sis, gawa ka ng excel para mas ma-track mo wag mo muna i-invite lahat ng nasa list mo.. yun munang mga priority.. then if some of them cannot make it, tsaka mo i-invite yung mga next in line sa list

Thanks sis! Di na din ako kuha, sana kayanin ko makakuha ng clothes na maganda kakalabasan hehe. Parang magulo na nga pag masyado madaming props. Mas naaappreciate ko din yung magandang location and simple lang yung set. Ang mahal ng mga quote ng stylists Kaloka! Sayang din magagamit pa sa iba.

yung excel file na finifill out ko for the guest list ay yung format na binigay ng coordinator.  Hindi na ako mag doble ng file baka may mamissed kasi ako..   Anyway,  lahat ng initial listing ay iinvite namin pero once they've declined walang pilitan na mangyayari. hahahaha! Naughty. Saka I won't add narin if ever. Masikip na kase ang area pag 250pax.

Sis belle, will you be giving out invites to all 243 guests? I agree with the suggestion that why not invite around 220 guests first, then should some decline, invite the next batch? Kasi kung +/- 10%, medyo over the target 200 pax ang headcount. Just to be safe. Hehe. Ako kasi takot ako sa ganyan because our venue can't accommodate more than our target number, otherwise it will be too crowded already. Hehe!

Apparently yes sis.. lahat yon iinvite kase yun na ang "closest" friends, family, relatives and church brethren namin ni hubby. I feel naman na may magdedecline sa mga yon (lakas ng pakiramdam hehe) so basta if someone cannot come, wala na akong ipapalit kase wala na rin akong maiisip na iinvite pa.. balitaan ko kayo ni juwie. when we did an ocular at TGG, may event don na 250pax by Josiah's. Kasya naman pero mas okay if may konting space pa sana.

hi belle_v2g, there will still be people who may decline up to the day of the wedding...that's what happened to our friend's wedding - people backed out on the day of the wedding itself and did not attend, which is really terrible...it's great that you can still fit in the extra guests in your venue

I imagined that happening on our wedding as well!! haha. I am expecting na mayron padin mag back out..basta that's my final count na.. if less than 200 will attend, then ill do what others did with the excess food.. suppliers ang kakain para walang sayang

^belle_v2g Kami din from 200 biglang 250 expected (320-ish to be invited) hehe all from my fiance's side.. i really panicked. But i will still try to convince him to cut down, gusto ko attendees lang 200 or under para lots of space sa venue.

Kami naman target is 180 to max of 200 guests, but our list ballooned to 260. After a lot of tears and series of discussions with my parents and fiancé, we were able to trim the list to 210 who will be receiving the actual invitations. So now I'm hoping that actual turnout would be only around 170 to 180 so venue won't be too crowded. Yun nga lang, sana mag RSVP mga tao so we can remove tables which are no longer needed to free up some space.

yesterday.... nag recompute ako ng budget namin... haaaaays... mukhang mag exceed yata talaga kami... 150pax.. hay.. nakakabaliw.. Haha

re:prenup stylist, depende siguro yan sa couple minsan kasi may specific silang peg/theme na achievable lang if extensive yung styling. most of the time di naman kailangan.

Hello sissies.. Exactly one month to go.. Crunch time na! Pero nagkasakit ako these past few days.. Halo halo na din siguro.. Stress sa preps (final to-do's) and stress sa work.. Ganun siguro talaga pag malapit na.. Sabi ni h2b, wag daw ako masyado mag-isip.. On a lighter note, i'll have my new hair color soon, plus the monthly facial by next week, and a good whole body massage before i fly home.. Manicure and pedicure is pagdating na lang sa pinas.. Konti na lang girls.. Excited ako and nervous at the same time..

I hope everything goes well. at yung nagpapa-stress sa ating 2 sana umayos ayos na sya hehe
Sa manila na din ako magpaayos ng hair.. exactly 2 weeks before wedding. Hopefully mabigyan ko ng time. Next day after our arrival date is our food tasting pa lang and detailing. Rushing and cramming at its finest
