Hi girls,

Just wanna ask: In the International Booking in Cebu Pacific, when it says All-In, does that already include the Travel Tax (Php1,620) and the Terminal Fee (Php550)? It's very confusing. I was thinking it's not included but then it says at the bottom part of their promo page "Terminal fees for non-Manila stations and Php 1,620 International Travel Tax must be paid at the airport."

Or maybe it's just the Terminal Fee that's included?

my inlaws are planning to come here in Dubai by end of Nov for a visit. Nag aabang kami palagi ng piso fare kaya lang hindi pa namin maabutan eh.

question is: madami kasi sila na pupunta dito, (8 adults, 2 kids, 1 baby). Online lang ba talaga booking pag mga piso fare na promo? kasi baka by the time na macomplete nila yung passenger details while booking eh maubos na ang seat (dami fields na kelangan ifiil up) wala ba agency na pwede magbook for them pag piso fare?

^ feeling ko mahihirapan ka ibook ng sabay sabay ang 11passengers, try mo na 2 batches kasi pagpinasok mo sasearch for 11 pax ang alam ko di maka capture and seat sale.. usually kasi limited lang ang slots ng seat sale lalo napag international..

mag trial booking na lang muna kayo tapos iremember nyo yubg details sa system para sa susunod mabils nyo na mai input  then wag nyo bayaran..

^^sis, meron ka bang GetGo account (dating CebClub)? Kasi from there pwede ka na mag-add ng guest list para kapag time na ng booking eh isang click na lang.

just a head's up for those who are traveling via Cebu Pac.  They made an announcement regarding terminal changes. check your terminals carefully

Yup! Para madaling tandaan all CebPac flights using their turbo prop aircraft (ATRs) will be using T4 (old domestic terminal). While all their airbus flights including CebGo (former Tiger Air Phils) will be at T3.

Hi sises! First time Cebu Pacific flyer here so I'm a little apprehensive about my trip as I've been hearing a lot of complaint about delays and such. I'll be flying this Saturday Manila to Sydney (12:15 am-10:05 am) via Cebu Pacific then Sydney to Auckland (5:00 pm-10:05 pm) via Jetstar on the same day. I'm aware it's an extremely long and tedious wait at the airports.

Anyway, I'm just wondering... how many hours do you think it would it take us from QC (E. Rodriguez Sr., Cubao) to NAIA via private car traversing EDSA considering the rush hour traffic? How is the traffic usually on a Friday afternoon? Our flight is at 12:15 am, so we have to be at the airport 3 hours before, right? Cause my mom is insisting we leave at 2:00 pm because she heard the airport is extremely congested these days and some almost missed their flights but I think that's waaay too early. We're just going to be bummed out at the airport with nothing to do but wait for the check-in counters to open.

Kasi kami, from Greenhills, at rush hour via EDSA (morning or even evening), average travel time is 45mins to 1hour.

Just signed up for GetGo. I can't quite figure out how to add flights to get GetGo points. I'll call their customer service hotline nalang to get more information.

When you book your flights sa passenger details page meron prompt asking for your Getgo points ( or home page pa lang ng Cebu Pac website you can log-in na using your Getgo account). 48 hours after your flight you'll get an email of how many points you earned.

I paid less than 300 AUD for a flight from Sydney to Manila return on the last week of September to the first week of October. :-) :-)

Wala naman ako balak bumalik uli Manila this year, kakagaling ko lang on Holy Week but my brother's family are going so sama na ako wala pa 300 AUD.

Thanks for the insight, sis! At least now I know I don't have to arrive at NAIA in the afternoon. We might leave at 6 pm though since weather's not too good and it keeps raining nowadays.

Questions:
1. It says there Please print your boarding pass. Where can I find the boarding pass? Is this already the boarding pass? Because I only found the link Print Boarding Reminder.
2. Since we already web checked-in, we only need to be at the airport at least 45 minutes before the flight even with checked luggage, right? My flight is at 12:15 am, so is it okay for me to arrive at the airport at 11 pm, then proceed to the check-in counter, then the departure area?
3. Is it okay to bring food in the hand carried bag? I plan to bring a packed meal (including rice)?

Help would be highly appreciated!

^1. once you click on the link it will show you your boarding pass with the QR scan. Print mo lang yung page.

2. They advise to be at the CHECK-IN COUNTER at least 45 minutes before departure (check in counters ha not at the airport) because pagdating mo sa airport pipila ka pa sa security before ka makapasok sa check in counters. I would suggest to arrive earlier than 11pm since minsan mahaba ang pila sa security check papasok ng departure lobby/check in counters. Plus if you haven't paid your travel tax yet, isa pang mahaba ang pila dun.

**Tip: If you don't have much luggage with you, you can enter the terminal through the arrival area near Bay 1-3. Walang pila sa security check dun. Then just take the escalator or elevator to the departure level.

3. I guess okay naman to bring properly packed meals to be eaten on board. For the MNL-SYD flights I usually just sleep throughout the flight since alanganin oras yung departure nya. Small snacks lang usually baon ko to serve as my breakfast nearing Sydney.

Ask ko lang kung ano bang tawag dun sa icacancel mo yung current flight mo tapos yung amount na matitira eh pwede mo gamitin sa ibang flight? Nagawa na ng friend ko yung dati, nakalimutan ko lang tawag.  Am wondring kung pwede sya sa promo at kung may ganun pa ba ngayon.
