Makakabawi, but depending on the issues you are holding. And right now, I'd really much rather lock-in profits and spend it than watch my gains go up in smoke. I'm not going to sit around and wait for the market to go up again.

But this mentality is just for the stock market ha. I am sitting tightly in my long-term investments.

@momentum The thing is we all do not have an idea WHEN the Big One will hit (we all are praying it does not happen in our lifetime though). While it will definitely have an impact on not just the stockmarket, but the entire economy (think Yolanda x 10), we cannot fear what is not certain timeframe-wise when managing our investments.

Just because there is a possibility that the Big One may come (again, hopefully not in our lifetime), we'd run away from making the most of the stockmarket, right? Just my 2 sentimos.

and best if we are not ruled by FEAR. kaya dapat prepared rin, and keep our eyes nalang muna siguro sa pang long-term investments

ilang days ko na shang sinusubaybayan and nag lalaro sa 199-200 naman price nya

COL has issued a statement that it is maintaining its HOLD on URC but if investors where able to buy it at 184/share then they should sell to lock in gains. As of now nasa 22php pa lang ang makukuha ko na gain...should I go for it or not? kahapon naman nasa 20php ang loss ko =( I don't know if I should wait pa or call ko na... I am in the TRC of bo sanchez and sa kanila it is still on HOLD

wala naman nga problema sa URC. I quote lang COL
" We are maintaining our HOLD rating on URC with a FV estimate of Php230/sh. Valuations are also
not yet compelling, especially given the possibility that URC may surprise negatively in succeeding
quarters due to heightened competition in the coffee segment and softness of sales in the Visayas-
Mindanao area recently. Note that at its current price, URC is still trading at 33X FY15 P/E, significantly
above the 23X average FY15 P/E ratio of the consumer segment.
Given the challenges facing URC in the short term and its elevated valuations, it would be difficult
for the stock to outperform the market in the next few months. Consequently, we are removing URC
from our COLing the Shots stock picks until prospects improve. We recommend investors who were
able to buy URC when it corrected to our “buy below price” of Php184/sh to sell their holdings and
lock in gains."
