uhm.. do i really have to go to manly beach to experience yung ferry? gusto ko lang naman is to watch the sunset and cross the sydney harbour bridge while riding a ferry.. ayon sa nabasa ko, not sure if tama, pwede bang after ng bondi beach, mag watsons bay (and the gap) then dun magferry papuntang circular quay?

and sorry ang daming tanong ko talaga.. mejo confused ako.. regarding OPAL card benefits.. ang sabi kasi if you ride on a sunday, max $2.50 ang total fare mo for the day. then if you complete 8 paid trips from mon-sun, free na the rest of your trips for the week. questions ko are:

1. yung 8 paid trips ba na yun, within one day lang dapat?
2. pwede ko bang ma-accomplish yung 8 paid trips na yun on a sunday? counted ba yun, considering na may $2.50 promo din sila?

For ferry pwede mo gamitin to go to Watsons Bay but I'm not sure about the frequency, and mas madami sa Manly. Baka naman magsawa ka kung 2 beaches but choose Bondi because it's iconic.

Re Opal's free trips after doing 8, it starts on a Monday. You also have to wait another hour in between trips, if not it becomes a transfer and you will get charged for that. For one day maximum fare is $15, and hindi na counted ang next trips after that $15 for the day. Lowest fare is $2.10, so pwede kang mag-3 to 5 trips on Monday, the remaining on Tuesday, to get the best value. Be aware na rin sa time ng trip mo baka mag-change ang free trips rule kasi madaming gumagawa ng paraan to get that 8 trips as early as possible.

^ thanks sis. mukhang hindi ata namin magagawa yung 8 rides kasi weekdays namin nasa mel kami.. anyway, yung station access fee nabasa ko capped at $25 per week sya if using OPAL card right? bale kasi 1 week stay kami sa AU, and 4 times kaming pupunta/aalis ng airport (since we plan of going to mel).. ive checked dun sa link na binigay mo, parang $15.76 ang charge nya kada punta/alis namin dun. confirm ko lang na maccap kami ng $25 diba?

^yes nabasa ko nga sa website, $25 weekly cap for the airport station access fee from Monday to Sunday, you can use as many as you want. Make sure na bili ka ng Opal card bago ka pumunta sa train station because they don't sell the card there. WH Smith sells them, meron siya branch sa arrivals.

Hi sis, i availed of a blue mountains tour package with blue ribbon day tour. they are one of the cheapest tour providers that i found on tripadvisor and with good reviews. isang maliit na coaster van lang kami noon siguro mga 15 people... may kasamang featherdale, scenic world (though you have to add aud 35 pag mag rides ka, which i highly recommend para lang ma experience, otherwise iwan ka sa car), tapos ferry ride pabalik maganda kasi sunset view i wrote about it on my blog din nasa profile signature ang link

Question:

ano po kelangan namin kunin na visa? tourist or transit visa? Transit visa (subclass 771)?
if transit visa, gaano po sya katagal ang processing? mga 1.5 month din ba katulad ng Tourist visa?

^according to the AU website you can qualify for the transit visa since your connecting flight to NZ is within 72 hours of your arrival in Sydney. Just ensure that your documents/flight bookings for NZ are complete and confirmed.

It doesn't mention though the processing time for the transit visa. So probably apply as early as you can manage it para di kayo naghahabol.

Mga sis, ang infant ok lang ba naka carrier with option to use umbrella stroller sa mga train? Sa taxi/uber need ba i-specify na may infant para may car seat yung makuha namin? Pag travelling naman by private car, dapat naka infant seat din dibah, and yung number of passengers di dapat sosobra dahil each dapat naka seat belt.... Pasensya na nasanay lang kasi dito sa Pinas Pero ok sa kanila strolling around and naka train naka baby carrier ang infant? Thanks!

And, strict ata sila sa mga milk powder. Any suggestions paano ko madadala ang milk powder ni baby as hand carry, and as check in. Kahit as hand carry na lang, yung need na lang during flight, nestle naman milk ni baby, nan opti pro 2, meron naman siguro dun, or wala?  Thanks! Di pa ako naga-apply ng visa, preparing pa lang sa documents

^first paragraph yes you need a child restraint. Booking sa taxi and uber mention the age of the child kasi may type of child restraint for the age and size. Strollers sa public transport yes you can. Number of passengers 4 in a regular car.
