Also have you tried the Airport Express Travel Pass for Tourist yung HKD300, pero unlimited MTR pass na? Worth it ba? Thanks!

^A21 bus from the aiport lang sis, around 30 to 40 minutes travel time. 35 HKD yung bayad.

just got back from our HK trip. enjoy naman pero hindi na siguro ako babalik haha. malaking factor kasi sakin yung mga tao when I travel. and i found a lot of people in HK are very rude. nakakainit ng ulo kahit service sa restaurants or stores. and super daming tourists, kahit saan pumunta. kaya nagskip na kami ng ibang tourists spots and just enjoyed exploring the neighborhoods.

Hi sis, did you visit The Peak & Madame Tussauds? I'm having second thoughts In including this tour in our iterinary. They said super tagal ng pila here and we're planning to go there at around 3pm. Baka this will be the cause of our pagod pa. Sayang ang energy to stroll TST at night. What do you think mga sis?

^sis wala talaga sa iti namin ang madame tussads pero yung The Peak we went on a weekday night around 9:30pm na since sky terrace lang talaga pupuntahan namin. wala naman pila sa tram. tapos pauwi medyo may pila pero mabilis lang naman. sabi nung taxi driver swerte daw kami hindi kami pumila ng matagal. minsan daw 3 hours ang pila sa tram. Feeling ko must yung The peak. gandang ganda lang ako sa skyline ng HK sa gabi.

^^ Sis kami we went there around 4PM on a Wednesday, wala naman pila masyado sa tram mismo. Wala pang 10 mins kami nakapila nasakay na kami. It also helped that we bought our tickets prior to going there, though from what I remember 'di naman din masyado kahabaan ang pila ng tickets (plus you can use your Octopus Card naman).

my sentiments exactly! tayo naman mga pinoy, educated or not, pagdating sa mga turista, very friendly pero heto parang kala mo parati gugulangan! On top of Big Buddha, my son can't decide which ice cream to pick but the lady was demanding for money already. Naku, di na nakapagtimpi si mader, nasigawan siya tuloy. Ikaw ba naman umakyat nang mataas na hagdan tapos susungitan mo. Makahanap ka ng katapat mo! Lol! Even sa restaurants or stores, naglalabas ka pa lang ng coins pambayad, naku naka-rolyo na mata. Even the bus drivers. May mga first timers siguro na turista who do not know how the card works, naku kung malalagyan ko lang ang caption ang mukha ng bus driver, siguro sabi niya: "ang bobobo naman nito!" Anyway, tama na 1 visit sa HK sa akin. Off to the next travel destination.

^true sis. medyo nanghinayang lang ako hindi ako nakapunta ng ngong ping kasi malakas ulan nung pumunta kami so no cable car. pero siguro nga one time is enough parang nakakainit lang ulo ang mga tao dun. yun lang yata napuntahan ko na bansa na mabibilang mo in one hand yung naging mabait sayo, haha

I don't think they are rude. Isipin niyo na lang sa kanila kasi every second counts. Importante ang time sa kanila. Kaya kung napapansin niyo ang bilis nila kumilos. Kung matamaan ka man, hindi nila sadya yun. And tayo kasi na medyo relax, nabibigla kasi nasasabihan tayo at na-iinterpret niyo as rude. May mga nakilala narin akong mababait ng tiga-HK.

Now, kung mainland yan, yun ang bastos talaga. (sorry)

^I agree. Pinagpapasensyahan ko nalang sila kasi ganun talaga sila. Kahit sa mga restaurants makikita mo ang bibilis nila kumilos. Pag tapos ka na kumain, di tulad sa atin dito na pwede ka pa tumambay. Dun papaalisin ka nila kasi sayang yung pwesto mo na magagamit pa ng iba.

Mas pleasant nga sila than yung taga Mainland. Ibang level din yung mga yun, as in yun itutulak ka talaga LOL

^sisses i quite agree. actually i think super daming taga-mainland nung time na pumunta din kami. pero iba kasi yung nagmamadali sa rude. I live in Tokyo so kung gaano kafast paced ang HK baka mas matindi pa dito. mabilis din ako kumilos. dito people will still give time to say sorry when they bump into you accidentally, they will not stare openly with bitchy faces, and wala namang nakapila sa likuran ko nung bumili ako sa convenience store pero hinagis pa din sakin yung sukli. haha

Kahit sis ko yan din napansin nya nong mag HK siya.
May nice naman sa kanila pero lamang ang  bastos. .
