^ isang companion lang po pala. ilang days po ang processing nila ng approval ng refund? sabi kasi nung nakausap ko sa hotline subject for approval pa daw ang refund.  hindi naman nila masabi kung ilang araw ang processing. basta kapag na-send ko na don sa e-mail wait lang daw ako ng auto reply. once na okay na itawag ko lang daw ulet para ma-process ang refund. gaano naman kaya katagal bago mareverse sa credit card ko  yun?

At saka medical certificate lang po ba kelangan? Kasi sabi din sa hotline need yata ng prc id or clinic/hospital id pa.

@msrain, depende yung processing time. Can be from 3 weeks to a month or longer. Magfo-follow-up ka lang talaga once approved yung refund mo. The first time I did a refund was for my sister's father-in-law who had a heart attack and had to undergo surgery. He was supposed to come visit with my sister and brother-in-law (they're from the US). I bought them promo fares prior to the attack. Hiningi lang sa akin was a doctor's certificate complete with the doctor's license number and hospital affiliation plus the hospital's record na na-admit yung father-in-law ni sister. Bale yung plus one na companion is ticket lang ni brother-in-law. Yung sa sister ko TY na lang.

The other refund request ko sa dad ko naman. Doctor's certificate lang plus license number and contact details for verification ang hiningi.

^better to call them minsan kasi antagal nila mag-open ng email. Ask mo na rin sila the correct email to send the required docs. Just make sure they acknowledge your cancellation.

^nakita na po nila yung email. But sa list they are requesting for prc or hospital id? I wonder kung nagbibigay talaga ang dr ng copy ng id nila.

^What's the requirement to have a RT or one way travel voucher plus the time or date adjustment of the flight? If they move my flight by 4 hours, is it guaranteed that I get another free flight or do I have to demand for it?

sis, according sa crew na napagtanungan ka, we are entitled for free ticket kapag delayed or na move ng 6 hours onward ang flight.

hi all... update lang ako sa process nung refund ko for medical reason... baka makatulong din sa iba o sakaling later on magkaroon din kayo ng ganitong case.  ako yung maysakit and i e-mailed them my medical certificate and PRC ID of the attending physician.  4 kami sa travel itinerary, me, my husband and daughter and my brother.  when i e-mailed cebupac, sabi sa e-mail if approved, ako and 1 companion lang ang marerefund.  Companion should be a minor (less than 15 yo), senior citizen or immediate family ( parents, spouse, siblings, children, grandparents, grandchildren and parents in law) as long as may maprovide na proof of affinity.  when i called their hotline twice on different days, ang sabi ng nakausap ko ma-rerefund daw kami lahat kapag na-approve ang request kasi lahat ng kasama ko nag-fall sa list nila.   so when i e-mailed na lang cebupac  of the documents ( medical certificate, PRC ID, marriage certificate and birth certificate ng daughter and brother ko, i just requested na lahat kami ma-refund kasi family travel naman yun. I e-mailed it last wednesday and i got the reply yesterday. approved naman for refund kaming lahat. whew! buti na lang talaga... kasi 20k din iyon ha.  however, minimum of 10 working days daw para ma-credit back sa card ko. i hope so or better yet frequent follow-up lang. pero thankful talaga ako na approved for refund kaming lahat.  Hope it helps!

I have an upcoming trip to Bkk. Hindi ko alam na may 150 fee na pala when you select a seat via web check-in. Sa Pal naman wala on our last travels the past months, or may be kasi domestic lang yun.

mga sis pls help, i don't know kung natanong na to before, pero strict ba ang cebu pacific sa 6 months validity ng passport? My sister will be travelling to Hong Kong on saturday and kahapon nya lang napansin na until march 23, 2017 na lang pala ang passport nya. Too late na para magpa renew ng visa and hindi na rin daw pede yung extension of passport unless may medical emergency, death or kung ofw ka. Nagwo-worry ako na they might deny boarding pag nakita nila na 5 months na lang passport nya. May naka experience na ba sa inyo ng ganitong situation recently?

^mom of my friend experienced that sis. Family sila travelling to hk and thru cebupac also. Never naisip ng mom nya na may ganung terms pala na dapat at least 6 months validity ng passport. They only knew (the rest of the family members) na the following day na pala expiration ng passport ng mom nya nung mismong nasa airport na sila. Sobrang pakiusapan daw ginawa nila sa cebupac to the point na pumunta sila sa office kasi di pumapayag yung cebupac counter staff. Ayun, natuloy pa rin naman sila including the mom and nakapag-Macau pa.

I guess your sister dont have a choice but to try her luck and makiusap na lang.

wow... the following day? so nung nagpunta sila ng macau expired na passport nya? siguro depende na lang talaga sa makakaharap nya sa airport kung makakalusot sya o hindi. Thanks sa reply sis.

^yes sis, expired na. Walang naging pakiusapang eksena daw sa hk and macau, dito lang sa pinas.

^this happened to me, 3 months na lang expired na passport ko and I was not allowed to board the plane. Yung friend ko naman, 1 day lang ang kulang sa validity ng passport and hindi din nakasakay.

Have you tried going to DFA office para mapa extend yung passport niya? Kesa naman hintayin mo pa Saturday and mag-hope na mapakiusapan si Cebu Pac.

For Hongkong and other SEA countries, sometime pinapayagan nila kahit 4-5 months validity na lang. But that was with PAL, and before pa naging uso ang budget airlines. Medyo mas strict yata si CenuPac sa mga ganyan.

Kaya kami naging practice na as much as possible nagrerenew na pag 11-12 months na lang validity. Or if super tight sched (madaming naka-sched na trips), through agency para me appointment agad, mas mabilis.

salamat sa reply mga sis, fortunately pinayagan sya maka board ng plane and surprisingly wala din daw tinanong sa kanya. She's 17 yrs old flying solo with 5 months validity on passport. I guess sinwerte lang sya at natapat sa hindi mabusising counter.

Hi mga sis! Plan namin ni husband mag korea holy week next year. Diba mahal na talaga airfares by that time? By January 2017 kaya meron pa ako makukuhang airfare lower than 15k RT per pax? Considering 3 months na lang travel ko na. I can't risk na kasi magbook ng mga promo fares. Dami kong promo fares na binook this year pero forfeited lahat due to unforeseen events. Tapos kuha na rin muna kami visa before biling ticket.

Just want to say sobra ko na-appreciate pilots ng cebu pac. On my recent trip just last week around southeast asia.  I rode jetstar and thai air asia. Sa jetstar nahihilo ako sa landing and takeoff ng pilot. While sa thai air asia medyo rough din. Sumasakit ears ko when altitude changes. Sa Cebu pac sobrang smooth.
