^What's the requirement to have a RT or one way travel voucher plus the time or date adjustment of the flight? If they move my flight by 4 hours, is it guaranteed that I get another free flight or do I have to demand for it?

You have to ask for it. My ICN - MNL flight was cancelled. The CSR I spoke with didn't offer the travel voucher to me; I had to ask her for it pa.

I was texted by CebPac na na-adjust flight namin pero dito ko lang nabasa na may free Travel voucher (or sa Korea thread kasi parang halos puro ICN flight ang nababasa kong na-adjust). I confirmed na lang din if meron nga nung tumawag ako for the rescheduling para super sure.

Naging hassle lang ang adjustment kasi we need to book another accomodation for the extended stay.

Nagtanong na ako ng possible reasons for the rescheduling so if medyo masipag kayo pa-back read na lang ahehe

Dito ko lang nalaman na possible na may travel voucher na lang, sayang pala. Although okay na rin, I asked them for an earlier flight na lang. Additional gastos kasi on accommodation and allowance kapag tinake ko yung new date. Hehe. Oh well, at least now I know.

Pero na rebook ko din yung flight to Incheon

'Yun nga din 'yung mali ko, I took the later flight. Dapat pala, earlier flight na lang kinuha ko. Haha.

The travel voucher given to me is for an RT short haul flight (international or domestic). Kasama sa list ang ICN at Tokyo hehe.

Anyone here who was able to avail of a free flight c/o CebPac? The CSR said I can just call them and book on the phone.

Whether you take an earlier or later flight may Travel voucher yun sis. Tawag na lang sa Cebpac kapag gagamitin na. Yung friend ko naipa-book na niya yung kaniya, phonebooking lang.

Nakaka-tempt naman yung Tokyo. Birthday trip sana. May Sakura na ba ng 2nd week of March? naku OT na hahaha!

Been backreading and I'm still a little confused. Clarification lang re: Travel Voucher based on your personal experiences, girls.

Do you get to ask for this when CebuPac moves your flight schedule? Whether or not it makes a difference of an hour or a day?

Or do you get to ask for this only when CebuPac cancels your flight? Whether or not CebuPac gives you an option to rebook?

Also, slightly OT - but does PAL also offer the same?

Based on experience:

2013 na-move ng 1hr ang flight ko pero no voucher, domestic travel lang ito. This time MNL-INC, i was notified by cebpac about the change from nov 12 naging nov 13 ang flight (pero i said nov11 na lang), ito ang may voucher. Nagpapadala rin sila ng email so ma-check mo dun if you are entitled. Let's wait for the other sis na mag-reply kasi this is just mine. Ahehe. Di ko pa na-experience ang cancelled flight. Buti na lang.

What, so may voucher kahit nirebook na nila? Sis, did you have to ask for the voucher? Huhu, sayang kasi kung meron pala dapat ako, I will email them.

Yup. You have to check their email to you, if meron man. Or call them to inquire na lang para sure. Kasi like what I've said dito ko lang nalaman na meron ahehe.

Nga pala... Ilang months po ang validity ng voucher na yun? And kailan ang start ng count nung validity nung voucher? TIA mga sis!

Diba now we paid for the airport terminal fee upon booking ng flight. Pano kaya pag hindi mo tinuloi yung flight mo bayad mo pa din yun unlike dati na sa airport ka na magbabayad.. Wala lang nakakapanghinayang din yung 550. Hehe

I think dapat pwede i-refund. Call them na lang.

My friend asked about the travel voucher, wala daw kasi scheduled daw 'yung cancellation. Whaaaat?!?!?!

question lang po.. if you purchased a promo fare and you need to cancel for medical reasons, refundable po ba ito o regular fare lang dapat?

^promo or regular fare basta medical (with certificate) ang reason for cancellation you get a full refund.

^ thanks for the reply.  follow-up question po. ako lang po ba ang mare-refund o pati yung kasama ko sa itinerary? husband, daughter and brother ko po yung kasama sa ticket. since hindi na ako makakasama lalo na at di naman pwede na husband and daughter ko na lang ang aalis, pwede din ba sila ma-refund?

really? I submitted my medical certificate thru a cebupac ticketing office in our hometown about 2 weeks before the scheduled flight. I was told hindi daw pwede ma-refund if the tickets were bought on a promo fare. 

can I still submit, even if the trip was supposed to have been in August? where do I submit?

^^plus one companion pwede masali sa refund. I think kailangan nakasama sila in one booking reference.

^I have done it on several occasions, all the fares were on promo. The latest refund I will be doing is for my parents' flight next week. My Dad's in the hospital right now and obviously he won't be traveling anytime soon. All CebuPac needs is a doctor's/medical certificate that the passenger is not fit to travel.

I just emailed/scanned the copies to the email they have provided. On two occasions my Mom went to their ticket office at the airport to submit the certificate.
