10k na RT sa PAL yun. Never ako naka-tyempo ng magandang price pero ok na rin since may kasama ng luggage allowance and food.

may mga videos talaga dun na nilalakad nya from Mongkok MTR Station to Ladies Market, Central Station to The Peak Tram Terminus at kung pano pabalik, pati pagsakay sa MTR to Tung Chung talagang magkaka idea ka na kung saan tatawid, liliko & transfer sa MTR

siguro naman kaka panuod ko hindi na ako eng-eng pagdating sa HK, ahaha!

^naku hindi ko napapansin yung yt channel na yan, basta type lang ako ng mga keywords like: MTR Mongkok, Ladies Market tapos search lalabas na, nuod lang ako ng nuod 

sige check ko ulit mamaya, wala kase ako YT sa office hehe

^You need to download the MTR app. Meron dun ilalagay mo saan ka at saan ka pupunta para malaman exit sa MTR. Very handy.

any sisses who have tried booking hostels thru booking.com? Paano ba malaman if nagpush through sa mismong hostel ang booking? nakareceive na ako ng confirmation email from booking.com website pero paano malalaman if reserved na sa mismong hostel? K & B hostel (Hongkong) pala binook ko. Saka sabi dun di need ng credit card, cash upon arrival daw. Irereserve ba talaga nila yun even without downpayment? This is my first time using booking.com kaya medyo lito pa ko.

Para hindi off-topic, must-see pa din ba Ngong Pin kahit wala cable car o pwede na skip? Any museums we can visit? Yung Snoopy World must-visit ba? Ano pa magandang park sa HK? Bale 6 days 5 nights kami dun, late arrival and early departure. Pasuggest naman ng itinerary mga sisses. Disneyland, The Peak, Nan Lian Garden + plan namin magday trip to Macau. Sept. 15-20. Ano pa magandang puntahan sa HK? Thanks in advance.

^ako sis.. based on experience, booked na yun.. pagdating mo sa Hotel on your trip, tsaka ka magbabayad in full. dalin mo lang yung confirmation from booking.com if you want, and di ka talaga mapalagay,  you can send an email sa hotel or call, ask ka questions kunyari about airport pickup or inform mo sila ng room requests mo hehe

Hi sis!

Our trip is near yet wala pa po kami accommodation kasi I dont have a credit card to book the hotel.

I went to some travel agencies but their rates are sky high! May mga inclusions na kasama which we dont need.

Question, do u know a travel agency na nagbook ng hotel only sa published price online then I'll pay for the service fee.

Please help po!

^I haven't heard of such a travel agency. Usually talaga mataas ang price sa kanila kaya maigi DIY kahit sa accommodations. Why don't you try yung ginawa ni sis chinablue? Yung sa booking.com?

Sis chinablue, I would suggest kung gumagana ang cable car sa NP na sakyan niyo yun. Maganda kasi siya tapos scenic pa yung view papunta sa village. You might want to check "Dialogue in the Dark" too.

^Sis Heatherette, thank you. Nataon kasi na sa maintenance schedule ng cable car ng NP yung punta namin.  Sayang talaga.

^^sis baby maryen, hiram ka sa mga friends mo na may credit card. Ganun ginawa ko eh. Nag-extend lang ako ng bakasyon kaya nagbook na naman ako eh nahiya na ko hiram ulit ng credit card. Sa booking.com meron mga hostels na hindi need ng credit card para magpareserve kaso lang majority eh sa chungking mansions. Kelan na ba trip mo? Book ka na agad ng hotel hanggang maaga kasi baka maubusan ka na ng accomodation.

^hi sis! Try to visit pa rin the Giant Buddha, its also accessible via bus, around 19 hkd fare per way through octopus card and mga 30 mins travel time. Ganda din ng view even via bus ride. Sa side lang din ng citygate mall ang terminal ng bus.

12k roundtrip HK sa PAL for October travel, this week ko lang na check mga sis. Mejo mura pa rin kesa sa peak season.

di rin kami gumagamit credit card when booking. Nag apply lang kami ng e-prepaid card sa BPI, we deposit money dun, and you can use it na for booking online. Meron yung BPI na prepaid card na you can use sa online at shops din. Thru booking.com and Agoda na try namen gamitin. Immediatley ibabawas sa card mo yung amount, print lang the confirmation tapos yun na pinapakita namen sa HK hotels. Ang binabayaran nalang yung deposit for keycard Baka gusto mo i-try.

Naghahanap naman kami ulit ngayon ng guest house na OK, overnight lang for 2. May ma su suggest ba kayong maganda along TST? Ano kaya mas ok na location yung sa Chungking mansion na guesthouses or sa Mirador? dami kasi dun na mura

Just sharing... First time to try Airbnb in Hong Kong. This is where we stayed:

Another one was Sunny Day Hotel. 12k for 3 nights (room was good for 3 pax), nakuha namin discounted in Agoda (i think pwede na din, considering mahal ang accommodation sa HK) Required deposit ng 500 HKD. We stayed in 6F or 8F medyo mahina ang wifi signal (mas malakas pag nasa banyo) No breakfast included but we just took breakfast in Mcdo, which is katabi lang ng Hotel. Katabi din ng hotel yung pinipilahang egg waffle (HKD 18).

Both accommodations are near Jordan MTR station.

Nakatiyempo rin ako ng seat sale to HK last Aug 29, a few days before nila i-publish 'yung sale! Sa sobrang gulat ko, napabook tuloy kahit wala sa plano.  I paid 3,121 lang for the ticket inclusive of the 15-kg. baggage fee both ways na. Tapos less than a month na lang before the actual flight.

As for the accommodation, I've searched for good deals sa mga booking websites such as Agoda, Booking, AirBnB, etc. but the cheapest and the most decent I could find was a guesthouse in Mirador Mansion. Na-try ko nang tumira rito a few years ago. True, the lobby leading to the elevators of the building can be a bit intimidating for the uninitiated pero safe naman generally doon. Take extra precautions lang especially with your valuables (kahit saan namang lugar sa mundo). It's right smack in Tsim Sha Tsui, close to a train station, and within walking distance to a few areas of interest. Best of all, cheap pa!

This is my nth time to HK but I've never set foot in Macau so I might devote an entire day exploring one of SE Asia's gambling mecca. Food trip, given na 'yun. Sana lang may ilan pang sale para makapagsimula na ng Christmas shopping.

^backread ka lang sis for the reviews but these are the highly recommended affordable/cheap HK accommodations:

-taisan guesthouse
-cosmic guesthouse (personally stayed here last January and maayos naman stay namin)
