I'll be moving into h2b's condo after the wedding. It's a studio for now but I'm happy with it since we have a nice kitchen. I just dont know how we can make space for my stuff since I have a lot of them. We'll probably stay there until we can finally decide where to settle down. We'll probably have our house constructed if we move back in the province or probably move someplace else when we're about to have kids in Manila. I'm hoping to get a nice place in Taguig since we both work in the area plus some of our relatives from both sides live nearby.

We're moving to the 1-br condo unit we bought last year. Since turnover we had tenant renting, to offset amortization a bit :) The contract of current tenant lasts only until days before our wedding. The space can be challenging, but as long as it's our own home and we can do whatever we wish, we're great with that. I'm so happy we have our own place immediately right after the wedding to start a family. There are days that I'm even more excited to set it up, than plan the wedding :)

After some years with God's blessings hopefully we can purchase a real house and sell the condo. :)

For our first home, I had to move into my fiance's one bedroom flat.  It's great pa din, since it's just us.  So ang pakikisamahan ko lang eh bf ko hehe.. It's only been a few days since I had moved in and just started relishing the idea of being a plain housewife.  As in, no job, no support system, no friends and family hehe.  Nakakapanibago but in a good way pa din. hehe.  I have started rearranging some stuff, and planning meals and stuff.  Ganito pala ang may buhay asawa hehe.  Before kasi, we would be in each other's home pero just for 2-3 weeks only, pero ngayon, wala ng holiday holiday. Talagang eto na yung titirhan ko.  Ang mahirap lang is trying to look for places to put my stuffs in. Because when I moved in kumpleto na gamit nya.  So ngayon, plus yung gamit ko pa.  We are already arguing (although it's just me complaining lang naman hehe) na I don't have anywhere to put my stuff in.  But at last,I did found somewhere to put my clothes and bags and shoes in.  But we will be buying some chest of drawers na din.  Nakakatuwa pala.  Kasi the house used to look so masculine, so ngayon I have to put some feminine accents to it.  Kasi everything is dark and brown.  So now, ang mission in life ko at the moment eh to make our flat more homely for both of us. :D :D

We will be moving into the house given by my parents. I was hesitant at first kase my parents were renting it out but they were adamant that we use that house as our first home :) Ang nakakatawa lang, is that we were hoping to move in sana by July or August (4months before the wedding) para lang we can start fixing the place up. My dad was like "What? magsasama na kayo hindi pa kayo kasal??! Hindi pwede! After the wedding na kayo mag move in" toinks! So we'll be able to fix the place up pa after we move in.. :-D

and a side kwento, my tita kase owns a condo unit which was recently turned over.  Im the one managing her properties here because she lives abroad.  So then I had to stay for a week sa condo to settle all the paperwork and the installation ng mga blinds and furniture and appliances. Sinamahan ako ni fiance, so for a week we get to live like a married couple  na. Pero to me no big deal naman, I hang his office clothes, prepared food (breakfast and dinner) and ligpit...  During the first few nights, he would receive texts from his parents checking up on him!
MIL: "Yung damit mo ba hinanger mo?"
Fiance: "Opo inayos napo ni edna",
MIL: "Kumain ka na ba? May pagkain ka ba dyan?"
Fiance: "Opo nagluto si edna"

So for several nights ganyan ang text exchange nila nakakaloka.  Pero around the 5th night I got a text from his mom saying "Salamat sa pag asikaso at sa pag alaga mo sa anak ko :)"  natuwa naman ako haha. Feeling ko talaga nag exam ako ng bonggang bongga!

Earlier than wedding din turnover ng unit namin but it was only after the wedding that we stayed in. Puro visits lang while it's being setup and my parents would have a heart attack din haha.

Hindi ko alam if it's a good idea or not (dahil sa gastos), but we bought a house through Pagibig. We fell in love with the house kasi so we pushed to get it agad. 120sq.m. at 2M, which is newly renovated.. So ngayon while we're paying for our wedding expenses, we're also paying for the carpenter and materials (inaayos yun cabinets, and other stuff that we want to be improved). Ang mahal pala magpaayos ng bahay. The fiance is moving in once the finishing is done, but I'll be moving in after our wedding in Feb :0

Sana makahanap din kami ng affordable house and lot mga sis. Plan naming magrent ng 1 year after our wedding near my family's place pero if ever makahanap kami, thru Pag-ibig din muna.

^Gusto ko nga rent to own through pagibig kaso gusto ni hubby mag-full payment kung may pambayad na. Ayaw nya ng monthly installment. Arte! hahaha joke

^ yan din ang hanap ko sissie, pasig or makati area, pero ang concern ko is yung pwede yung 3 cats ko. hirap talaga ako humanap. :(

di pa namin na finaloze ni h2b. I'm in Manila, he's in Baler.
I can't leave my job yet, he can't just leave his house and kabuhayan there.
Siguro first few months namin as married couple, mag stay sa rented house dito sa Manila, mas matagal nga lang stay nya bago umuwi paminsan minsan sa Baler. Then pag naka decide na kami, pag nakahanap ng job here, dito na sya work. But still...not permanent decision yun. We still want to settle in Baler pag makapag business na at i find home-based IT job. :)

one year before talking about the actual wedding, we started paying downpayment for a condo in nuvali. when we got engaged, we met an agent who was offering a house and lot sa nuvali rin. so because mas naging frank na kami sa family plans at getting married sa isat-isa, nilipat namin payments from the condo to the house and lot. target date of turnover nung house is months before our wedding next year. :)

dati kasi medyo parang hirap kami pagusapan yung literal na kasal. parang go with the flow lang, nagkakapaan. tipong live in na lang. ganyan. pero nagulat ako nagpropose sya at nawala lahat nung mga parang paranoia ko about being a forever live in partner hehe. so ayun. sana lang magtuloy-tuloy.

bata pa lang ako lagi na kami sinasabihan ng mom ko never live with your in-laws. kahit oks kayo nung dating stage pa lang ng anak nila, iba pag nasa same roof na. hirap ka daw kumilos ayon sa gusto mo kasi sila ang leader ng bahay na yun. so yun na ang naging goal ko even before ko pa mameet fiance ko :) good thing sya rin ganun ang idealogy. ayaw nya makikitira kasi hindi masyadong free sa decisions and household control. :)
