yes sis  need natin ng Coordinators , if hands on ka naman sa wedding mo sis, better to hire OTD nalang.
I had a bad experienced from my FORMER coordinator "BRIDE's EYE VIEW" local supplier in CAVITE so better be careful when choosing one. Actually at first she's ok but then everything change talaga. goodbye DP.  >:(

Good thing I replaced her with Ms Maiko of Osio's Catering..

Btw mga sissies, can I still get the DP pala from that coordinator? though per contract is non refundable, but then when I back read her message parang she just waiting for me to cancel, so parang ayaw nia mag initiate the cancelation.. haist.

Thank you sissies sa replies. Im considering getting one na. Would you know kung kasama ba dapat sa service nila ang rsvp? Either mas effective daw kung kakilala ang nagfafollow-up sa attendees or mas may importante pa daw silang gagawin other than rsvp.

My sister and h2b's brother got married separately  last year kasi at wala sila coordinator pero they were able to execute their weddings properly naman kaya baka naman sabihin ng parents namin gastos lang ang wedding coordinator. Medyo under the table pa itong scouting ko ng coordinator. Hahaha

Hi mga sis,

Baka may marecommend kayong OTD coordinator na worth 10K or less. Hehe

mikky21: if you can spare the extra 13-15k for a coordinator then I suggest you get one. Yes, it is possible na kaya mo na walang coordinator and still have a smooth and organized wedding. But just think nalang of how much more you will enjoy your wedding day, when you do not have anything to worry about because someone will be there to take care of everything. I think that alone is worth the extra expense. Iba kasi talaga ang professional coordinator.

As for RSVP. Depends. Some coordinators really don't offer it, while some do with an extra charge, or some throw it in as a freebie. My coordinator charges P20 per guest for RSVP service, so I am still thinking if we will avail of that or not

There are 15-20k ones na ok na magdeliver i think... yung mga less than 10k medyo fishy for me because if you divide that amount sa expenses nila in salaries and transpo and all kulang na kulang yun..definitely they willl not give you that much in return if you only paid 7 or 8k. I would advise against getting an OTD in an open fb group or what kasi this is one supplier who cannot fail you.. get someone with a reputation & reviews from past clients.

Thank you all for your inputs. May nakausap akong coordinator and she's offering me 14k for full coordination at 8k for otd so parang nagdudad ako kasi sobrang baba. And i asked her bakit sobrang mura so sabi ko nagsstart pa lang ba sila. Sabi nya kasi kinasal daw kasi siya earlier this year kaya alam niya kung gano kahirap magbudget kaya ginawa nila affordable yung rates nila. When i asked her kung nakailang events na sila 4 weddings daw and 3 debut. Mabait naman siya kausap. Nag-iinsist pa nga siya lagi to meet up. What do you think sissies?

To serve as a guide lang sana while wala pang coordinator. TIA!

^ohh. :( i remember that horrible story about vanilla sky. felt very bad for the couple.

i agree, 14k for Full Services is very affordable but sounds a bit odd. 14k is OTD pa lang ng ibang mid end 'reputable' coordinators. try to inquire pa to others. :)

Kaya nga e. Alanganin talaga ako. Yung mga coordinators naman difo hindi nagrereply. Nakakastress na. Haha. Haha. Wedding will be on sept 2016. Nalelate na ba ako? At wala pa ako nabobook kahit isang supplier? Hehe

Hmmm kasi medyo namamahalan rin ako sa 15k lalo na at we'll not be having a traditional reception. Sige pagisipan ko mabuti yan if we'll get one na lang. One of the reason lang rin why ko naisip mag coordinator is para may magbukas ng pinto for my grand entrance sa simbahan haha. Not sure kasi if may gagawa nun dun eh.

Sis, try to check on with Ms. Kim of Absolutely Knot Events sa FB. Very prompt mag reply and I can assure na affordable sya. Meron narin syang mga former brides here na satisfied naman sa service nila as an OTD coord. =)

Hope this helps sis! Happy preps! =)

Sis mikky21 you can search google for tons of wedding planning guides or wedding timelines for you to do. Yung timelines kasi given by coordinators are for paid services so out of respect sa kanila try to search na lang online. :)

Your wedding will happen once in a lifetime unless you're planning to do a revalida.. And definitely kahit piso lang yan pinaghirapan din yung money for your wedding kahit pa some were given as gifts or sagot ni MIL etc. Sabi nga nila gumastos ka lang din naman so make sure its all worth it. Stick to reputable ones and always ask for a valid contract.

Ang hirap kasi maghanap ng reviews since destination wedding ako not in the metro. Tiyagaan lang talaga maghalungkat sa facebook. I dont know how to start planning. Magcivil na lang kaya kami. Hahaha

Hi GT brides...

I'm new here, I would just like to ask any brides who hired Getting Married, Kutchie Zalderriaga's Turnover Package? I'm planning to book her this bridal fair she's having this November 14-15.

If I book her for Turnover, may i asked her if I need any questions, contacts and recommended suppliers and rates? Or is it limited? I'm kind of confused. Thank you.

^Hi Mrs. Go! Yes you can text her or her secretaries your questions on suppliers, they'll recommend sino ok but tell you to contact them directly for the rates and stuff.

Sis mikky21 if you find it difficult to do your destination wedding planning then go for Full  Coordination. It will save you the stress and worry plus they definitely have contact suppliers they trust. If you still want to enjoy your wedding preps, Partial or OTD is good. It all depends on your preferences. May I ask, would you be doing it traditional (church) way or not?

^msdianne Im a Kutchie bride yes but she is my only high-end supplier. My wedding is mostly mid-range too. :) She recommends pricey suppliers for a reason, but she will allow you to work naman with whoever you book, just make sure those suppliers will work with her. Kung pasaway supplier mo and wont go to the meetings with her, it wont be her fault rin kasi.

If you like deciding on the details yourself, then her partial coordination is right for you. :) 2 months before kayo magstart magmeet.

Yes sis. I was just kidding about the civil wedding. But we will be having a christian wedding. As much as possible i want to have the ceremony at a church but i think it would be harder for me to find one since most of christian wedding ceremonies are held at churches where one or both of the couple are part of. As for the coordination, im still working on my budget, still have to make a decision if id be getting the otd or full, cause Im here at the city where the would wedding take place. So now im starting to scout some of the suppliers. But i would just be here for a while kasi.
