Chubby/Fat cheeks :(

Hi, girls! so I hAVE a problem with the look of my cheeks. Chubby/fat/mataba/ whatever you wanna call it basta chubby siya. bothered ako kasi slim type naman ang figure ko. siguro kaya di ako tumataba kasi napupunta lahat ng fats sa cheeks. hay. ang hirap tuloy humanap ng angle pagdating sa picture taking.

I can't describe how fat my cheeks are pero basta mataba siya. hindi naman sobra, pero madalas kasi halata talaga pictures. weird lang kasi payat naman ako. Anne Curtis showed a picture of her sa showtime before which shows her round face days pa and inamin niya talaga mataba mukha niya dati. I don't know if may ginawa sa kanyang surgery or what, pero gusto kong malaman if there's a way to make my cheeks naturally slimmer? eto talaga problem ko kaya hindi ako photogenic.

sis is this really effective? may mga nababasa kasi akong comments sa isang thread dito about RF na di naman daw effective. lalo na yung sa mga promo sa metrodeal. And should you do it continuously? I mean let's say nakatapos ka na ng 10 sessions and satisfied ka na sa result, hindi na ba babalik sa dati yung face? or maiipon nanaman yung fats and then you need again to have an RF treatment?

ah ganon ba. so para siyang facial na kailangan i-maintain? mahal pa naman per session. pero may nakita kasi akong promo sa Princess Hazel Salon and Spa yata yung name niya basta sa may South Triangle location niya. 3.8k for 10 sessions. marami kasing nagttry don because of the ambiance. I'm thinking if I'll try it.

bilugan ba face mo or tipong ma-panga? May napanood ako dati sa The Doctors, merong fat removal sa cheek area. Nakalimutan ko tawag sa fat sa cheeks but pinakita dun procedure papano tanggalin. first you need to loose weight talaga. while loosing weight  I do the following

1. neckline trimmer na nakabukas yung mouth para mawala yung fat sa cheeks
2. face roller
3. avoid sugar and white try. Pwede kayo mag subsitute ng kamote instead of rice.


search niyo nalang sa youtube yung mga binanggit ko. Hmm nung tumaba lumaki nananman ang face ko. So sakin effective yung mga nabanggit ko

ako i used to be really fat.. i combined gym and dieting for a year .. kaso face ko chubby pa din and me remnants ng double chin.. i did RF for 12 sessions already and i must say it helps.. bawas na yung double chin and me konting contour na din sa cheeks

Hi TS! I have chubby cheeks as well. I am not doing anything about it kasi most women I know with ages 30+ tell me that having chubby cheeks is an advantage because when we age umiimpis din daw face natin.

I was discouraged to try RF because need rin sabayan ng diet baka sumobra payat body ko. I wanted to try Masetter (botox for jaw). I know someone who tried this lumiit mukha niya. And nagpabunot din ng molar kaya ayun payat na payat na face niya.
I noticed when I wake up really early or I lack sleep payat mukha ko
