Contract for Yayas

Hi,

Getting a matinong yaya is hard to get by, as I'm sure most of you guys already know. Luckily, I found a yaya I can learn to live with whom my baby seem to like.  My husband and I are not mahigpit so whenever we go out, she eats what we eat. Except a few times na super mahal talaga kasi hotel and buffet.

We plan to bring her in our trip this summer so she can help care for the baby.  I thought she was going back na to her employer abroad kasi x3 talaga salary niya dun.  Blessing that she decided to stay a year in Pinas so she can care for my boy and so she can do some of the things she missed out like taking her own son for school registration etc.  Now... eh di siempre gagastos kami abroad, entrance sa theme parks, food, extra bed in the hotel etc.  Dami din kasi taking advantage ngayon and we don't have excess money, we just want to enjoy the trip with our baby kasi hindi namin siya kaya iwan sa house.  Can anyone suggest or post basic contract for yaya?  Dami ko ng bad experiences.  Someone suggested that I keep passport din.

Can anyone suggest din your ground rules?  I found some sa smart parenting.
