H2b and I talked about it. We are willing to let go half of the dp (according to the contract) but not the whole dp. Sana di kami ma-stress sa pagpa refund.
For me kasi, so so lang photos nila na nakita namin on their portfolios, but we liked 1 sde they made kaso 2013 or 2014 pa ata yun. we booked them sa bridal fair - na overwhelm siguro kami sa freebies since start pa lang din kami preps nun and di pa ko masyado nag reresearch at that time

It's always best talaga to read reviews from real clients first before booking suppliers especially the major ones. I'm so thankful for female network about this because this site helps me and my friends a lot in checking reviews of shortlisted suppliers

Ganda ng prenup shoot ni Toni sa metrophoto! Mas maganda kesa sa hindi celebrity clients ng metrophoto. Yun ang ayoko sa mga high end suppliers, kapag celebrity mas maganda yung output.

Sis juwie budget namin for photo+vid is 100k Marami na kaming nakita pero, well ganun lang siguro talaga since in fairness malaking amount of money din naman involve kaya gusto nya na sigurado talaga

Akala ko h2b ko lang ang napaka-picky haha good to know madami din pala jan na iba

Ganda ng prenup shoot ni Toni sa metrophoto! Mas maganda kesa sa hindi celebrity clients ng metrophoto. Yun ang ayoko sa mga high end suppliers, kapag celebrity mas maganda yung output.

Yan din ang ayaw ko. Pero siyempre celebs sila kaya maganda sila magproject etc. I like mga tipo na very natural lang. Hindi pilit. Kasi sa totoo lang, you can really tell e if sobrang choreographed.

Sis consistent naman na maganda ang shots ng metrophoto basta si sir oly ang kumukuha.. minsan kase you'll notice the difference din kapag ibang photographer nya ang nagshot. Pati sa sharpness siguradong alam mong hindi kay sir oly. Sa prenup nila,  halos same same kase ng style.. since they're known for their very dramatic approach.

i think its hard to compare celebrity photos to non-celeb ones even if the photographer is the same. syempre celebrities have a great production staff at their disposal. they can get the best stylist, makeup artist, designer clothes, etc. kahit si oly ruiz or pat dy ang photographer, jason magbanua or bob nicolas ang videographer, if the other suppliers naman are not of the same caliber, then the output will still not be the same. observation ko lang naman

Truth sis. Very good example din nyan ang nice print. Actually even sa mga high-end videographers like Jason and Bob, though maganda at malinis ang pagkatahi ng editing, so-so pa din lang sa kin yung ibang outputs nila with non-celebrity clients na feeling ko keri naman maachieve ng iba na way lower ang rate. Oh well branding din kasi talaga.

^sa bagay sis tao lang din naman sila and maybe there are times din talaga that they're not in their form. actually yung wedding video nga ni sitti di ko din ganun ka bet.

hay nako, okay pa naman sana ang rates ng niceprint kaso dami na talagang negative reviews. tanggap lang kasi sila ng tanggap ng clients tas nag ooutsource lang ng mga freelance photographers kumita lang. tsk tsk.

I know a bride who got Nice Print. On their prenup shoot, late dumating, 2hours sila pinag antay. They had to pay extension fee pa tuloy sa venue. Tapos isang tao lang yata yung pinadala or something, basta she wasn't happy with the person na pinadala kasi parang backup lang sya at nakalimutan talaga ni Nice Print i-schedule her prenup shoot. Galit na galit yung bride. Kaya nung kasal nya talagang naka red alert sya sa Nice Print, binabantayan kung ano oras dadating. Haha. Pero bumawi naman sila nung wedding day at nagpadala ng matinong team ☺

^i have a friend who got them sa binyag nung anak niya. after 6 months pa ata nakuha yung pictures and videos. pag celebrity daw process agad. pag ordinary pinapatagal eh samantalang sila daw nagbabayad compare sa celebrities

I have to disagree na mas maganda ang pre nup photos nila Toni compared to those of non celebrity clients of Metrophoto. While it's true na maganda naman talaga ang photos nila Toni sa National Museum, I've seen a lot of really good set of pre wedding photos sa non celebrity clients nila. For me, very consistent ang works ng Metrophoto sa mga engagement shoots nila. 

For Niceprint naman, agree ako na iba ang quality and style pag celebrity clients. Siguro, yung pinaka magagaling nilang tao ang pinapa hawak non. Well, they really don't have a distinct style naman to begin with like Metrophoto, Pat Dy or Nelwin Uy. And napansin ko din they don't post SDEs ng mga non celebrity clients. Puro SDE ng mga artista ang pinopost nila.

I think though with Jason M he's really more of an artist. Madge Lejano his gf was there to help him though as she was also the bride's HMUA.

Hehe I noticed lang with some suppliers like NicePrint super ibang iba the quality of celebrity weddings.

What, Madge is Jason's gf?? I didnt know! They worked together at my brother's wedding hahaha.

On Niceprint, well i dont expect much from someone so commercialized.. wala naman silang identity or photo style din and iba iba nga yung teams. Matagal na yung reviews na they treat their artista (free) clients so differently from the usual couples. They dont upload some SDEs of normal people so they dont have to pay for licensing. Pero syempre pag artista they will pay for licensing of the songs since free advertising yun for them. So sad lang.

I didn't like Toni's photos, she is so beautiful and her smile is really something and yet in her prenup pics there is no love, no emotion. Kanya kanya i guess.

^maybe dahil dun sa groom to be sis. masyadong stiff saka wala ka man lang nakitang pagbabago sa reaction ng face. sayang very good looking pa naman. nagmukha tuloy si toni lang ang excited sa kanila magpakasal sa mga prenup pics nila. pero their pre nup with pad dy is better i think in terms of paul's projection. but i like the fact that they plan their wedding to be simple and intimate yet classy

I didn't like Toni's photos, she is so beautiful and her smile is really something and yet in her prenup pics there is no love, no emotion. Kanya kanya i guess.

i noticed that too sis.. si metrophoto kase ang photog kaya more on pang-magazine ang style.. kaso it became too commercial photography, nawala and love and emotion.. more on they looked like they were models for bridal magazine, but they didn't look like a couple..

Now ko lang nakita yung kay Pat dy, mas gusto ko nga yung shots nila don, very natural. Tapos artista sila, madalas naman sila nakakapag suot ng mga gowns and high fashion. Yung kay pat dy naka pantalon, sando at white shirt lang si Toni. Who's brave enough to wear plain white shirt and jeans sa prenup?

Sissies will you give tip or gifts sa photo-video supplier niyo? If so, ano bibigay niyo? Nag-iisip kasi ako ng pwedeng gift or token for my p/v supplier. Thanks in advance for your replies!
