^^sis I had the same concern last month. For me non-negotiable yun SDE pero since gusto namin din magtipid sa wedding balak kong hindi na kunin yan. Pero dipa rin final kasi nga non-negotiable ko dati ang SDE eh. Lunch wedding reception din kami. Sa amin kasi 8 heads na din sa caterer yun katumbas nung SDE. Laking tipid na rin yun sa amin.

Yun matitipid nyo sis, ililipat niyo ba sa ibang cost or as if hindi niyo na talaga gagastusin? Baka mas makatulong mag-decide if iisipin mo kung itatago mo na lang yun money for SDE or ililipat mo sa ibang bagay like cost per head ng caterer. And tama si sis sparklingjewel, it really depends how important the SDE gets shown. Sa akin kasi gusto ko talaga na mai-play sa reception since wala naman na kami band, pero madami pa kaming ibang AVPs.

If you really want to have an sde shown during your lunch reception, ask your videog what ansi ang needed sa projector.  Pero definitely it can cut your costs. Kami kasi non-nego din namin to.

imo, the reason they named it sde coz it is supposed to be shown on the same day. and our guests usually pag alam nilang may sde ang couple esp for weddings nowadays, isa ito sa nilu-look forward nila.

There's a special kind of projector for morning weddings.. i think higher ang ansi lumens or something. Ask your L&S provider about it.

^Onga naman belle_v2g haha kaya nga pala SDE tawag sa kanya I agree if ever di isshow on the wedding itself then dont even bother, just have video coverage but no need to pay for SDE fees specifically kasi may premium pa yun na di rin naman magagamit.

Why not explore LED wall too? Malakas ang LED wall unlike normal projectors na konting daylight lang anlabo na.

Yeah.. I think led walls can do the job for you otherwise go with juwie's suggestion, projector with higher ansi lumens para cheaper. I'm sure alam ng videographer kung paano imanage how to show the sde even on broad daylight.

if hindi sya ieedit and ipapalabas the same day, i guess that's just what they call cinematic highlights, or MTV edit. meron na ko nabasa here sa GT na ganun ang ginawa nila, cinematic highlights pero naturn over pa sa kanila 6 weeks after the wedding. then saka nila inupload somewhere to show their friends.

pag-isipan namin mabuti ni h2b ang mga options and i-discuss na lang ulit namin sa videographer namin. salamat ulit

^ sis morning wedding din kami but our AE sa venue assured us na makikita pa rin ang SDE or any other AVPs during reception kahit projector lang ang gamit. the screen will be placed sa strategic area and we can use the blinds to block off the daylight. for sure madami na nagreklamo if all morning weddings can't show SDEs using projectors, dati naman hindi rin uso led walls. but if budget permits, we might still get an led wall. for now lang hindi pa siya priority.

Hi mga sis! August bride here.

Just wondering if need ba talaga ng prenup stylist? Mukhang okay talaga siya and less hassle lalo na kung wala ka masyadong creativity sa katawan haha. Kaso feeling ko masyado na kami mag oover sa set budget namin. Grabe gastos pala talaga magpakasal! haha! Any sissies here na nag DIY ng prenup styling?? Thanks!

no need sis.  all you need is an interesting location and a good photog.  a good photog can pull it off kahit walang styling. we had our prenup shoot at fortune island.  we just prepared 4 sets of clothes (maxi dress/long sleeves, gowns/suit, etc).. and we had zero props

i've seen several prenups without props and they all look great! we're diy-ing our own - books, plants, signs, etc. you don't have to make props either, you can just bring whatever you have lying around that reflects the theme you are going for or who you both are as a couple

For me less is more sa mga prenup. Kapag over sa props di na rin maganda. Mas na appreciate ko pa yung magandang background and/or setting kesa over sa styling. it really depends on what you're going for Sis

Agree sis.. Minsan pag over styling na, dun ang nagiging focus.. Ang couple ang nagiging props ng styling.. Lol
Which is dapat, sa couple ang focus.. so if mag-styling, yung enough lang to reflect how you are as a couple or to complement sa theme the couple is aiming for

..and styling is not at all cheap. i remember aira franco quoting me 8,500 last year even if i'd bring my own clothes and accessories. kaya, no thanks. but despite, the photos looked good even without props or stylist. nasa photographer lang talaga yan, and choose your outfit carefully plus the projection of course

true sis.. photos can look good even without props or stylist couple can also inform their photogs that they won't be having styling.. then couple can ask what outfits kaya ang bagay sa location.. photogs give suggestions din naman eh, since marami na sila shoot experience on different locations

December bride here! I booked with Jannah and Keith Fashion Boutique for my bridal gown and entourage gown. Anyone has a review with this supplier? I have read some reviews about Jannah&Keith before but just wanted to know more about them. hehe😊
