hehe.

The pre Nup oo nga siguro we can play it during the cocktails na lang while they are busy bees chit chatting sa old friends sa wedding

Darlene sent me her workbook right after we booked her. I just omitted some parts like garter games, etc. Our cocktail period is 1.5 hrs. hubby made a "getting to know the couple" video.. it's a fusion of a growing up, what our goals and ambitions are, how we met, where are we now. It was played 15 min before the programme began, sign din for guests that the reception has started. Then the VIPs and ento members were presented. After which we had our grand entrance then couple's first dance. We made sure all dances were done on the first part para they can be showed sa SDE. The games were done na during the last part when were waiting for the SDE and slideshow to finish.

Thanks to this thread, at least I have an idea na. This will be very helpful coz we're meeting our coordinator in 2 weeks time, and I wanted to discuss na the reception program flow. I want din kasi to keep it short lang, ayaw namin kasi na nag aalisan yung guests din kasi it's dragging na.

For all the other brides, maybe you can share your reception programs as well? Thank you, ladies
