Adapt a plant-based diet :) Beef, chicken and pigs have too much growth hormones injected in them na napupunta rin sa body natin which causes cancer. check out superfoodgrocer for tips :)

^^ siguro dapat organic celery sis noh? I read somewhere its one of the dirtiest veggies kasi tadtad ng chemicals..

^ yeah guyabano is great. Kaka guyabano shake lang namin yesterday. Yummy pa.

I also want to share yung malungai life oil. It helps fight cancer accdg to them. But i take it primarily to improve my breastmilk. Plus factor nalang din yung cancer fighting properties niya..

I have read that too much sugar intake can increase the risk of having cancer.  Once you get it, it would be hard to treat it even if you have money.  Its important talaga to exercise and increase intake of vegetables.  Babad daw longer than necessary the vegetables to get rid of the chemicals that goes with it like pesticides.  I recently bought din fruit and vegetable cleanser.

^ me too, i wash my fruits and veggies well. Especially yung leafy veggies and yung thin skinned. I use colvern ozonizer. It removes more than 70% of the pesticides.

I remember a friend saying ambaho daw ng pesticide na ginamit sa cabbage yata iyon or something. Di ko matandaan kung anong gulay iyon.. Sakit daw sa ilong. Malapit kasi sila sa taniman ng gulay. Kaya dapat talaga wash it well.

^Would baking soda be a good alternative? I read kasi in the box of the BS na it can be used for cleaning veggies din.

^^^ i agree sis baby-girl. too much of sugar daw is cancerous. change your sugar to honey instead.

here are anti cancer tips i got from tons of research on this:
- drink carrot or celery juice often
- ginger and garlic also reduces cancer
- red meat especially pork is also not that healthy unless it's organic meat
- stay away from processed foods
- stay away from "manufactured spices" like ginisa mix, magic sarap, and any product with monosodium glutamate
- guyabano and ampalaya are also anti cancer fruits. you read that right, ampalaya is a fruit.. :)
- sabi nila usana products will help. pero siguro sa early stages lang or depende sa body condition?

^ang persistent talaga ng usana marketing.  :-\

There is no reliable evidence that their products actually work :) take note of "No Approved Therapeutic Claims" line. That means they have no proof that these said products even have an effect at all  :(

You will be better off with fish, fresh fruits and vegetables.

Is this different from the vegetable cleanser usually available in the supermarket pa?

wag magpa stress/magpa-inis sa tao man o mga bagay. my mothers doctor kept telling her about patients under different scenarios of stress na nagka-cancer.

true sis. I always stay away from msg. ang mga spices ko pag nagluluto ako are salt, pepper, fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, basil leaves, thyme, ginger, bawang (which I use a lot) at sibuyas.
