For south weddings (batangas/tagaytay) you may inquire with Sir Albert Cueto. He's from Batangas City pero i believe wala syang OOT fee sa tagaytay. Di namin sya kinuha but he's one of the well known and awarded photographers in Batangas.

^hi sis! We got GGP for our Sept 2015 wedding. So far ok naman sila kausap, i love Raisa talaga and we just had our e-sesh a couple of weeks ago. Parang ka tie up nila si Serg Cruzem as fotog tapos sila naman sa video:)

Ako sis, booked God's Grace Production for our P/V on our May wedding this year. Super bait ni Raissa, mabilis din magreply. Ilang beses din kami di nagtugma sa schedule for our meeting, super busy kasi sila, pero finally nagmeet din kami last March 25, we will have our prenup shoot this April 21. I know medyo late na, kaya lang yun lang talaga available dates namin ni hubby.

Fiance and I had our meeting with Peekxel. It went well. I they're really easy to deal with. And they really go into details. Got our Animated AVP too and I really love it!

Has anyone heard of Blackbox weddings? mukhang maganda ang photos nila and they're having a promo of 49K for Photo and Video package. Kaso iisa lang ang SDE na nakapost sa facebook nila. I think bago lang sila. Anyone heard of them?

Di ako sure sis if cheap si Rule of Thirds by JR Salonga. Antipolo based kasi sya. Backread ka lang sis madami na na-mention na P/V dito na affordable.

Mine kasi is not Antipolo based and I got different suppliers for photo and video. Also like previously mentioned, you can opt for service only. What make packages expensive is the album eh (for photo).
