AEV CRH Holdings Inc., a 60:40 joint venture between Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. and CRH International of Ireland, is acquiring cement manufacturer Lafarge Republic Inc. for $1.3 billion.

AEV-CRH said it planned to delist Lafarge Republic from the Philippines Stock Exchange once it acquired more than 90-percent stake in the local cement company after the tender offer.

AEV-CRH said it would conduct a tender offer to acquire the remaining 11.15 percent interest in LRI which would require another P6.65 billion in capital spending.

Tender offer period will be from Aug. 11 to Sept. 9, 2015.

Tanong ko lang, kase nag benta ako ng stock then ang nilagay ko na price is current market price. mag hihintay ba ako na may bumilli? kase ilang days ko na tinatry walang bumibili. samantala nung nagbenta naman ako ng MER mabilis lang.

total number of shares and average price will be adjusted once the delivery of shares is received after
the date payable of September 17, 2015.
Since DNL will give a 100% stock dividend (double your shares), market prices may be estimated to be
cut by half (divided by 2).

hello, question po about DNL. Since mababa yung price nya ngayon pero di pa adjusted yung average price ko since the stock dividend isn't in my portfolio yet, kung bibili ako ng shares at current price paano magiging computation ng average price ko once the stock dividend is in my portfolio?

ilang araw kong di sinilip port ko tapos na-shock ako pag open ko today 42% loss sa DNL   di ako aware na may 100% stock dividend buti nabasa ko dito    tee hee madodoble ang shares ko 

pulang-pula ang port isa lang ang green ko mukhang kelangan ko mag open everyday para makabili ng mababa

Can someone please clarify if I understood correctly what GTC (Good Till Cancelled) does:
1. It is valid for 60 days or until the price you posted is reached
2. The SELL/BUY will only go through if the price you posted is reached within 60days
3. If the price you posted is not reached within 60days then the SELL/BUY will be cancelled and your shares will be retained

Hi everyone, zero knowledge po talaga ako sa stock market. My mom texted me yesterday if pwede daw ako enquire if pano maencash yung stock certificates na bigay sa kanya ng brother nya, 90's pa ata yun, with Ayala Corp. daw po. I hope someone can help me dito.

We are at support now at 7300, so this *could* be a bottom. I am cautiously entering here. If support does not hold, 6900 is next. If that does not hold again, we can expect to go back to 5xxx
