Hello mga B2Bs!

Share ko lang. We have booked already our wedding coordinator just last night.

FYI Events

This was referred by my friend. Suuuuuper bait nya. At ramdam ko na super maalaga to sa client. Yan din ang sabi ng friend ko. Super dami nya na-advice samin. Hindi sya yung typical na coordinator. Sya yung may passion sa ginagawa nya, talagang gustong gusto nyang alalayan ang clients nya. Kino-consider na daw nya sarili nya as PA at masaya daw sya dun. Kasi mahal daw talaga nya mga clients nya. Gusto nya may connection para maayos kalabasan ng event.

Semi-full coordination ang kinuha namin. With unlimited meetings, unlimited consultations. Kahit venue at caterer palang nabu-book namin, di nya kami icha-charge ng full coord. Semi-full pa rin daw since yun ang prefer namin tas sya na magre-refer ng mga suppliers na kulang namin which is almost all. Haha! May freebies pa kami. Ang susyal lang. Hahaha!

With regards to their OTD Coordination, unlimited meetings and consultation din sya at a very affordable price. (Bihira ang unlimited meetings sa OTD Coord)

So B2Bs, of you still looking for your coord, baka you want to consider FYI Events.

Imbitado bride here! Nov 2016. Mentioned this sa previous thread and i still admire ayie. Otd lang kinuha ko pero sipag nya magreply sa mga emails ko. Pag may nasstalk kasi akong suppliers sa fb tapos medyo nagugustuhan ko iniemail ko sya asking if nakatrabaho na ba nya etc very frank sya sa feedback at concrete details hindi vague, so love ko sya cos of that.

share ko lang din..h2b and i had a meeting kanina with sir lowell, it went well for us..prior kase sa meeting naglista na kame ng mga questions na itatanong sa kanya based on the scope of the otd coordination services na binigay niya saken, there were also scenario questions na ginawa namen, para alam namen base sa mga isasagot niya pano nila ihahandle ang mga unexpected scenes on the event itself..well technically nasagot naman niya, ang test na lang is on the event itself which i think they can handle given na they are on the business for 10years, siguro naman they had enough experiences and feedbacks, reviews etc for them to improve and be a better team..and one thing is that nag-click sila ni h2b, naging machika siya habang kausap si sir lowell, very comfortable din kame sa kanya which for me is important kase sila ang maghahandle ng event namen so dapat lang talaga na trusted mo yun team nila..so having said that, we wanna book with them na, yey! one down na ko ulet sa supplier

hi sis yannuh! bihira kaseng mangyare na si h2b nagiging madaldal at machika pag kumakausap ng mga suppliers..and usually naman talaga tayong mga b2b ang machika at laging kinakausap din ng mga suppliers, ang thinking kase is mas tayong mga b2b ang nagaasikaso ng wedding preps..so its a nice thing na makita silang ok magkausap, mas marami pa nga silang relate na usapan kesa saken e, haha..baka ibook na namen 7ten5 this week, i feel comfortable naman with them..kelan wedding mo sis?

hi b2bs! just wanted to share, we booked ours last weekend during the bridal fair at PICC: Cherished Moments. we didn't find a lot of feedback for their team, pero nakasundo talaga namin yung coordinators nila. we felt they had a cool mix of oc-ness and chillax character na nagustuhan talaga namin. as much as we wanted to know that our wedding day can be handled by someone really organized, we wanted to make sure that emotions and personalities won't clash with the coordinator since they'll talk to all our loved ones plus the suppliers. so crossed fingers for the coming months!

to share our thoughts on other teams we got to talk to:
1. Events: Simplified - a lot of good reviews here on GT. unfortunately for us, this week lang nila nasagot yung message ko for a meeting (which i sent 2 weeks ago). not a totally negative review, pero i guess di lang naging okay yung impression for us kasi sobrang tagal nila kaming hindi nasagot, considering na first few interactions pa lang.
2. 7ten5 events - again, a lot of good reviews here on GT. i think malas kami sa mga request for initial meetings, kasi na-cancel yung meeting namin with them last week. long story short, i guess di lang rin naging good impression kasi first meeting pa lang medyo naguluhan na kami sa interaction. though mukha naman silang masipag based sa initial text exchanges so di lang siguro kami nag-jive.
3. Infinite Events by Mr and Mrs - if we didn't find anyone during the fair, we would have booked with their team. madali naman silang kausap, and when we met with Di Anne, she seemed "in control" of things in general so kampante naman kami sa kaniya before.
4. Simple Joys - we met with Pam during the bridal fair last weekend. OC kung OC yung impression niya sa'min, and it really felt like she knew what could possibly happen to the last second of a wedding day. maliban sa rate na medyo lagpas sa target namin, she just seemed a bit too strict lang - friendly but a bit strict. syempre usapang chemistry lang with the couple, so if you like that personality, they would be perfect.

finally met with ayie of imbitado events last monday.
glad na nagustuhan din sya ni h2b dahil mabusisi at oc si ayie. bukod dun she has worked with most of our suppliers so alam na nya pano diskartehan or kausapin pag may kailangan.

Hi annerea, I got married last March and my coordinator was Abby Basa of Kiss the Girl Events. I think they did a good job, very organized My wedding day went by smoothly and everything was on schedule, I was even surprised at how much time we had in between the church and reception. My husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding because we just let KTG take over on the day
