Pinapahirapan ako nung venue ko supposedly may meeting kami at 4 pm. Bigla wala dito yun kakausapin namin. Hayy.. kung diko lang gusto talaga yun venue na to matagal ko na to pinalitan. Matagal sumagot sa email kasi busy. Oo i understand restaurant sila At hindi lang kami ang client. Pero naman!! Umakyat pa kami baguio for this. Tapos resched tomorrow ang meeting. Hay naku. Sorry mga sis for ranting. Super nakakainis lang talaga. Sabi nga ni h2b if tomorrow bulilyaso pa rin hanap na kami iba venue dito.

Kanina we had a meeting with our video, if we will have an sde but we will not play it on the reception we can save 6k. Would you consider this type of deal? Yun SDE makukuha 2-3 days after wedding. What do you think sisses?

@kuhjo what is your budget is for p/v? Backread ka lang may thread dito na All about photographers & videographers. saka cheap photo and video coverage.

@blackgreen it really depends on your preference as a couple sis. parang wala rin sense yung SDE na hindi mapplay sa mismong wedding day kasi same day edit nga yung tawag some guests look forward to the SDE. Some couples naman ok lang na wala ito kasi for them masyadong cheesy. if you're planning to show a video to your guests after the wedding I suggest to have it after your wedding. para more time for your video team to polish and pagandahin your wedding video

my coordinator mentioned me na 3 lang sila lahat to handle my wedding with 150 guests.
oklang ba un? any suggestions po .
the venue and church is quite near naman mga 15min travel. tia

hi sis!! Better to ask your coord about this. mine kasi, 150 pax, they told me pito sila on the day.
1 will assist the groom,
2 sa bride.
1 overlook sa church - to check yung delivery ng flowers, stylist, carpet, etc.
1 overlook naman sa dating ng guest and do head count na rin.
1 overlook naman sa reception, pag aayos ng food, dating ng flowers from church to reception, mag aayos ng cocktails, etc.
1 team leader.

Well normally sis its 5 and above.

Before  I was considering Joed See Events, they are good.  But they are on the pricey side.  Their rates are 27 k up but they are an 8 staff- team.  My friend's wedding naman went smoothly.

I got Imbitado events.  They are 5 (Our guests are also 150).  Two to assist the bride, 1 to assist the groom, 1 to go ahead to the church, and one overall.  Then one will go ahead to the reception area to set up the registration table, etc, etc.  If our guests reached more than 200, we have to tell them in advance as they will need to increase their staff, that is what is written in our contract.

Is your wedding and preps area and reception venue in the same place?  Ask them how they will manage this na lang.  If you are not fussy, maybe it will be okay, since you got them already.  Have you read any previous reviews about them before booking them?  Maybe you can request them to add more people but then again, their rates may increase as well.  Hope this helps sis.

Yung OTDC namin 3 lang sila usually. Nagpadagdag lang kami ng isa pa. 200 pax kami.

the venue and my wedding preps is in the same place naman. she told me na only 1 will assist the bride and groom since the place is a garden venue with house na so 1 can manage na daw.
there will be 1 who will oversee the setup in church.
she will closely coordinate with my caterer a few weeks before the wedding para daw detailed na lahat,
kaya the emcee the kukunin ko is partner na din nia for 7-8 weddings na..

ayaw niya masyadong madami kasi super crowded na daw at yung ibang assistants babayaran pa pero wala naman ginagawa. 

crossing my fingers nalang and i trusted her naman since the venue we rented was owned by his bf. btw have anyone here heard REDJUAN photography? it is her bf who owned that, quote pricey lang kaya hindi sila kukunin ko unless they would give a huge discount

^sis  KUHJO Bride's Eye view name ng coord ko. and I'm happy that I booked her for only Php8k.. 
she will do the styling na din pero if ever we need some props I'll handle the expense nadin.. she will work closely with my caterer who also do the styling..

Nga pala mga sis, has anyone of you heard or seen Rikkos Escaro's wedding gown creations? Designer kasi sya ng cousin ko pero wala kasi ko idea kung okay ba gawa nya for wedding gowns. He made me a sketch okay naman. Kaso yung execution ng actual gown di ko alam.

Sis I got Bliss and berries for my photo/video.  I availed of their blackberry package for 110,000, all in.  If you backread you will find a lot of photo and video services in that price range. As for the quality it is upto you to decide. Just backread sis
