I miss this thread, in a way naovercome ko na yung anxiety ko. I agree with some sissies here. Before I gave birth, I also joined that FB page and I have so much expectation na dapat breastfed si baby. Yun tuloy, kamuntikan na akong maloka. hehe

Thanks sissies... Hugs... Can you also share on how were you able to overcome this? Is PPD or PPA will naturally go away?

Thank God may ganitong thread.

I experienced postpartum depression for the first few weeks. I will take thousands of bullets for my son...like every mom kaya ko i sacrifice lahat for my baby pero nung first month namin honestly hindi ako ganun ka-attach sa kanya. alam ko I need to feed him, take care of him. pero afterwards okay na. like other moms here, one big factor sa depression ko yung not being able to exclusively breastfeed my son. I consulted 3 different lactation specialist/breastfeeding counselors, took different herbs, power pump, latch, etc pero I was not able to make enough milk pa din. noong 3 months na si baby nung nag gain sya ng weight, and nahi hit nya milestone nya dun ko na natanggap na hindi lahat ng babae ay gifted ng overflowing milk supply. so I made peace with mix feeding him.

yung PPD eventually nawala, importante may time ka for yourself, pray lagi, talk to your friends, entertain yourself, go out of the house, they all helped me.

Pero ang issue ko ngayon recurring ang anxiety ko, before giving birth medyo worrywart na ako pero lumala nung nag ka baby ako I worry about everything. My baby's health, my health, finances, work, etc, future, 6 months na si baby pero sometimes I find myself sobrang taas ng anxiety level ko.
