mga sis question lang po, nakabili kami ng promo ticket international flight, pero need to rebook at biglang nagkaron ng conflict sa schedule, 40k php rebooking fee one way for 4 persons. if bibili kami ng new ticket, promo din sa ngayon, nasa 7k php each. mas cheaper compare kung irebook. ang question ko is: pwede bang gamitin ko yung existing ticket for 2 persons, yung 2 persons eh no show. bibili na lang sila ng new ticket sa new schedule at kaming 2 na lang ng kid ko gagamit ng ticket namin kaysa 4 kaming magparebook. hindi ba magkaron ng conflict na no show yung 2. no cancellation yung promo ticket na nabili namin kaya hindi rin namin maipa cancel. thanks po sa makakapag confirm.

hi sis +forsix10 in regards to that there will be no conflict na no show yung 2. Actually it happen with us na rin going to HK naman. And yup mas mahal ang re-booking compare kung bibili ka na lang ng bago.

Hi mga sis! Naka-receive kayo ng flight cancellation/rescheduling from Cebupac? It is due to flight realignment daw. Any idea what's the reason behind? Kasi hassle naka-book na kami ng accomodation tapos biglang resched ang flight the next day. Though pwede ko naman ipa-resched for an earlier date, hassle pa rin kasi we have to book another accomodation. Ang worry ko lang baka magka-rescheduling na naman after a few days. Hay Cebpac

^Maraming pwedeng reason for flight delay or cancellation. Walang eroplano, walang crew or walang pasahero. You always have the option to choose whatever flight you want kung CebPac ang may fault. You just have to give them a call. Don't click on the accept button sa email nila otherwise di mo na sya mababago.

^^Naka received ako sis, last week. Actually, yong papunta at pabalik. Both namoved ng 1 day. What's good is meron kaming free RT travel vouchers each route. International flight yong na cancelled kaya free RT International or domestic tix makukuha namin.

Pwede mo sya i-accept even 24hrs before your flight according sa agent na nakausap ko, kung worried ka na maresched ulit sis.

In case madelay ang flight ng at least 6-12 hrs, may right ba tayo to ask kung pati returning ticket iresched nila on a later time? Kasi parang ang unfair naman kung kami wala pang 72hrs sa cebu tapos nakain pa ng delay na flight. Haha

Incheon samin on Nov.12. Resched to 13 pero I called to have it changed to Nov. 11 kasi we have a flight going to jeju on the 13th. So additional booking for accomodation pa. And walang free tix. Siguro kasi yung papunta lang ang na-reschedule. Pero super hassle pa rin. Ayun. Heads up na lang. Sayang kasi ang mga booking. Or any additional booking lalo na if you're on a budget. Yung officemates ko na going to Japan naka-hold ang mga for booking sa hotels gawa nito.

question lang po sa mga getgo members. do you receive notifications ng seat sale in advance? kase dati nung wala pang getgo, meron parang subscribe ka sa newsletter ng cebpac (i think) pero yung alerts medyo late naman dumadating. parang hours after ng seat sale, so halos paubos na din. Saka yung 150 membership, one time fee lang ba talaga yun? Wala naman annual fee etc? I'm thinking of getting one kase, pero di naman kame frequent traveler, so not sure if it's going to be worth it for us.

^ like you I'm not a frequent traveler pero I have getgo card. Nagsign-up lang ko dati para madali magbook, then bigla nagcacard, magbayad nga ng P150. Since di naman kami nagtravel lagi, hindi ako kumukuha ng card at ayaw ko din magbayad. hehe! Pero may nareceive ako dati na email na iupdate ko lang info ko free na yung card, may nareceived nga ko after 1 month.

Though nothing special naman, late rin yung email notification nila kahit may seat sale. Mas nauuna pa yung sa FB page nila. Alam ko one time fee lang (sa card lang yata yung bayad), may mga discount sila sa hotels pag getgo members pero hindi ko pa natry gamitin.

Fukuoka, Japan naman yung flight ko na na resched. Original departure date ko is July 3, 2016 (Sun) at 2:15 PM and arrival date in Manila is July 7, 2016 (Thur) at 10:40 PM. Na reschedule yung departure ng same day pero at around 3:30 PM na. So, binigyan nila ako ng option to cancel, rebook or travel fund na lang. Nag request ako to re book ng July 10 (Sun) ang departure ko, tapos July 17 (Sat) ang pabalik ng Manila. Hindi daw pwede palitan yung pauwi kasi hindi naman daw na adjust yun at dapat daw same duration lang ng original flight ko, which is 5 days. Kung na adjust daw both departure and arrival, pwede daw maiba ang duration ng trip. Ayaw talaga nila pumayag ma extend ang trip ko haha. Pero nautakan ko sila kasi ang flights to Fukuoka, 3 times a week (every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday) lang. So, sinabi ko na gusto ko ipa adjust ang papunta ng July 14 (Thur). Sabi nung agent July 18 (Mon) daw ako uuwi. Hindi yata nya alam na walang flights every Monday haha. Ayun pumayag sila na July 19 (Tues) ang pauwi ko. Bali 6 days na ang duration ng trip ko Saktong sakto pa sa Hakata Gion Yamakasa Festival. Sabi siguro nung agent napaka choosy ko kasi 2.8 K lang yung RT tickets ko to Fukuoka hahaha
