Mga sis, I made a research sa mga photographers ng CTK brides, and minsan meronnsa entourage nakatube and spag strap. Pero hindi naman revealing. Although nakakakaba lang na baka sa atin, bigyan bigla ng out of motif na shawl diba.

Sis barbeecue sure! Gusto ko na rin mag fast forward but at the same time ayaw ko pa hahaha. Who are your other suppliers, may p/v team ka na? ☺

hahaha sis ako rin! iniisp ko minsan, "am i REALLY getting married?" hahahaha i read it's normal naman daw for engaged couples to feel this way kasi you're leaving behind the old you (a single person) and creating a new you (a married woman). omg tears, naiiyak nanaman ako hahaha! yes sis meron na. i booked one supplier lang for photo-video. they're a husband and wife team who also work for mayad. one of them did the sde for gab or pao valenciano's wedding but it was under mayad. so nice their videos!

with regards to CTK admin letting the entourage wear shawls, my friend's sister got married in CTK nung january and i asked her about this. she said CTK wasn't strict naman daw with them. some daw in the entourage were wearing tube tops and spags pero hindi naman sila pina-suot ng shawl. she showed me pics. some women in the entourage had coverups kasi and some had sleeveless tops lang. konti lang naka-tube or spags. i guess if majority ng entourage, hindi revealing yung tops & a few lang naka-tube, spags or halter; maybe we can get away with it?

We can give a heads up to our ento na if they feel that their dress is too revealing, magbitbit ng shawl. Para may back up plan. Kung hindi naman masita eh di go lang. Hehe but honestly ayoko rin ng may super revealing damit on my wedding.

From what I know, CTK is only strict with the gowns worn by the readers. Hence, I specifically instructed all our readers to wear shawls in case they'll be wearing sexy tops (thank God they didn't though hehe).

However, to be on the safe side, the designs I chose for our female entou followed the restrictions below. It's better to err on the side of caution lest the fear of being forced to wear cover-ups by church authorities. Hope that helps.

I'm planning on booking CTK for my 2017 wedding too.
Sa mga naikasal na dun additional question lang, pwede ba na hindi yung soloist yung kakanta when i walk, balak ko kasi ipplay nalang yung song.
And meron ba silang choir? how much yung fee kung ihihire? Gusto ko sana yung my door kaso eto yung church na malapit sa Glass Garden. may additional pa pala sa curtain.
How much po yung fee sa church and ano po yung kasama?

I called up CTK office and was told that we cannot reserved for our wedding date (Feb 2017), as their schedule is not yet open. When kaya magaaccept ng reservations if feb 2017 pa? I asked them hindi pa daw nila alam. Tia

Hi sis MS_JanDel, I'm not sure if this is still their fee ah. If air-conditioned, the package fee is at PhP25K. Pero if not air-conditioned, nasa PhP15K. This includes the officiating priest, basic flower set up with tulle, pianist and soloist. As for the soloist, pwede naman daw na hindi sila ang kakanta but Ms. Dodo instructed us na better if the choir will seek for guidance sa soloist para sa mga rules nila - like church songs lang during the mass proper, etc.

Not sure if they have their own choir na pwedeng i-hire but I can hook you up sa friend ko na part ng isang choir group - Kammerchor Manila. I have heard them a number of times na and magaling sila. Just let me know kung gusto mo sila so I could refer you to my friend. I have no idea kasi kung how much bilang gift na sa amin ng friend ko yung choir.

Hi sis crimsonsky. try mo lang sigurong tanungin nang tanungin si Ms. Dodo kasi kami nakapagbook noong May 2014 for our January 2016 wedding. Nagtanong lang ako kung pwede na magbook and noong pwede na, we went there na kagad to get our preferred day and time sabay book na rin kay Glass Garden.

Hello CTK brides, we just had our marriage seminar at CTK two weeks ago.. it was interesting and hindi sya boring, masyado lang maaga for us hehe. I learned a lot.

Regarding the choir you will only be given the standard inclusions from their package- 1 singer and 1 pianist. But Kuya Jong, the head of their music min, has lot of connections with other musicians. In fact he runs and manages bands daw. So you can hire additional musicians from him. Just get Kuya Jong's number from Ms. Dodo.

Sis brenda, that's what we did. Para hindi mag-tampo ang iba. Haha!

Sis juwie, I think it depends on you. CTK did not require a particluar number, but at least have 1 lector and 1 reader. Hmmm... From what I recall, we had 1 lector, 1 reader for 1st reading and 1 for responsorial psalm & prayers of the faithful.

Tip sisses: Best if your lector is really familiar with mass. I got a very religious Tita because there might be instances where what's written on the misalette is wrong or musicians did not play (hehe I forgot to indicate whether to sing or simply say Amens) so the lector's familiarity will come in handy. We didn't have a problem because Tita knew what to do and how to handle the situation

Hi CTK brides! Ask ko lang ano feedback nyo sa provided na pianist and soloist. Di ko kasi alam if maganda na ba yun or dapat magdala ng quartet. Also, baka may sample video kayo.

Hi sis! They're okay, but personally I find it kulang. Iba talaga pag may quartet. I suggest getting a quartet and a female vocalist and requesting Kuya Jong to sing with them. I liked how that setup turned out in ours. Nakaka-kilig when you hear the music play for the march!

No. They've worked together in the past so I guess they already know how to work with each other. I informed both Bernie Pasamba, our quartet, and Kuya Jong about the arrangement, and sent our playlist to both of them. My OTD was the one who recommended this set-up. Hope that helps!

crimsonsky, for me and fiance, we're not very particular with the date of the wedding. But for the families from Chinese descent, sometimes the date matters to them.
