hi sis 120515 grabe no 3 years nyong babayaran para sa isang araw lang.. kahit na very special sa inyo yung day na yun kung ganyan nanaging reason naman kung bakit kayo laging nagaaway eh wag nalang sayang naman yung inutang nyo kung maghihiwalay din kayo dahil lang sa pagbabayad nyan hahahaha.. sabi nga ng parents ko kung magkano at ano lang ang kaya namin yun lang, tama na yun.. yun lang talaga eh diba? kesa nga naman magstart kami ng pagbabayad ng utang

yup, we should just spend within our means...whenever i get blown away by these nice (most probably expensive) details that i see on bride and breakfast, i go over to offbeat bride and remind myself that i'm not having a wedding to impress people, i'm having a wedding to celebrate the love between my husband and myself together with God, our families, and friends

hi sis! napadaan lang ako sa The Ramp in Glorieta. i saw this long white beaded dress. ambigat nga eh haha pero simple yet nice naman sya. 2,300. kailangan ko sya balikan asap! next option is sa SM Mall, kaso 2,700 naman na sya - MAV Studio na store.

regarding going into debt just because of the wedding - please avoid this at all costs. you don't want to start your marriage with a big loan to pay. i've heard stories of couples having to pay their wedding day debt for 3 years or more and it became a source of their arguments.

korek wag mag start sa new life na may utang mahihirapan kayo ienjoy buhay mag asawa nyo kapag may utang kayo.

hindi ko masasabing engrande wedding ko pero sana nag intimate wedding nalang ako. kung alam ko lang less 100 ang pupunta. mas intimate mas masaya. sayang lang kasi makita mo talaga na yung ibang table 3 lang tao. nakakalungkot. kaya dapat tutukan ang guest list

re: belo effect, wala akong pinagawa before the wedding. hahaha. i just went in and plunged as myself. save for 'veet-ing' my underarms and legs. and i felt great!
as a general rule, don't undergo any facial treatment or skin treatment, for that matter, come a month before the wedding. you'll never know if may magreact or what and instead maging prettier ka, mahassle pa ang beauty mo

Kami ni hubby maaga nagpa-facial, like 6 weeks before para nga in case mag-react yung skin namin. Tapos 2 months before ng wedding pina-thread ko yung kilay ko, pinalinis ko lang since hinde ko kase ginagalaw yung kilay ko. Tinignan ko kung maganda pagkakagawa. 4 days before  wedding bumalik ulit ako sa nag-thread ng kilay ko hehe. Come wedding day walang inayos yung HMUA sa kilay ko, very particular lang ako walang galawin sa kilay ko kase yoko totally magbago itsura ko, baka hinde ako makilala ng asawa ko heheh

No need na mag-belo Kumain ako ng fruits everyday for 2 months, exercise and madaming water intake.

Naisip ko lang, we actually saved a lot dahil most of our friends, sila na sumagot nung costs as gifts na to us. Yung photobooth (from my sis), cake (from officemate), gifts to sponsors (friend), booze/beer kegd (friends), my gown (from SIL), bouquet (friend), fishball stalls (officemate).  somehow when you add those up, medyo it'll take a chunk off your budget, less the hassle pa. kesa naman regaluhan kami ng pots and pans that we don't need.

hi! sissies.. I'm a 2015 bride.. my wedding will be on December and with regards sa natipid namen sa kasal as of now siguro yung invitation namen yung una sa list. well! I can't think of anything else na kasi for me the rest of what we need is kinda pricey na, pricey na for me kasi its already more than the cost that i expected ee.. roughly aabot na kasi sa P320K++ ang magagastos namen sa lahat ng need namen sa kasal. but i know naman na normally yun na talaga ang ideal budget sa magandang kasal now a days. i must say na we didn't over spend naman cause its for our dream wedding naman and at the end of the day we will definitely say that its all worth it. thankful lang talaga ako kay LORD for helping us in everything. i know that everything is possible with HIM.. indeed HE IS THE GREATEST PROVIDER.. sobrang proud kong sasabihin na we never ask for the help of our parents and relatives even a single centavo sa magiging kasal namen ni hubby it all came and will come from our own pockets, fruit of our hardwork and perseverance because of true love.. and this wedding will be our FIRST SUCCESS TOGETHER.. ☺️☺️😊😉👍💏💍👰🏻💒🙏🏼👆🏼👼🏼

December 2015 bride here.  At first wala akong balak tipidin yung wedding namin kasi sabi ko it will happen once lang naman. Pero habang nagaayos na kami I realize na we just have to be practical. 

