hi sis lueeesa, when is your wedding? i suggest mag scout ka na ng magscout to find the coordinator that fits your requirement and your budget. mabilis kasi ma-book ang mga coordinators. at halos karamihan sa naisuggest na ng ibang sis, sila yung magaganda ang feedback. imbitado, ak, ktg, 7ten5, ebt. so kung meron man na a little over lang your budget, go for it na sis. medyo mahirap makahanap ng good otd coordinator lalo na pag malapit na ang event. most of the kasi 1 event per day lang.

^ sa july pa naman sis kaya lahat halos ng iniiscnout ko  available pa sila. inaagahan ko na ang reservations para wala na ako masyado iisipin kundi magbudget at ipunin na lang ang need para mafull lahat ng major suppliers. may napusuan na ako at pasok sa budget sa tulong ng isa sa mga ka sis dito sa GT

December 2016 bride here. Finally, already booked our venue at Taalena (same venue for Christian Ceremony and reception) and L & J Catering.
Mga sissies, I need your opinions cause I'm planning not to get OTD Coordinator, included na kasi sa L&J ang reception coordinator and emcee. Since same venue lang naman ang ceremony and reception. I'm planning na mag assigned na lang ng tatao sa registration table and magaasikaso for the entourage or during ceremony. If ever na kukuha kami ng OTD Coordinator, half day lang sila. hmmm parang hindi practical? IMO...
Does anyone here had the same experience, pls... share your opinions and suggestions mga sissies.

^i highly recommend my OTD coordinator, Ms. Kits Diaz of Styled Celebrations. Magaling at professional. Walang naging hassle sa suppliers ko.

^^Hi sis. Do you reside near your venue? Otd coordinators' duty is way beyond registration or arranging the line of ento. I suggest mag inquire ka muna sa mga otd coordinators. Ask them their scope. From there you can assess kung kailangan mo ng otd coordination service

^^^Hi sis prettydoLLz, at the start of the wedding preps I didn't want to get an OTD coordinator din. At hindsight parang hindi need ang OTD pero if you list down all the details, kung gusto mong stress free ka on your wedding day, I think booking one will be a wise choice.

You can always asks friends/ entourage/ family members with cretain tasks of course, but what'll you do if they didn't do it right? Parang medyo mahirap magalit if they messed up.

In getting OTD coordinators, you will be paying for their skills honed by years of experience. They can anticipate what can go wrong and what must be done to address something that's messed up.

hello girls.. recommend naman kayo ng mga OTD coord with emcee na affordable. or emcee na siya na din mismo ang coord. mas maganda kung taga south laguna cavite nearby areas

Events and Elements. Based in Alabang, Muntinlupa. they don't have an emcee in the team, but definitely can refer someone for you. I had Darlene Tan Salazar as our event host.

You can check din Sis with my coordinator. She's very detailed and hands on. Got their team for 18K with emcee, RSVP service, snack bar and other things too.

We got La Belle Fete and their full package for our 2016 wedding. Ycoy and her team are very nice. One of my friends' feedback, who hired them as well, beyond expectations daw ang La Belle Fete

^these are my comments re some items you mentioned para lang may side ang coord. pero di ko kinakampihan si AK kasi kung may mali sila, meron. pero sa side naman ng coords, eto yung masasabi ko at para alam din ng iba:

1. petticoat na mahaba - it's either mali ang pagkalagay or kaya maluwag so bumaba kaya naaapakan. yes, dapat napansin ni coord at in-adjust pero dapat nakita yan ni mananahi nung last fitting nyo para nasukat nya or naputulan nya agad. pero kung napansin ni coord, dapat nagawan nga din ng paraan

2. pictorial sequence - pwede naman na bride's parents > bride's immediate family > bride's relatives then tsaka mag both parents then groom's parents. ang purpose nyan is para hindi akyat baba ang parents o family. kumbaga dagdag na ang ng dagdag para tapos na sila. hindi naman yan sa pagiging disrespectful.
yung friends ang pwedeng nahuli.

Chok41 Sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your coordinator. I think that if there were any misgivings of your coordinator it is that the coordinators weren't 100% attentive especially during the part of the vows. Also, I agree that they shouldn't have bothered the bride and groom about bringing up the tampo issue of the parents during pictorial. Lastly, my gosh-- bakit walang load pangtawag yung isang coordinator? I mean that is such a basic need for their job.

Anyway having said that, I hope you don't mind if I make other comments about your coordinator. This is all just based on your recounting of what happened that day because of course we on this forum never saw what happened.

1. Re delayed delivery of mannequin: Is it possible that this wasn't the fault of the coordinator? I mean if the couturier didnt have the mannequin on hand then coordinator cannot do anything. Baka si couturier yung malabo kausap.

2. Re crew meals: Coordinators should take charge of meal distribution. However, Di naman sabay sabay lahat ng coordinator pwede mag break para kumain. So perhaps pinauna yung ibang coordinators so that after eating they will be free na to do other duties, including taking food to the groom's room.

3. Re the long petticoat of of the bride: I am sorry but this one is really really NOT the fault of the coordinator. This is 100% the fault of the designer. In the first place, bakit di nya inayos yung length nung final fitting?

4. Re bridal march song: Di rin fault ni coordinator yun if nagkamali yung strings and kinanta yung song na dapat instrumental. Those instructions should be in the song list and notes of the singer/strings. It was the singer that overlooked those instructions.

5. Re the videographers wanting to hitch with the bridal car and wasnt allowed by coordinator - Responsibility ni videographer to get to reception on time-- sya dapat gagawa ng paraan without relying on the bridal car.

The coordinator is really the captain of the ship on the wedding day. BUT each supplier has a role to do. It is so so easy for them to blame the coordinator when things go wrong. But really, everyone has to do their job properly.

^I think the coordinator chok41 reviewed but then deleted his/her review was Absolutely Knot Events under a certain Ms. Kim =)

Sorry I cannot recall what was written, but basically I addressed most of the points that were brought up. I think that the coordinator also had misgivings and mistakes. But I also think many things were blamed on the coordinator which I think should've been more the responsibility of the corresponding suppliers.

Mga sis quick question lang. sino ang OTD coordinators nyo on your wedding? and who's the top 5 coordinators? mejo natatakot kasi ako sa mga nababasa kong bad experience nila. please help! Thank you!!
