Got questions regarding men? Post it here! (Thread 7)
« on: May 11, 2015, 05:27:55 pm »
Previous thread: http://www.femalenetwork.com/girltalk/index.php/topic,286266.600.html

So you're planning to have another baby kahit di pa kayo kasal and the reason why you want to be married is just so wala na masabi ang ibang tao? :o

Ang dami red flags..
- anak dati na 10 y.o
- may sakit papa at beneficiary sa company
- mas makakasave pag single
- nasa province
- pagkakamali yung unang baby?

I suggest magcontraceptives muna kayo habang inaayos niyo ang issues niyo.

sis fionnah325, i have to agree with what sis j.adore said.. sorry sis ah, pero ang dating sa akin, you want to get married para wala ng mga tsismis, at para rin security sa anak nyo (and sa magiging anak pa) - na kahit obvious na hesitant si guy (at this point in time, at least), hindi mo man lang bibigyan ng konting pride yung sarili mo and ipupush mo pa rin?? sorry sis ah, medyo desperate ang dating... in addition to that, being a single mom i do not glorify and promote having a child out of wedlock, mahirap magpalaki ng bata mag isa... pero di ko rin kino-consider na mistake yung son ko.  kahit pa maraming pakialamero, pakialamera, tsismoso, at tsismosa sa paligid ko, hindi ko sila pinansin sis.. katwiran ko, wala ako utang sa kanila, at hindi naman nila ako pinapakain.. point ko lang sis is, you should marry for the right reasons - hindi yung para lang for security and para lang walang masabi yung mga ibang tao. just my opinion sis..  :)

^ hi sis. single mom here also.  :) i agree with what bro dismembered said about him introducing you to his family. it's a good way to gauge how serious is he about you. another thing to note din is kung ok and open din ba yung family nya syo AND your kid. yung sa pag introduce mo naman sa kanya sa family mo, and your kid.. hmm.. ako kasi i decided to introduce my guy sa family at sa son ko, when i decided na ready na rin ako for a relationship with him, hindi yung "friends" lang kami. di ko kasi gets why would i need to introduce him sa family, much more sa son ko, kung "friends" lang kami diba? i have some male friends from college and from work, and my family and my son don't need to know them all.. hehe.. well i guess that is just me.. baka traditional pa rin kahit paano yung outlook ko when it comes to relationships...  :)

Been lurking in this thread for quite sometime until now that i have the guts to post my question.... haha!

Case 1: BF is living with the ex-wife together with their daughter. BF is paying for the monthyl amortization as part of the annulment agreement (the GF has the copy of the annulment papers and annotated marriage certificate). The BF is always with the GF and just goes home at night doon sa bahay nila then goes out again in the morning to be with the GF the whole day. The GF is known by the BF's nuclear family, and the nuclear family knows that the BF is living in a common house with the ex-wife and daughter. So far, for the past 1 year, the BF never went out with ex-wife + daughter since everyday sila magkasama ni GF...with this situation, dapat baang magtiwala si GF kay BF na wala na talaga with the ex-wife?

Too complicated. but appreciate your comments/feedback.

^ sis, it's hard. But it is up to the GF talaga if she thinks loyal naman at di manloloko si BF. Question ko -
2. Out of respect sa GF, kung may prinsipyo si lalaki, di nya ilalagay ang GF nya Sa situation na alanganin. Either he moves out of comes up with an amicable settlement with his ex wife (kung totoong ex na nya ito)
3. is the GF recognised as the GF (not kabit) by the family of the guy, friends, office mates, kung baga publicly GF is the official partner ni guy? Or naka enroll pa ang wife as dependent sa medical insurance coverage sa work, etc?

I don't understand why my husband wants me to stay away from my friends who are mistresses? Please help me understand. Does it mean that he doesn't trust me? The story here kase whenever may mga parties hindi niya ako pinapayagan dahil nalaman niya from my other Gay friends that two of our close friends are mistresses. Hay this Sunday another party that I will missed because he doesn't want me to attend :-\  dahil andun yung dalawa. Impossible namang umiwas eh may mga common friends kame :'(

sis gharz412, baka conservative si husband mo. ayaw ka nya makita kasama yung mga mistress friends mo, kasi ayaw nya magkaroon ng negative impression ang tao syo. di ba may saying na "tell me who your friends are, and i'll tell you who you are.. "...

Sabi niya bad influence daw. Actually it's confirmed. Pero for me kase our friendship is out of the question, since they are still my friends so i have to accept them. But hubby cannot see my point..

I think you should talk to your husband.

As a man, may mga pagkakataon na minsan ganito ako.

Let's say a convicted rapist or murderer. Never akong papayag na sumama sya dun. They can stay friends pero to go out with them? No.

If being a mistress or adultery is considered very offensive para sa asawa mo, you have to understand na ayaw ka nya rin ma associate sa mga taong gumagawa nun the same way na ayaw maaassociate ka sa mga taong hate nya ang ginagawa.

Why don't you also choose his friends, walang inuman or girlie bar friends. Patas lang.

Actually sis, blessed ako to have a husband na walang bisyo since his already 37 napaglipasan na nya yun and before pa kame nag meet, when he was 35 as in graduate na siya sa mga ganun kaya nga naiisip ko dapat this time sumunod ako para walang gulo since it's for my own good din naman...
