wala pa rin visa ko until now I have 2 more days bago ang alis namin. sayang talaga ticket inabot na ako 1.5 months. Hindi ko na alam saan pa ako pwede magfollow up na email or tumawag.

Please help mga sis sino may alam pa alternate contacts nila.

^thank you sis. sinendan ko na lahat ng enquiry form doon yesterday. but until now no result. tomorrow na alis namin sayang talaga excited pa naman sana ako. grabe tinagal ng application ko 1.5 months wala pa rin. sana pala nag vfs ako para sila na nagfollow up at alam ko na agad case officer ko kung sino.

prettymina sorry to hear that sis. My second tourist visa application took a bit longer than my first one, I think almost 2 months? Considering they gave me a tourist visa before na yan ha. I had to keep calling and calling, and ang maganda naman sa pagtatawag is that they send me emails about my phone call and what they have done about it. I didn't know my case officer either until I called, because whoever took my phone call (at ten years din ang paghihintay sa queue, good luck talaga sa phone bill ko noon) forwarded it to my case officer and dun ko lang nalaman kung sino.

They should've given you feedback after 30 days, and dahil more than 30 na, you actually have the right na mangulit! Unfortunate nga lang na you'll be missing your flight...not a rebookable ticket?

Please allow na lang more than enough time for them to process your visa.

When my mum applied for her tourist visa, it took more than 1.5 months and manganganak na ako, wala pa rin sya dito. I got so angry lahat na ata tinawagan ko! Long distance, domestic, basta lahat ng numbers sa website I escalated pati sa local MPs dito ayun, she got the approval after that and bili agad ako ng ticket. She left after 3 days of receiving the grant.

So next time, give them more than 1.5 months (at least) to process your application. And wag din bumili muna ng ticket while wala pa yung grant

^agree sis, ganon lagi kong ginagawa except ngayon na multiple hawak ko. sayang yong pera kahit sabihin mong promo yong ticket. kung mauna man kayong magbook ng ticket make sure na ilang months pagitan para hindi gahol sa pagkuha ng visa

Prettymina, im sorry about your visa experience. Parang a few days lang yung difference ng application ko and yours. When i followed up after a month, i used the query form lang and they replied a week or so after i have received my visa grant. Did you submit a copy if your round trip tickets? I did and i also indicated na i have to be in Australia by this certain date, i dunno if that helped. Pero tingin ko super dami lang visa applications recently.

Currently in Melbourne. Kulang pala ang 5 days sa Sydney if you are travelling with a 1 year old.

hi mga sis. i just got my visa grant ngayon lang mainit init pa. grabe hassle nawalan na ako pag asa. mamaya na flight namin madaling araw so 8pm dapat nasa airport na kami. ngayon palang ako mag iimpake.

ask ko lang ano ano at magkano babayaran ko mamaya sa airport? dalawa kami ni hubby aalis.

^You're taking CebuPac? PH travel tax of Php1620 X 2 pax lang. Be sure to make allowance kasi minsan mahaba pila sa travel tax counter. Tip: Kung konti lang and manageable yung bagahe nyo sa arrival area na kayo dumaan (bay 1-3) since wala masyado pila sa security. Then turn left and go towards the end kung saan meron escalator/elevator para pag akyat nyo sa travel tax counter na kayo agad. Pay first your travel tax before kayo punta sa check in counter. By the way, my hubby will be flying the plane tonight. Have a safe flight and enjoy your trip!

For CebuPac, based on my recent experience, ang tagal ng check-in! It took us 1 and half hours sa line. Only 2 counters were open and wala pang ilaw yung part ng counters sa airport. Kakaloka. Nagutom na kami ng anak ko. Medyo maaga pa kami sa airport nyan ah. Hahaha! Best siguro to web check-in din.

^kahit web check-in sis dadaan ka pa rin sa pila dahil may titingnan pa sa mga docs mo before ka makapag-check in. 9pm open ng counter pero kahit 7pm start na pila don.

^^congrats sis at least nakahabol pa. dapat nag-impake ka na para derecho na hehe. sabi syo granted yan eh. 1620 (phil. travel tax) & 550 (terminal fee) per head so 4,340 kayong dalawa ng hubby mo

^Yung terminal fee integrated na sa ticket, wala ng babayaran dun except for the PH travel tax.

Ako yung cebu pac ticket ko kasama na yung terminal fee. Super sulit yung 6k/each na round trip ticket namin ni hubby and baby. Samin okay naman ang check in kaso sana magka priority lane sila. Pero parang no right ako to make reklamo kasi super cheap ng ticket.

salamat salamat sa mga tulong nyo sis exhale kakapagod last minute impake. wala kami check in sis carry on bag lang dahil may mga relatives kami doon mahihiraman damit kaya konti lang dala namin. si hubby isang varsity bag (pwede ba hand carry yun?) and ako 1 tote bag at 1 back pack. hehe.

san ba ako didiretso kapag walang check in luggage?

^after you pay the travel tax, ask at the check in counter san yung pila ng web check-in/no bags counter. Pero ang alam ko pila pa rin sa documents check. Wala din akong check in bag nung umalis ako pero dun pa rin ako pinapila sa documents check.

Carry on is 7kgs only plus one personal item like a purse, small back pack or laptop bag.

sis mama squeak!, nagbayad pa ako ng terminal fee nong april, january ko sya na-booked so travel tax na lang pala babayaran ko sa sept. kelan start yong kasali na terminal fee sa ticket?  thanks
