^part kami ng PS ng groom. 2 couple kinuha nya sa side nya. pinilit nya kami mag Ps kasi kami lang kaclose nya na couple na tapos yung isang couple tito at tita nya. 10 pairs PS nila so yung iba talaga don di nila kilala. nagkatinginan nga kami ng husband ko nung di alam nung ibang PS yun names nung couple. syempre kaya sila kinuha para sa regalo. nakaka off talaga. tapos nangampanya pa agad yung asawa ni vie mayor. nakakaoff.

nakakaloka naman sis yung PS na hindi nila kilala hehe. Kami naman madami talaga kasi yung iba nagprisinta and kilala at relatives naman namin so hindi talaga kami tumanggi. Gusto pa ngang padagdagan ni Mama sabi ko 8 pairs na yun, di na kasya sa simbahan haha. Yung PS namin nung wedding consist of mga tita/tito ko, family friend at parents ng high school barkada namin. Sure na kilala at nakausap na namin before:)

^ sis ayouweinlove if you have a pn rsvp service from your coordinator its better to put her/his name on the invite para sila na mag communicate. Option mo if you want the coordinator's company name or yung mismong coordinator. Yun din na ask k before when I had a meeting with my coordinator, she prefers her name and mobile number sa rsvp. Just make sure daw upon turning-over complete lahat ng details

Ilang beses ko na narinig yung phrase na.. "Get more PS na may pera para makabawi kayo sa gastos sa kasal." Its true na Filipino customs ganun talaga yung iba nga espc during elections they would invite politicians to be their PS kahit hindi nila close then makikita mo may tarps ng politician sa mismong wedding. Ginawa lang campaign area yung wedding lol

^Thanks sis pinaydiaspora - mismong name ng coordinator ang nilagay ko tapos may wedding planner sa ilalim ng name niya and of course, her contact details. 

^regarding sa PS close lang din namin ni h2b ang kinuha namin. may na-kwento kasi sa akin yung friend ko na yung ibang PS daw niya hindi na pumunta sa reception, eh hindi naman daw kasi sila personal na kilala. ayoko mangyari sa akin yun. maganda padin na tinapos ng mga guests/PS ang kasal mo.

^May napuntahan ako wedding ganyan. They had 2 senators, and 1 congressman as sponsors. My gosh, wala atasa kanila pumunta sa reception. Yung ibang senator proxy lang pinadala din. So ang pangit tignan. Looks good on the invitation, but in the actual event parang na snub pa yung wedding g high profile politician sponsors.

^ It's true. I attended a wedding wherein they had 15 pairs of PS, mostly bigatin. Unfortunately, come wedding day you can see that a third of the PS didn't come.  Ang panget lang kasi 2 sections na malaki ang  sa VIP section and during the first part of the reception kita mo talaga yung empty seats. Although I can't blame her naman as most of the PS were colleagues of her dad. Yung iba naman humabol na lang but the dinner was already finished.

Hi sisses, What is the standard size of a wedding invitation? Is it 5x7 or 6x9?

Tsaka how much usually ang pocketfold invitations? Any recommended supplier?

^ It depends on what you want.. you should try to measure on paper to be sure if you want a small or big invite. For pocketfold invites, depende din if its digital print, letterpress, foil stamp etc If digital print lang mas mura probably around 120 per piece..starting price range. The price would also differ sa invites supplier.

You can check-- Printsonalities, Print Divas, Written in Ink, Neonovelties, 101 Folk Street, Print & Co, Printlane, Print Cafe, Popgram etc They would serious depend on your budget.

Nafu-frustrate na ako sa Print Divas. They keep missing their own deadlines! argh!

Feb 9 sabi nila to expect the first draft after 7 working days.
Feb 20 nagfollow up ako
Feb 22 they said it will be sent within the week
Feb 28 tanghali I followed up
Feb 29 sabi within the day

March 1 na wala pa din. I'll be sending a follow up email later. Sana naman mabigay na nila today.

^oh my, print divas din ako. though printing lang kinuha ko sa kanila. I will send the full layout 5 months before my wedding date kasi ipapadala ko ba yung iba abroad. you might want to visit their office na sis.

^ buti they were able to give the draft na. Medyo disappointed lang kase it took them that long para sa nakita kong draft. Sana they'll be able to get back to me agad after I give the revisions I noted.

Maganda na mas matagal lead time mo for printing sis para sure na you'll still have more than enough time para sa possible delays on their side.

Since I'm into calligraphy lately, naaliw ako makita yung mga invitation designs ni Ink Scribbler. Partners ba sila ng Printcity Invitations?

I think alam naman nila meaning ng PS. Iba lang talaga pananaw nila.

Back to topic. Wala pa din ako naisip na magandang invitation. Parang hindi talaga ako kunteto sa papers lang tapos nasa envelope. May iba talaga akong hinahanap. I want a very unusual unique invitation.

Hi everyone!
 This is about kenneth uy invites. natutuwa ako sakanila, lalo na kay Ate jade, siya yung artist na naghhandle samin, kasi ang bilis ng replies/changes ekek, kung may changes, email lang ako the next day gawa agad:) calligraphy invites kasi pinagawa ko, hindi siya kasing ganda ng inkscribbler pero cheaper and maganda naman kinalabasan ng invites:)

We had 10 pairs of PS, only 1 wasn't able to attend coz he's in America, (btw, he's my ninong in binyag too) but umattend parin his proxy otherwise lahat nandoon naman. So it's really good to get someone you are close with not just because they had something to give. I admit we have PS who did not give anything at all and that's totally fine.
My mom always experience that, kinukuha syang ninang even if the couple doesn't really know her. Ako tuloy ang naiinis haha!

hi sis hermione28 why not try Laser engraved acrylic wedding invitations. or wooden engraved ones kung rustic naman yung theme mo.

ako naman dahil shabbychic ang theme ko I'm going for a calligraphy invite with watercolor flower details. getting excited to see the first draft.

I just came from Unifair printing for our save the dates. Super duper happy! I think it will end up around 4x6, with foil stamping and envelope. And, we got it for Php20 each! Will post a link to a photo of the save the date when I get it 😀

Hi mga sis! Recommend ko lang Joy's Creations Invitation. Got mine for 4500 only 50pcs, boarding pass type since hubby and I loves to travel. 85 php each then plus 250 php for the layout.

girls, i need your thoughts. Pwede bang doble ang pairs ng secondary sponsors per item, 2 pairs for candle, cord and veil? Yong isang pair magkakabit tapos ibang pair magtatanggal? Thanks!
