I finally decided to buy a new MBP. Nag aact up na my old one (Mid2010 MBP). Gustong gusto ko yung gold color ng new MB, pero it doesnt fit how i use laptop — heavy user here. So 2days ago i bought the:

2015 MBPr 2.9; 512GB; 8 RAM; Retina. Ewan ko na lang kung magpakita pa sakin si beachball! I chose the one with the best specs since this cant be upgraded anymore unlike the standard MBP. I dont mind if walang pang read ng CD, hindi ko nga nagamit yung sa old MBP ko. Tomorrow im getting a macguard so it will be scratch-free. Im still thinking if i should buy a hardcase. i like it bare {sayang ang design lol}

So far, i love how it became slimmer and light, di na din ako na-sstress kakahintay kay beachball! I can finally do my research in peace.

guys is it worth it to buy MBP? Kasi I have MBA dati, pero it only lasted for 3 years! Eh ngayon I need to buy a new laptop, so I am torn between buying a MBP or something else na lang kasi pricey. Ang worry ko eh baka di tumagal baka naman di siya mag last hangang 5 years.

Ilang years na senyo yung MBP nyo? And is it really worth the price?

^My old MBP, yung last na naglabas sila ng 17" buhay pa hanggang ngayon hehe Kaso wala na siyang battery pero nagagamit siya naka-plugged.

^Siguro around 2009-2010 ko nabili yun. I gave it to someone else kasi naka-ilang bili na ko ng battery at di ko naman siya magamit as laptop talaga dahil nakasaksak nalang siya sa outlet.

Pinagiisipan ko pa. Mavericks kasi macbook ko nung binili ko then nag upgrade ako sa yosemite. Hindi kaya bumagal pag from mavericks to yosemite to el capitan? Update naman sis pag na download mo na.

Mga sis, I'm eyeing on changing my laptop. Gusto ko sana ng Mac, meron ba yung yung 15" na brand new pero hindi pa retina display? Samsung user ako ever since nag k laptop ako so I know big changes pag nag shift ako sa Mac..

^^Not sure ha pero wala na ata sa market yung 15" non-retina.

Successful yung OS X El Capitan on my iMac. Hassle nga lang yung pag-DL niya talaga like naka-5x na try ako. Yung ibang DL ko ayaw mag-pause at pag pinatay mo siya babalik sa simula. Yung iba naman ayaw mag-DL, sobrang nasa pause and waiting lang. Pero finally natapos din siya nung isang araw. Ang nakaka-badtrip pa kasi kelangan ko umalis tapos 1GB nalang left to DL. Nung binalikan ko kinabukasan, ayun balik sa simula haha

Yung Macbook Air ko di ko pa rin inu-update kasi I am also encountering the problem na ayaw mag-pause. Ayoko muna pa-stress.

I've been using the multi-window a lot. Yung speed is the same for me. Nag-start yung iMac ko sa Mavericks. And the Spotlight! Sobrang detailed na niya maghanap!

I liked that the mail is full screen app na. Yung notes nakakatuwa din kasi mas organized na siya. Ok din yung volume sa Safari na lumalabas.

Overall, gamit na gamit ko mga features niya

Sis I tried installing el capitan yesterday biglang naputol gusto ko sana i continue now kaya lang ang status na nakalagay "paused" pag ki ni click ko wala namang nangyayari same sa application store kahit i click ko yung download hindi gumagalaw.
