I'm using BDO now and so far ok siya. I can transfer money to unregistered BDO accounts - I like this especially for online shopping hehe. Unregistered meaning hindi siya naka-enroll sa account ko. Ang naka-enroll sa'kin is Globe and EastWest credit card para diretso bayad na.

Another bank with a good online banking system is Unionbank.

Among the banks with online banking, I think BDO ang may pinaka-magandang interface.

-How is the user interface?
-Kumpleto ba merchants for bills payment?
-Madali ba mag-transfer to other bank accounts, kahit yung mga not registered?
-How often is the downtime/system maintenance?
-Okay din ba mobile banking nila?

BDO works for me. Buti pwede na mag-fund transfer even for unregistered accounts. Sana they will give the security token soon. PS Bank at HSBC lang ang alam ko na meron nito eh.

Buti naaappreciate nyo BDO online banking. Nababagalan ako chaka hind user-friendly. Mas nadadalian ako magnavigate sa BPI.

BDO works well with me. Maayos naman ang banking ko lalo na online, nakakapag reload pa ako sa network ko. :-)

Unionbank ako dati eh, kaso nasira yung website nila. Tapos nawala yung log ins ko. So lumipat ako sa BDO.

Almost all meron na online banking. Nagiiba nalang siguro is the quality of their security kasi ang nakakatakot dyan mga hackers.

Security Bank Online's interface is pretty simple for me. Which has the pros since it's kind of easy to navigate. I haven't tried paying bills online. But I can see a link that you can transfer, haven't tried it too sorry. But I assume it is easy as well.

I agree that BDO has kind of difficult navigation compared to BPI.

^mas ok din ako sa bpi. ginagamit ko rin siya for cellphone loading, kaya lang for globe and tatoo sim lang.

kaya lang yung bpi walang cablelink kaya sa eastwest ako for that merchant.

BPI Online banking is awesome. 

Aside from merchant payments, you can also schedule a transaction online (BPI Express Online Assist). You choose a branch, your desired time, then input your transaction. May number na ibibigay, then the number will be called within that time-frame you indicated (30 minutes long). Pero deposit, withdrawal, encashment ang pwede dun. Very convenient since lagi mahaba pila s BPI (well, sa mga branches na pinupuntahan ko).

I also transfer funds from my dollar account to PHP. Maganda yung rates and super convenient.

Kung pwede lang sana pati bank certificates pwede kunin online.

Thanks for the feedback on Security Bank's online banking. This is the bank I'm thinking of moving to. But I am waaay too reliant on BPI Express Online, which as many of you have said is very convenient. I use it for online shopping, paying bills, reserving a number in line at the bank, and lahat na!
