Question po: Sa hand carry bags hindi na daw pwede ang dalawa ang bitbit (e.g.: backpack and sling bag)? How true? Dapat isa na lang talaga.

^kelan pa daw sis? Nung flight naman namin Cebpac last October may dala ako backpack tsaka handbag. Di naman ako sinita.

^^Technically speaking isa lang talaga ang handcarry. Yung second item is a personal item like a small purse, bag, laptop bag, camera bag, etc. So with the personal item lumalabas na dalawa ang bitbit mo. Yung iba kasi porket alam na pwede dalawa ang bitbitin sa cabin, ang dinadala parehong malalaking items. Kaya ngayon nasisita na yung maraming dalang puro malalaki na items. Plus pansinin nyo sa check-in counter pa lang tinitimbang na ang mga carry on sabay lagay ng label.

Ah ok po as long as it's a small bag ok lang. I usually bring a backpack and a smaller bag (either shoulder or sling bag) to put my personal stuff. Typical use of a personal bag. Thanks for the info po!

Hi, done booking for my husband's mla-hk trip for April 2017, then we availed Travel Insurance of Cebu Pac for P300. Kailan ba nila sinesend yung Insurance confirmation? Sa pagkakatanda ko kasi the last time I booked for my hubby's trip for Bus-Mla nag-avail din kami ng insurance pero may nareceive ata kami sa email na Insurance Policy aside from the confirmed Itinerary.

Yung flight ng officemate ko going to Phuket Thailand was cancelled by CebPac. They were told na wala ng direct flight going there. Hassle lang kasi sa kanila pinasasagot connecting flight though di naman nila kasalanan na magka-ganun na ang situation.

Yikes..kawawa naman ang officemate mo sis.narefund ba nila yun binayad nila?
Nagbook ako lately at todo iwas ako sa cebpac. Nakakainis lang kasi ang PAL sobrang mahal ng flights nila sa HK ngayon dec. 1st choice ko sana sya..kaya ayun todo hanap ako ibang airlines kahit yun mga hindi ko pa natry like EVA, china eastern, china southern.. hehe..i ended booking with AirAsia though nakalipad na ako matagal na with them, im praying na sana ok ang service nila this xmas season. Though expected na yun delays pero sana 1hr lang..unlike cebpac na umaabot ng 3-5hrs..que horror! At di hamak na mas mura yun ticket na nakuha ko compared sa cebpac na 7k ang difference. (Nagquote ako sa cebpac kasi akala ko sa cebpac din ako babagsak. Buti na lang hindi hehe. )

^^That's strange kasi they still have direct flights to Phuket hindi nga lang daily. On the days na walang direct flight meron silang via Singapore on Tigerair Singapore. In case they cancel a flight dapat protected sila on the next available flight be it direct or via Singapore.

^sis, kakausapin pa yata nila ulit ang cebpac, this time with more mataray colleague. Sana magbunga naman ang effort nila. So far delayed flights lang naman na-encounter ko and never sana maka-experience ng ganito. Masakit sa ulo haha! And yes I've read tix na malaki ang diff compared to cebpac, maganda pa service, my inflight snack pa haha!


^^Kapag nag-check daw po ng flights for March 2017 wala na talagang direct flight. They were given the option to re-book or refund it, until January 2017, pero help was not extended for them to secure a connecting flight.  Nor travel voucher man lang (like in my mnl-inc case last november, with RT voucher for domestic and short-haul int'l flight, aside from the option to reschedule).

Paano po yung protected in case of cancellation? From Cebu Pac din po ba yan? Or Cebpac must shoulder or help them in securing a connecting flight?

I have another case, domestic naman, wherein na-cancel yung flight and re-sched on another day pero walang voucher, pero there's an option to refund. Hassle kasi booked na lahat then moved na naman. Hay Cebpac, anyare again?

^hello. I reserved a flight to tokyo, Php7k for roundtrip ticket this June. Do you think that's already a good price or shall I wait for the feb travel expo? I have until midnight to decide if I'll pay for it

^I think good price na sya. last punta namin 7k RT din kami Jetstar nga lang. Sa Travel Expo kasi mabilis maubusan, piso seat sale price nya 5k to Tokyo RT na (2014 nakabook kami for my inlaws)

Nagcrash daw ang site ng CebuPac kami, mga 1 hour daw di maaccess.

Nagcrash ang website ng Cebpac. Ang hirap magbook, nung nag-Up na ang site halos ubos na yung travel dates na gusto ko. Nakapagbook ako Mnl-Rxs RT 2660k for 4, Oct na ang travel date. Excited na ako mag-Gigantes Island.

Friend ko nakapagbook Mnl-Incheon 2500k RT, di ko natanong kung anong travel date niya. Another one naman was able to booked for Tacloban 1700k RT for 2.

Halos sabay-sabay kami nagbook kanina, around 3am.

Ubos na piso sale nila agad. They made the announcement before noon na taken na lahat. Limited seats lang naman din kasi.

Buti pala tyaga ako 1230am to 130am, mga more than 10x paulit ulit, Naka book ako ng Manila-Guangzhou this June, 1400 RT!

Nareceive ko yung announcement sa email after the announcement sa Facebook. Yung first hour sayang dami ko nakitang magandang dates. Kaso yun nga naghang and crash. Nasa payment page na tapos blank huhuhu.. Inulit ko nawala na yung dates na gusto ko for Japan sana. Anyway I'm still thankful nakabook ako for Oct Php 2200 RT per person for Bangkok, and Php 2300 RT for Guam.
