Reputable Yaya Agencies / Agents within Pasig

Hi!

 I need help looking for yaya agencies within Pasig. Or yaya agents? Sana in the Pasig, Mandaluyong area. We want to interview in person kasi. We've done interviews over the phone and minsan OO lang nang OO pagdating napamedical na and nabilhan ng supplies saka aaminin na nagsinungaling or hindi naman pala marunong mag alaga ng bata tapos pahirapan na kumuha ng kapalit.

We want an agency or a contact person we can visit in person para if ever kailangan ng kapalit we can visit agad

Sis, there is unfortunately no reputable agency in mandaluyong or any other area.  The maids themselves tell us the things agency owners do.  One of my agencies na kinuhaan hindi na nga ako nabigyan ng replacement and paid parin.  If may option to get a referral, that would still be your best bet.  And don't be too nice, sometimes maids do not know how to appreciate.  Do not spoil.

  ang sad. Ang hirap kasi humanap ng referral, although my son's current yaya refered her sister and so fsr so good masipag and mabait. Yung isa kasi naming yaya my husband wants her replaced kasi tama ka kahit anung bait at pakisama namin as in spoiled na sya, may attitude problem pa rin. Akala namin magbabago pero ganun pa din, dinadaya ang trabaho, short cut ang work, and iniintriga kami parati, mapagimbento pa ng kwento and mahilig manira ng tao.

Ang sad Pahirapan na talaga maghanap. We've had experience na din with agencies pag interview iba ang sinasabi pag andito na iba ang ginagawa.Tinuturuan pala sila sa agency kung anung isasagot. ano ba yan? sigh

May kinukuhanan ako psuedo agency pero hit or miss din. Nakailang driver na din ako max 6 mos lang nagtatagal.

Right now, kasambahay ko na all-around is from ETE agency (OLX).  Ngayon lang ako naka tiempo ng maayos (almost kasi matanda na yung binigay nila sa akin).  Pero binigyan nila kami ng maraming problematic before. 

Meron silang binigay na hirap ng huminga na may sariling nebulizer machine.  Matatakot ka kasi talagang dyspneic yung maid.  Parang gusto mo itakbo sa ospital.

May isa kumukuha ng barya sa lalagyan ng coins namin for mga miscellaneous items.  I asked her bakit siya kumukuha dun, bibili daw ng sigarilyo. Kakaiba. 

Meron silang binigay na may tattoo pa. LOL.

Sabi nung agency, pag may problema yung kasambahay and gusto namin palitan, sasabihin pa sa amin na "ma'am di namin hawak ang ugali nya. Tao kasi yan na di mako-control" (this is about dun sa nagnanakaw or hindi marunong mag linis ng bahay) And I was thinking, why do I bother getting help from agencies when they don't even train their staff or orient them on how they should behave. 

The maids tell me that the agency don't teach them anything at all besides the time when they have to talk to potential employers.  The agency staff teach them what to say to interviews.  They actually are teaching them to lie to employers.
