^^Gulat nga ko eh. Nung nakita ko yung 100k na package, sabi ko okay. Pero nung chineck ko na yung inclusions, dami pa pala na wala. Sadness. Although ask ko pa din si fiance. Parang magiging Php142k kasi pag inadd ko. Naka set kasi kami ng mga Php100-120k max lang sa pics since mahal na yung video grapher namin.

Chineck ko yung sa Chestknots and 98k yung package nila, wala pang engagement. Will try to contact Jaja Samaniego naman.

Btw, between Gail (Foreveryday) and Caliber, sino mas bet nyo? Pareho silang nagtrain kay Pat Dy di ba? Okay din kasi pareho yung package nila. Mas cheaper lang ng konti si Caliber.

^I think kasama na album sa 98k. I was browsing kasi dun sa lahat ng flyers na nacollect ko kaka punta sa mga bridal fairs and nakita ko yung sa Chestknots. May Php208k nga sila na package kasama na prenup plus styling (Feliz) which is way over our budget too.

^Ah sis... nag iba lang ng pricing scheme. I got JLR in 2014 pa but this was the scheme:

Php 110,000
15 x 10 handmade album with 40 pages
150 4x6 loose prints
Onsite slideshow loop
JLR and 2 assistant photographers
Digital negatives
Disc of all Flimtastic hi-res images


so I guess very little price difference. He just changed the pricing scheme. 

Sis here are the ones I liked also when I was looking for a photographer: Jaja Samaniego, Jay jay Lucas, Mimi and Karl, Francis Perez/ Caliber King of Team Pat Dy. They are all more or less the same price, give or take 10k.

I also checked Metrophoto back in 2014 packages started at 140k for Oly Ruiz and 100k for Erron Ocampo. Pat Dy starting at 140k, Nelwin Uy starting at 110k (but with very few inclusions). Mangored was about 140k.


Between Caliber and Gail, it really depends with you sis ano type mo. They are both good. Si Caliber and Francis are part of Team Pat Dy.  Just the same way si Erron Ocampo is 2nd in line kay Oly Ruiz in Metrophoto. Kanya kanyang style so just choose which you like best.

@wednesdei uy we were suppose to book Chestknots since they did my sisters wedding kaso we didnt want ours to be compared so we got another one. She got them for 165k including the styling pero wow 208k thats a bit steep for a prenup and wedding.

Jajas rates are now at 100k since she increased after her website was launched. Dont know the inclusions though.

Yes I agree with chili1113 depends on your style when you get your photographer 

Btw Bob Nicolas gets booked so fast, his wife says at least 2 years. I lost him to another couple pero its all good.. Try booking him na if hes your non negotiable. He used to be my non nego too and mahirap na humanap pag settled kana sa knya

Ngayon kasi dun sa pinadala sa akin na rates, naka separate na yung loose prints (add Php7,000) and slideshow (add Php5000). And yung prenup nya naman is Php30k.

@sis wednesdei, yes both Gail and Caliber went through training with Pat Dy so both are good. But for me they have different styles na rin. Gail has a more natural and relaxed feel while maintaining the good angles of people. Looking at Caliber's facebook and website, he's more on the pose-y and editorial type of shots.

Personally, I love Gail's style and his customer service is awesome. No wonder he's got a thread of fans here hehe. Check this out:

But in the end, I think it will still depend on what kind of photos you want for your prenup and wedding because although they were trained by Pat, they still have different styles and personality

I have seen both styles and magaling pareho. it's up to you to decide na lang. i am a Gail Bitoon bride too. Ready na our official photos in dvd after a month.

Weekday wedding ako so absolutely free yung mga in demand. My friend got Pat Dy and Bob Nicolas 1 month before wedding kasi Wednesday sila sa Tagaytay pa.

^downside sis belle of getting high end photo and video for me di  ko afford yung prenup and video. So I'm scouting mid range to do that. Haha! I can't compromise on the budget. Achievement parin makaipon at may ma save!

We got Francis Perez and Project Mayo to do our photo and video for prenup and wedding. Its a constant struggle because I want the high end ones but yes true sticking to the budget is better than getting broke after

Project Mayo is highly suggested to me by my coordinator but I sacrificed and go for The Bob Nicolas talaga. Bahala na sa prenup video sacrifice sacrifice...

@msdianne swerte friend mo at inggit ako! Although weekday wedding ako, hinde ko nakuha si Bob pero understandable since December naman kame.

What I'll be doing for prenup, we'll be getting someone else para maiba style nila from our wedding photog. Modern kase kame for wedding photog we were thinking of getting someone quirky. Sinong photog nyo?

Who do you have in mind to do your prenup? Ako yun nga I will get some mid range na magaling and affordable sa prenup because I can't afford pat dy's rate na sa prenup :p

I was thinking sila manny & april for those quirky candid shots. Recommended samin ni planner.I dont want anything dramatic for prenup kase. Gusto ko very casual lang.

Sino pbang okay na mid range?
