Psyllium Fiber

I'm planning to buy Psyllium fiber supplements and I came across. May masusuggest po ba kayong brand or place to buy? Meron po akong nakita sa Watson's pero baka hindi maganda.

Look up C-Lium fiber. Hiyangan lang naman din yan then sabayan mo ng exercise.

C-Lium fiber lang din alam ko sis hehe yung capsule, hindi ko kasi mainom pag husks...

I don't think my slimming effect ang psyllium, pero effective talaga sya against constipation.. especially yun husks form.. Hindi nga lang talaga kaaya aya ang lasa..

I just bought Metamucil. I have problems with bowel movement. I was taking Redoxfat before but they changed their formula and it's not effective anymore.
