Hi ladies. I feel stupid for asking this, but do you include babies who are only a year old in the final headcount? Do we need a high chair as well? Do caterers provide that? 

As much as I wanted to keep it an adults only celebration, I couldn't say no to a close relative because they're flying in from the province just to attend our wedding and he's bringing his 1-year old child with them.

^Someone who is bringing a 1-year old baby to a wedding should know better and bring along baby food and not expect to feed the baby buffet/ sitdown reception food Also, obviously a reception is not a restaurant so if i were the parent i would not expect there to be a high-chair. Karga yan sa lap or yaya.

Oh no. He didn't mention bringing a yaya. Hopefully, they won't. We have cousins and aunts there who I know are more than happy to babysit. Hahaha!

Thanks sis, I won't include my niece in the final headcount anymore. Hay, nakakaiyak all these requests for plus (insert number).

^If I remember it right, 5 year old kid and below is not included in the head count but better ask your caterer para malinaw.

^sis imprincessfiona.. sakin sis may kids table na sila kasi we have 9 kids. between the age of 3-8. so i am still paying for them. mas cheaper nga lang. 300 yata per head.

^sis caleeice, i don't have a baby guest eh.. meron dapat pero the mom ended up not going kasi mahirapan daw sya mag gown and bitbit ng baby at the same time.

^Depends on the papers you need. Non-Filipino kasi h2b ko and we're having a Catholic wedding so we have additional papers.

Basic stuff you need are baptismal + confirmation certificates with stamp (for church wedding) which might take 1-2 months to process and has a validity of 6 months, wedding banns which require 3 consecutive Sundays posting, CENOMAR has a validity of 6 months, marriage has a validity of 4 months, plus your pre-Cana and canonical appointments.

Mga around 6-8 months before the wedding you can start processing - at least filling out application forms - para din you have time in case may problema with your papers (like change of name, etc.)

I'm a November bride, feeling ko kailangan ko nang mag panic! I only have reception venue and church. Lahat wala pa! although may nakausap nakong photo/video, basa pa ko more feedback from other thread. Caterer wala pa kasi once a month Lang ang food tasting schedule ng preferred venue ko (plan ko kasi I-package Yun sa kanila) kaya tuloy naghahanap pa ko ng ibang caterer. Wala pa kong nahahanap na mananahi for my gown pero sa entourage may mga peg na ako at samples, baka kasi RTW na lang Yun. Ano pa ba mga need kong asikasuhin or unahin? Baka kasi may ma-missed out ako na kailangan pala maaga pinapabook.  Help mga sis!

tinapay: hotel room reservations din pala for your wedding preps, sis how about groom's suit? Make a list of all the wedding details/suppliers you need para mas madali. I'm a November bride too

@LingMVL sis thank you... may seminar kami this june eh... ako nakumpilan na so need ko na ba kumuha ng certificate na bago? province pa naman yun. Si H2B ko deh pa nakumpilan... kelan kaya? pero chnage of name wala naman sigurong ganong problem. hehe

Sis juwie, yung wedding preps ko dun na rin sa venue, sa Le Blanc kasi kami.  Si groom to be di pa maka decide Kung ano isusuot! Tsk! May list ako ng mga kailangan kaso Baka may ma miss out pa ko.  Siguro sa bawat need, I-match ko name ng supplier para malaman ko kung San pa ko may kulang.  Thanks sis ha, sa idea. Hi mga sis, share ko lang yung dream ni H2B a couple of days ago. Napanaginipan nya din ang wedding namin at super sad sya kasi wala daw pumunta sa side nya. Sya pa daw sumundo isa isa sa bahay nila HAHAHA. As in paggising nya, yun agad ang sinabi nya sken and super nalugmok lang sya HAHAHA. Pati pala boylets natin affected din sa wedding preps haha

Kailangan bago sis, with annotation dapat na "for marriage purposes only" which is good for only 6 months. Ask around about churches here in Manila about confirmation. I heard na sa Diocese of Cubao daw one day lang ang confirmation.

hi sis, for the bride ba? usually kase may kasamang hairpiece na from the gown supplier pero if you're really looking for just the hairpiece, sa carolina's lace shoppe madami. they have branches in glorietta & market2x. for sure meron din sa divi na mas mura pero mas accessible lang talaga yung carolina's.
