OTD Wedding Coordinator (Part 4)

Hello mga sisses. Katatapos ko lang magbackread and i found 3 OTD coordinators dito sa thread:

1. 7ten5 events - otd is php 11, 000
2. absolutely knot - otd is php 13,000 with ms kim as emcee around php 16,000 (not sure of the exact rate nakalimutan ko yong na print ko hehe)
3. Imbitado - otd is php 15,000 eith ms ayie as emcee around php19,000

Girls please me decide though may mga nabasa na ako previously, baka may madagdag lang na reviews hehe

And if same price lang din ba ang binigay nila to some of the brides here. And if paano kayo nakipagnegotiate sa kanila.

gusto ko din talaga na emcee si DTS. Kaso mapapamahal ako pag Imbitado then DTS eh. Though affordable naman rates nila pareho. At least kay Imbitado otd and emcee na. Good reviews din ang hosting ni ms ayie dito sa GT. baka may masend kayo na link para mapanuod namin?

^ If you're equally happy with the 3 said coordinators, have a meetup or try a skype interview with them.  Go with the person who jives with you and your husband's and guest's personality.  Since you have already checked them, and in your eyes all 3 of them are at par with each other.    Regarding prices naman nila, dependent yun sa package na kukunin mo.  And you may have a discount if you book them via bridal fairs.    Good luck

sis rain dear, kailangan talaga your OTD is someone you feel confident na kayang i-handle yung wedding mo. kase if you have doubts, more often than not, nagiging unsatisfactory experience talaga sya.

i'm an imbitado bride myself and i have nothing but good words on how they handled our wedding and super sulit pa sila for their price range. even my husband na doubtful kumuha ng coordinator before eh ngayon sobrang proud of how our plans were executed during the wedding.
sobrang bilis nga lang nila ma-book and if you really want ayie to facilitate your wedding dapat maagap ka.

marami din namang good review sila 7ten5 & AK kaya best talaga to talk with them personally.

regarding price naman, depende din kase sis kung kailan ka nag-inquire dahil may mga suppliers na yearly or quarterly nagtataas. pero most probably same pa rin naman yan or kung may adjustment, minimal lang and the price ranges of the suppliers you listed are all reasonable naman.

wow 11k na pala si 7ten5. may kasamang emcee na ba yan? Sept 2015 wedding ko pero April 2015 ata ako nagbook at 8500 pa lang sila. HAHA:p pero super sulit naman, di ka magsisisi:)) Kay Imbitado ako unang nagbook pero may nauna na sken hehe. Either Imbitado or 7ten5, super sulit sila i think:) di pa lang ako familiar sa Absolutely Knot:)

Nagulat nga ako kay Lowell kasi nagtaas sila.
Ang busy ni Ayie huhu baka magset up na lang nga ako ng skype meeting. Hindi magmatch yong sched namin.

Mga sis! Hello! nakausap ko na si Lowell. He sounds mabait. And may mga tips na rin siya nashare sa akin kahit hindi ko pa siya kinukuha.
Ask ko lang if ok naman hosting niya? Kasi gusto ko siya na rin kunin na emcee if kunin ko sila as OTD ko. Baka may mashare kayo na video para macheck ko.

This December pa ang wedding namin, we booked 7ten5 last year mga November yata yun. Their rate was only 8k OTD + 3k hosting. Ang sabi sakin ni Lowell before kelangan na daw nila mag-increase ng rate kasi nagrereklamo na ibang coordinators bakit daw sobrang mura nila.

^oo sis nabanggit din sa akin ni Lowell yan kagabi nung nagusap kami. May mga clients na rin sila na mismong nagsasabi na magincrease na sila kasi diba ang mura nila so baka maapektuhan daw yung quality ng service nila, kasi mura lang db. Puedeng isipin na mura lang baka panget service.. mga ganung instances daw.

Sis kinuha mo rin siya na emcee mo? Magaling ba hosting ni Lowell?

Yes sis kinuha din naming siya as host pero di pa kasi tapos yung wedding so wala pang first-hand experience but based sa mga videos nila sa FB, mukhang okay naman.

I had an experience in coordinating weddings. Super hirap talaga since from early morning andun ka na till all the guests have left. If they are 4-5 persons pa, tig magkano lang sila sa bayad to think na 12 to 16 hours silang present sa event. This is one supplier for wedding na underrated talaga. So I think, masakit man sa bulsa, ok lang that they increase basta reasonably.

^ yes sis i agree. Kaya daw nagincrease na sila Lowell kasi mismong clients na daw nila ang nagsasabi na magincrease sila haha kasi nga naman sila ata lowest rate kaya yong mga ibang suppliers eh nagcocomplain na daw

Update lang: nakausap ko na si Ayie kanina. Kakatuwa siya, ang daldal hehe halos di na ako nakapagsalita haha may mga nahanda akong questions pero di ko pa natatanong nasagot na niya. Kakatuwa..

Si Kim sa sunday naman namin imeet. After nun saka kami magdecide ni h2b kung sino na ang otd namin. Hirap nga..ok silang lahat

Feedback about Imbitado.

I am an Overseas bride and Ayie gave me a lot of worksheets one year ahead. Then she ask/update/seek any concern , maybe monthly. like kung may concerns ba, or anything, she will help you. Skype sessions is there, viber also, and Facebook messages too. i booked her team for On the day coordination "lang" but her service is like partial na nga eh, its way beyond her responsibility pa nga paminsan, and i find it super OK. Though i cant give a "proper" feedback yet coz our wedding is next week pa lang, still, i can say my rating for her at the moment is 6/10 na.    We will meet her personally (for the first time) on Tuesday. Let's see whether our personalities will jive. tee hee!

Hello mga sis! after interviews, I am signing with AK  nameet namin si Kimmy yesterday and sabi ni h2b eh siya na ang kunin dahil based doon sa discussion eh ok na ok si Kim. Ang OC OC grabe! hehe

As for Imbitado and 7ten5, ok din sila. yun nga lang nagkatalo nalang sa price hehe

si Lowell and Kim same price lang sila.. mas mahal ng 4000php si Ayie. sayang din, pangdagdag sa caterer hahaha  Kaya si Kim kukunin namin dahil parang mas feel kong girl ang coordinator ko hahaha me ganun?! hehe
