I love her. I don't think she's a classic beauty like Diana but I think she's more gorgeous, more interesting and sexier. And whatever she wears or carries, nakakaengganyo kopyahin. She seems to have settled in her new life and role. She and William seem very happy.

I like the way she carries her clothes. Very simple and classy.

I used to like her, pinanood ko pa nga yung royal wedding at kinilig pa ako. Pero as time passes, puro clothes, hair, shopping, etc lang sya. Walang substance  . In the U.K., people viewed her as fake, social-climber, and lazy. The people even make fun of her facial expressions and hair. Look at this website:

Sana nga bawas bawasan na yung mga news sakanya about shopping kahit na mayaman ang family nya noon palang. May head of PR naman sya siguro i front and center nila yung mga charity, diplomatic events nya sana hinde puro "The blue dress Kate wore in this event sold out in seconds" or "The princess went to xxx for baby furniture" although di rin naman siguro nya kasalanan.

Tennisgirl, ang alam ko the royal family has official duties na kailangan nilang gawin whether they like it or not. Nakaplano sked nila. So I don't know why people would say she's lazy. At nag-insist pa siya dati na wag kumuha ng nanny for the 1st baby.

About social climber naman, either inggit sa kanya or snub aristocrats  nagsasabi nun. Ganun naman talaga usually sinasabi pag ang isang commoner na-link sa aristocrats di ba? Di ba pwedeng nagka-in-love-an lang talaga?

At sa pagiging fake... Di ko naman siya kilala personally so no comment ako. I guess marami lang talaga nasasabi ang mga tao sa mga sikat na personalidad. Kahit nga kay Diana, may mga nagsasabing di naman talaga siya mahiyain at parang tupa. She's manipulative daw at marunong lang kumuha ng simpatya ng publiko.

Sis nataliaesperon2000: nope, di daw galing sa tax ng mga british ang ginagastos. Si Prince Charles daw ang nag-fu-fund para sa mga clothes ni Kate. Nung 2012, inopen ni Prince Charles sa public yung account nya and it was reported that Kate's clothes amounted to £35,000 (from Jan-June 2012).

Sis patriciaheart: Yun na nga eh. Bihira ang news sa kanya about going to charities, royal engagements, etc. Actually press ang exaggerated sa mga kwento, masyadong binibigyan ng highlight ang suot nya, make-up, hair, etc...isama mo na dyan yung naked photos nya during their holiday in France.

I love anything Kate Middleton!  Always been fascinated with lives and stories about royal families.  I think she'll make a great queen someday. 

Sa mga nagsasabing lazy si Kate, hindi naman nya kasalanan na ang role ng prinsesa eh limited in terms of mga charity works and the like.  Hindi naman sya pwedeng magtrabaho ng normal tulad natin dba. 

As for too much focus on her fashion sense, hindi naman nila kayang i-control what the press will publish.  Hindi naman siguro ibig sabihin nun eh wala ng substance si Kate.  On the contrary, I would think that she has become more informed about relevant matters affecting the world after having traveled extensively with William.

May12: At first, walang nanny si Prince George pero ngayon meron na. Her name is Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo, isang Spanish national. Sinasabi na tamad sya kasi sya ang may pinaka-konti ang engagements sa lahat ng members ng Royal Family (considering she's been with them for 4 years already) and her lack of profession unlike other princesses.

About being a social climber, talagang ganun ang magiging tingin sa kanya (esp yung mga aristocrats) pero mawawala din yun if she can prove herself like Princess Mary of Denmark (also a commoner).

Nasabi na fake sya kasi walang nakikita yung mga British na sincerity sa face nya kapag humaharap sya sa tao unlike Princess Diana.

re social climbers, that's how they have labelled the Middletons from the very start. Her family is basically working class (her ancestors were coal-miners/builders). Carole, in particular, made sure to put in her kids into very good schools after she hit it big with her party supplies business. Wala ata akong napanood or nabasang biographies without any mention of that tidbit.