Church - included na sa fee yung floral arrangement & choir
Reception - free na yung place inhouse yung caterer + included na din yung floral arrangement
Photo & Video - eto lang siguro yung di namin titipidin, kasi eto yung babalikbalikan namin tingnan then may free na rin syang photobooth
Gown - luckily my Ninong is a fashion designer here in our province, kaya we'll surely get a discount
Groom's & Men's suit - we have tailoring for men kaya free na yung kay H2B & 500 each na lang yung sa men's suit
Entourage - around 1k each sa girls, then 800 sa flower girls
Invitations - maybe sa divi or mag print na lang sa bahay. I can do calligraphy din naman.
Shoes - at first gusto ko customized shoes para kacolor ng motif (cheapest sa canvas ko kay Kara Zapatos) pero afterwards naisip ko hindi ko sya magagamit ulit. Kaya bili na lang ako sa mall.
Cake - mag 3 layer icing cake ako, fondant cake ang mahal, hindi naman masarap. 
Rings - target namin is Ongpin
Souvenirs - succulents, we found our supplier in Tagaytay

Hi mga sissies!

Gusto ko lang i-share kasi ang excited ko lang. Last night kasi napadaan ako sa isng dept. store and saw this simple yet cute lace gown na pwede pang wedding! kaya lang close na stockroom to get new stock. Tapos magdamag ako nag isip kasi super love ko sya di ako pinatulog ng maayos, kaya kanina kahit late na ko for work, sa mall ako dumirecho to buy that dress. Nakakatuwa kasi love at first sight ako sa kanya. And guess what?! 650 pesos lang sya, then pagbayad ko less 10% pa so i got the gown for only 580.00 pesos. Yes! And I'm super happy kasi ayoko talaga ng magastos na kasal. Budget lang namin more or less 70K. Sa province din kami ikakasal sa December. Yung bayad namin sa church is 1,500 lang. May kasama na yun na simple aisle decor. Nagulat din ako sa presyo kasi dito sa amin nasa 15K-18K ang bayad sa church. Kaya kahit sabihin na sa side ng babae dapat ang kasal...no. Practicality na lang, mas mahal magagastos ko sa Manila wedding. Hindi naman ako mapera pati h2b ko. Nakakahinayang maglabas ng malaki, pang pupuhunan ko na lang sa tindahan yung pera instead of gumastos ng big time in 1 day.

Ang ganda sis moana I saw something like this din sa divi last time and yun din first choice ko pero 7500 price nya, siguro nagkatalo lang sa lace na ginamit pero almost ganyan din ichura. Ang galing sis And ang mura!!! Nakakatuwa

Ako feeling ko lahat pwedeng tipirin except photo and video (na copy mo na forever), food and hair and makeup(para feeling pretty on your wedding day) hihi

i agree with sis yannuh! marami rin ako natipid during my wedding pero No no sa photo and video because forever sila ang remembrance ko, no regrets coz nagustuhan ko talaga ang gawa ni

sa make up naman, siempre dapat ikaw talaga ang bride ang bloom on that day, kaya i chose Mariah.. super worth it!! pati entourage ko nagustuhan nila ang makeup nila..

nagtipid ako sa Invitations, sa souvenirs, something edible ang sakin, chocolates and marami naman natuwa. sa wedding shoes nakatipid narin, bumili kasi ako nung Sale sa aldo pretty and stable ang shoes. yung iba DIY candles, some decorations sa reception.. pati invites ko and save the date..diy lang ako.

so far, the only thing I wished I spent less on is styling. since it went 20% above my 100k budget. But I really couldn't think of another supplier who I liked and can provide the same output.

No other regrets. lol ayan lang talaga.

^same here sis! di kami nagtipid sa wedding ring. kasi yun lang daw ang maiiwan samin after ng wedding day sabi ni h2b. ang mga tinitipid namin so far- invitations, save the date, ento bouquets, church decor (all diys). ento gown din though wala pa pero di masyado malaki ang budget namin for that. cars, yung personal cars na lang namin. at souvenir, photobooth na lang siguro.
