Same here although di pa ko napapadpad sa Mong Kok para mag-shopping. Pero several times na ko nakabalik sanay na ko sa ganung ugali haha it's not really a deal breaker to me.

Sis, can you suggest an affordable hotel, preferably in Tsim Sha Tsui area? We have a toddler with us.

Another disneyland question - for those who have kids and brought a stroller, what do you do with the stroller when you on the rides? Is there an area to secure the stroller?

And the comment on people in HK being rude....it's about the mindset too. I found the people worse in Manhattan! But I would visit both HK and Manhattan again in a heartbeat

^Not really sure haha we rent lang yung stroller sa DL then iwan ng mga gamit ng kids. Yung mga important na bagay dinadala namin. Di pa naman kami nawawalan

by the way mga sisses, may promo cebu pac ngayon. nagbook ako ng bagong flight pabalik kasi parang nabibitin ako sa whole 2 days stay namin sa HK kaya I decided to extend for 2 more days pa. yung ceb pac itinerary ba na sinesend sa email, yun na mismo yung ipapakita sa mismong date of flight? parang ang konti lang kasi ng details. plan ko mag no show na lang ako sa previous hk-manila flight ko tutal may new ticket na ko pabalik. ang problem ko lang dahil nag-extend ako, pahirapan ngayon sa pagbook ng guesthouse. may relatives naman daw kami dun kaya crossing my fingers na pwede lang makituloy sa kanila.

any update on ngong pin cable car? hoping pa din ako na macancel ang schedule ng maintenance, hehe.

Question: may bayad na ba ang 2 years old and 10 months sa Disneyland? Sa website kasi ang price eh for 3-11 years old lang. Mahal pa la ng tickets 499 HK dollars for adults.

ang alam ko naman sis pag nag no show considered as flown na ang ticket. i purchased naman another ticket at a later date.

@sis mkris, ganito kasi yun. original stay namin is sept-15 to 18 so i booked hotel accomodation for that period of time. kaso nagpromo cebu pac ulit so i booked another flight pabalik ng sept. 20. bale nagextend ako ng 2 days. plan namin makituloy na lang sa relatives ng 2 nights. itatanong pa ba yun sa immigration? kasi yung first ticket ko naman nakalagay round trip sept. 15-18. am i obliged to show the second ticket and arrange invitation letter?

^just have your RT ticket and hotel booking confirmation. Yan lang naman talaga hahanapin ng IO sa inyo kung talagang tour lang gagawin ninyo sa HKG. You don't even have to mention na mag-extend kayo ng two days para the original hotel booking will suffice.

Hello mga sis, booked for nov 20-23. First time in HK. what is the best way to travel (bus, MTR, taxi) around HK? we will arrive night time on the 20th, then 23rd morning, can't extend eh kasi I have work.

Also, anong mas ok gamitin in terms of budget sa pag travel around HK?

May recommended hostel ba kayo, yung cheap lang pero reasonably priced naman.

Thinking if this will be a good travel itinerary, 20th, night market (if there's any para wala ng iisipin pang pasalubong). Then 1st day mamasyal, then afternoon till night time disneyland. 2nd day, tour nalang ng Macau. Feasible ba ito? Then back to HK for the flight the day after.

Again, this is a budgeted travel, good for 2 adults.

^You can backread sis for the hotels, inns, hostels, etc...

For me, mas convenient ang MTR. Yung taxi pahirapan kasi hindi marunong makaintindi ng English mga drivers. Kahit pakita pa namin address in Chinese sa kanila, wala lang nakatunganga lang sila haha Kaya I'd go for MTR or bus.
