I agree with you snow25.. declare everything dahil mas mabigat ang penalty pag nahuli kang magpasok ng goods sa country  na hindi dineclare. whenever we fly back here too, we would always bring 3 in 1 coffee. I classify it under dairy products kaya I'd rather declare than get into trouble. Another thing is my derma meds.. any medication should be declared too.

Hi mga sis until now wala pa rin result grabe ang paghihintay na to nakakanerbyos 1 month na application ko sa july 15. yung manager ko pinagrequest ako ng letter of endorsement sa ANZCHAM. iniisip ko sana maipasa ko pa letter di pa kasi nasesend sa  email ko. sana makatulong din ang endorsement letter.

I submitted earlier than you pa nga.June 8 ako ng pass ng application. Till now no result pa. Were flying in July 22. Pero nababasa ko 30 days talaga daw ang processing and minsan lampas pa ng a few days.

I declared i will visit my cousin but i booked a hotel na in her area (Canberra) and submitted my hotel booking to them. I did not ask for an invitation letter from my cousin anymore thus wala akong masusubmit, okay lang kaya yun? Visiting her is not my sole purpose. I wrote that we wanted to celebrate our son's bday in Australia. Yung bday ng son ko is a day after our arrival in Sydney.

We are now staying here in gladstone park.. Wala pa kame napasyalan except sa broadmeadows shopping center ba yun.. Medyo mahirap kasi magcommute kapag walang car..

^need talaga ng car sis. kaya pag nasa canberra ako, hinihintay ko pa si hubby galing sa work then sabay kaming lunch. singit na rin pasyal don. hehe! may bus pero uber mahal din saka may sched, kahit malayo or malapit AUD 4.60

Sis taga Nicholls yung cousin ko. Nako balak pa naman namin mag bus around sa Canberra and Sydney lang. Hindi ba effective ang train system nila. Havent fully researched on my itinerary yet. Sis rocky ilang days recommended mo to see Canberra na medyo slow paced ang itinerary? Kasama kasi namin 1 year old ko.

^konti lang naman mapapasyalan sa canberra sis like war memorial, new & old parliament house, royal mint at yong cockington garden. fave kong puntahan yong canberra outlet hehe kahit maghapon akong iwan don ni hubby ok lang, hoard ng cotton on. mas madami pasyalan sa sydney & mas ok kasi lakad2x lang yong ibang tourist spot & pwede rin bus

Our flight is in 3 days! I'm excited but haven't started packing yet. My sister nagpapabili ng children's vitamins (2 big bottles) and 100pcs of Neozep. She just told me to declare them since hinde naman daw bawal. I checked the incoming passenger card and will tick item #1 Goods that may be prohibited or subject to restrictions, such as medicines,  steroids, illegal pornography, firearms, weapons or illicit drugs.
Di ba parang kahinahinala kaagad ako kapag naka tick to? hahaha. Okay lang ba?

^kalokah yang passenger card nila, hehe daming tanong. mas ok na declare mo na lang sis para di ka magkaprob. baka ma-fine ka pa. ako hindi talaga nagdadala ng kahit anong food kasi mahigpit talaga sila don. sanay din naman kasi mga aussie na walang pasalubong

I wont be bringing food kase meron naman daw pinoy stuff sa Asian or Filipino store sabi ng sister ko. Pero may mga pinapabili kase siya like yung Neozep kase wala daw counterpart doon. At 100pcs tabs talaga pinabili nya. I think that's good for 1 year or more. Yan lang talaga ang concern ko. Nakakaloka lang. Hahaha

^^dala ka nalang din ng prescription from your family doctor lalo na medyo you'll be bringing in a lot.

I'll be bringing vitamins and some medicines just in case magka sipon or fever so baby while we're on vacay and i asked prescription from our pedia.

Yes sis its better to declare.. Samin dineclare namin pati rosary.. Yung coffee na dala namin nakalusot din.. Dami din namin dala medicines like antibiotics and panadol..

Declare ninyo lang and when they ask tell them vitamins and over the counter medicines. Hindi na usually ichecheck pa. At least kung i-check kayo, naka-declare.

Thanks for the replies. Will declare nga lalo kinakabahan ako sa 100 pcs na neozep. Parang magbebenta lang. hahaha!

Another question, where to buy AUS $ na okay rates? Na late ako mag request sa bank where I have a deposit. Ngayon lang kase ko nakapunta. Hay naku.
