oh my tea is here.. republic of tea.. pero not sure if mine is conventional. I drink roobios (sp?) kase na.attract ako sa red color and lack of caffeine. Sabi din "get gorgeous" so sana nakaganda lol

Now that I think about it, can anyone help me determine if TRULY nakaganda yung tea, or if it's merely because the "clean swap" e.g. coffee/softdrink drinkers swapping for tea... and might have attributed it to tea na nakaganda, when in reality, it was stopping coffee and softdrinks?  hmm. Just food for thought

I'm asking because generally I dont drink unhealthy drinks. No powdered juices, no coffee, softdrink siguro once a week lang.. nestea iced tea once a week lang.. no frapps, or whatever..and I dont know if it will make a difference. Sorry to ramble.

I drink green tea after lunch - the one I'm using is an organic brand from India.
Used to take another brand of organic green tea but made from China, but stopped using it since madami ng hindi magandang stories about food coming from this country.

During our last Christmas party, I got a tea set - 4 different types of teas blends ala David's tea, and a bottle with diffuser. Excited to use it already.

^gumanda metabolism ko. even my dietician recommends drinking green tea to somehow help with diabetes and high blood pressure which I am hereditarily prone to.

Currently drinking white tea from Kusmi Tea. Nung una hindi ko sya type pero ngayon I?m beginning to love it. Hindi ako mahilig sa tea talaga. I like infusions and  bubble tea lol! Pero this white tea might change my mind. It?s so refreshing. But most people who tried it with me didn?t find anything special.

Mga gurls, try nyo ang green tea with honey every meals and you will see na talagang nawawala ang bloatedness ng stomach nyo. Also one time binigyan ako ng Chinese co-worker ko ng pure green te and talagang it improves my metabolism and bumaba ang cholesterol levels ko.

For me Kirkland matcha green tea ang nagustuhan ko talaga among other teas that i've tried. I'm not sure if there are any bad reviews about it but gusto ko talaga sya. I ordered it online [textspeak!] wala akong makitang store that carries it.
