Do we need to attend PDOS?

Hi!I originally came here with an H1B visa and I haven't been home since I got my GC so I am not sure if PDOS is a requirement for me and my husband when we go home this December. Thank you!

I've been here since 2006, I've been home a couple times after that, the last time I was home was 2 and a half years ago.

Usually if you've been in that particular country for like more than 2-3 years, they exempt you from attending the PDOS. you may want to contact CFO directly for that matter.
