Security measures for your child

Mommies and Daddies, what are your security measures lalo na kung kay yaya lang naiiwan si baby? FTM here and lo is 4 months old, we hired a yaya from an agency (2 of our maids were from the same agency as well). Hindi naman sa wala akong tiwala kay yaya pero sa dami nang nababalitaan ngayon like pananakit or worst yung pangingidnap tapos ibebenta, nakakatakot na talagang maghire na yaya na totally hindi mo kilala. And at this point i need to go back to work due to financial matter.

Maraming tao sa bahay namin; we have another yaya 1 household maid, 3 carpenters (may pinapagawa kasi kami), si MIL (pero minsan umaalis alis siya) plus 2 kids 3 and 10 years old since vacation and we live in a private subd. Kahit maraming tao sa bahay namin, hindi maalis yung worry ko na baka itakas lang ang baby ko. Ganun ata talaga ang nanay, yung worst na yung naiisip.

I already discussed to MIL na gusto ko magpalagay ng cctv in our room. But for me its not enough, what if they are in the living room or outside the house? How will i ensure the safety of my son even when I'm at work?
