I started taking beefit capsules October last year. From 63kgs, I went down to 55kgs after I finished mga 35capsules I think (1box and 5capsules).
Nung una, talagang nakaka-dry sya ng mouth, so you really have to drink a lot of water. May times na parang slight nahihilo ako, which I think it?s because I keep forgetting to eat, kasi hindi ka talaga magugutom. Pag kumakain naman ako, sobrang hindi ko na nauubos yung food na usually madali kong maubos for example a 6-inch subway sandwich was really easy for me to finish before, may snack pa after, pero non hindi ko na maubos after eating half of it. It was also very difficult sometimes to decide what to eat kasi parang nauumay ako pag nagiisip ng kakainin (or baka psyche lang yun?). No palpitations for me kasi I strictly followed the no coffee and softdrinks rule dun sa box. Anyway I rarely drink softdrinks naman na before I even started using BeeFit, and I really wanted to stop drinking coffee so okay din. I also stopped drinking milktea kasi nagpalpitate ako once and had difficulty sleeping.
I definitely perspired a lot, kahit sa office na naka-aircon naman nagpapawis pa din ako. And I don?t know if nagkataon lang or siguro kasi I wasn?t that busy sa work (I work at night), I was usually very sleepy so I was almost always napping during lunch breaks (we?re allowed to eat sa station namin, so yung lunch ko tinutulog ko nalang hehe). I had no difficulty sleeping naman sa bahay pero I noticed na nabawasan yung tulog ko, like from the usual 8hrs, naging 5-6hrs nalang. Pero I feel na enough naman sya, except na nga lang yung pag nasa work ako bigla akong inaantok hehe.
I also wanna share na it definitely stopped my snoring. It?s embarrassing pero I used to snore when I sleep, pero not anymore since I started using BeeFit. Probably because of the weightloss (?). My mom and gf confirmed I don?t snore anymore and my seatmate sa work don?t tap me when I sleep kasi hindi nya naman daw namamalayan na tulog pala ako coz I don?t snore.
Ang mahirap lang sa beeFit, I had to buy a lot of new clothes because ang luwag na sakin ng clothes ko before so ampanget na ng fit.
but seriously ang dami kong bago and actually lumang damit na nasusuot again coz I really lost weight. Sobrang miracle nitong product na to for me.
Nung 2nd box na, ginawa ko nalang na every other day ang inom, because I feel satisfied naman na with my weight (55kgs, I?m 5?3 by the way). Bago ko maubos yung 2nd box, I was taking it twice a week nalang, parang pang maintenance nalang. I also take it nalang pag alam kong mapapadami ako ng kain somewhere hehe.
When I finished my 2nd box, I stopped muna, but then bumabalik yung takaw ko so I bought a 3rd box. Bee Sexy yung nabili ko this time, parang parehas lang naman kasi sila ng effect I think? Basta for girls, beesexy or beefit lang, kasi the other kind Magic Potions have, yung slimfit ata ang name, is for men and I tried one capsule nun, dun ako nagpalpitate so it?s definitely too strong for me.
I?m back to 57kgs now kasi nga ang takaw ko din kaya I bought a 3rd box. I take it 4x a week, just to control my appetite. I don?t think na I?ll look okay pa if I try to go for weight lower than 54kgs. Just also wanna rave na hindi nagbago cupsize ko while using this haha. I was kinda scared na baka pati boobs ko lumiit, pero I can still use the same bras and yung hook lang ang inadjust ko sa likod, pero same cupsize.
Please nga pala, don?t use this if may heart/lungs/kidney/liver problems kayo, or any health problem actually or pregnant or breastfeeding. Naka-indicate yun sa box. May seatmate sa work is also overweight pero I never told her about this because I know she has kidney issues.
