Applying as an operations manager in a BPO company?

Hi guys what are the qualifications needed to be able to work as an operations manager in a bpo company? I was a manager before in a fashion retail company and i tried to apply as Operations Manager in concentrix,teleperformance, aspire, so far didnt get any calls yet from them. Do you really need to have an experience working in a bpo company? Also do you need to have a 6-sigma certification?

Magkaiba kasi ang industry. Kung ako ang hiring manager, I would prefer talaga yung me bpo experience at least on a supervisory level.
