ABS-CBN's TV Plus Help!

I'm not sure if this is the right section to put this but since it's for TV I'll post it here. I ordered a TV Plus from ABS-CBN. When we installed it, not all channels are showing smoothly. Only 2 are ok which are GMA and GMAnews. The others are halting. Then when the message for update comes up, it will update but it won't complete the 100 percent and will revert back to the message that says to update it. Any one here has an idea how to install it or is this a defective TV Plus unit? Thanks!

hi finally, we bought black box and so far happy naman ako sa quality except, nagkakaproblem ako sa channel 2.. madalas syang freezing and high pitch sound..
may nakaencounter na ba sa inyo nito?
